Hearing aids
1. Connect your hearing aid to the audio output port of the
stethoscope, e.g. by means of a euro cable and audio
adapter or with a jack via a streamer, e.g. Oticon StreamerPro,
Phonak ComPilot or Siemens EasyTec. A connection with a
telecoil (inductive coil) can be an option, however this is not
or not always possible in hospitals or large surgeries because
of interfering magnetic fields. The connection of a 2.4 GHz
ReSound MultiMic and jack adapter is another alternative.
2. Reduce background noises by adjusting the volume by
pressing the + or - button.
3. As soon as the maximum or minimum volume is reached,
a signal tone will beep.
4. You can now start the auscultation.
Headphone
1. Connect a headphone or earphone to the audio output port
of the stethoscope.
2. Reduce background noises by adjusting the volume by
pressing the + or - button.
3. As soon as the maximum or minimum volume is reached,
a signal tone will beep.
4. You can now start the auscultation.
