ADVANCED CARE SYSTEM
The Progloss Advanced Protect and Care
hair dryer comes with a rotating head
(A) and 3 “Advanced Care” programs
– “Gentle”, “Strong” and “Care+” that
greatly diffuse heat for minimum hair
damage and optimised even head
coverage for efficient drying.
This hairdryer also includes a poweul ionic jet that delivers 8 million ions/cmfor radiant
shine and conditioning.
PROGLOSS™ SUPER SMOOTH OILS
Every product in the Revamp haircare range is infused with PROGLOSS™ SUPER SMOOTH
OILS - enriched with Argan, Keratin and Coconut for ultimate smoothness and shine.
CONCENTRATOR NOZZLE
Styling & smoothing nozzles The concentrator nozzle allows you to direct and focus the
ailow of the hairdryer for more precision in styling. Direct the concentrator at your hair,
allowing a few centimetres between the nozzle and hair.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Wash your hair as normal and squeeze out excess moisture with a towel and comb
through to de-tangle.
• Apply heat protection spray before drying.
• Plug the product into a 230-240V mains power supply.
• To quickly blast dry hair, use without a nozzle. For precision drying, use the smoothing
concentrator nozzle.
• To use the dryer without the styling concentrator, simply press the speed switch on the
handle to turn on the product.
• To use the dryer with the styling aachments, ensure the dryer is switched off and
cool, then aach the concentrator nozzle by firmly clicking it onto the dryer barrel
head until it is secure.
• While styling the hair using the smoothing concentrator nozzle, please be aware of
the increased temperature of the ailow of the hairdryer.
• To get optimal benefits from the Advanced care system, use without the nozzle.

• To use the Advanced Care system programs:
• Press once, the “Advanced Care” buon on the side of the hair dryer to select the
“Gentle” program – the LED “Gentle” indicator, located on top of the handle, lights
up and the grill of the hairdryer stas oscillating to gently diffuse the heated
ailow with a larger and more even head coverage.
• Press twice the “Advanced Care” buon on the side of the hair dryer to select the
“Strong” program – the LED “Strong” indicator, located on top of the handle, lights
up and the grill of the hairdryer stas oscillating to actively diffuse the heated
ailow on a larger and more even head coverage.
• Press three times the “Advanced Care” buon on the side of the hair dryer
to select the “Care+” program – the LED “Care+” indicator, located on top of the
handle, lights up and the grill of the hairdryer stas gently oscillating, more
strongly oscillating and then gently again, before pausing, to actively diffuse the
heated ailow on a larger even head coverage.
• To turn off the Advanced Care system, press four times the “Advanced Care”
buon on the side of the hair dryer.
• The Progloss Advanced Protect and Care hair dryer comes with a 360° rotating head
that allows you to direct the ailow in the direction wanted (side to side or up and
down). Rotate the head of the hairdryer by manually holding the blue ring at the front
of the head of the product.
• IMPORTANT: PLEASE ONLY ROTATE THE HEAD OF THE HAIR DRYER WHEN THE PRODUCT IS
TURNED OFF AND COOL.
• To use the Cool Shot, click on the buon at the front of the hairdryer. This will cool the
hair and help to set the style. Click off to reve to normal hair drying.
• IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE HAIRDRYER IS BLOWING OUT COLD AIR, IT IS LIKELY
THAT THE COOL SHOT HASN’T BEEN CLICKED OFF.
• Aer use, switch off the dryer by switching the speed seing to 0, unplug and allow to
cool before storing away.

PLUG (DR-4000-GB ONLY)
This unit comes with a removable UK
3-pin plug. The 3-pin plug can be removed
to reveal a European 2-pin plug by
unscrewing the centre screw, liing the
rear cover and unclipping the European
2-pin plug. It can be replaced if necessary,
by reversing this procedure. If required
replace plug fuse with one the same value
If the plug on this appliance is damaged, it can be replaced with a BS 1363 plug, fied
with a BS 1362 fuse. Please use the same value of fuse supplied. Care must be taken when
changing the plug. If in doubt, contact a qualified electrician.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• If you just use the appliance, switch it off, unplug from the mains and allow to cool fully
before cleaning.
• Wipe over all suaces using a so damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives or cleaners.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or and other liquid.
• Ensure all pas are dried thoroughly with a so towel before reusing.
• To prevent cord damage, do not wrap the cord around the appliance, always store the
cord loosely next to the appliance.
• Store in a cool dry place.

CLEANING THE FILTER
To maintain peak product peormance and to prolong motor life, it is impoant to
regularly remove dust and di from the rear grille and clean.
• To remove - Turn the rear-grille anti-clockwise and pull off.
• To clean - Clean with a so brush and replace.
• To replace - Align the grille guides with the slots in the casing (on the dryer) and turn
clockwise.
DO NOT USE APPLIANCE WITHOUT THE FILTER IN PLACE
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 16 years and above. Persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities should not use this product. Persons
with lack of experience and knowledge can use the product if they have been
supervised/instructed and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play
with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children
unless they are older than 16 and supervised. Keep the appliance and cable out of
reach of children under 16 years.
• WARNING: for additional protection the installation of a residual current device (RCD)
with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA is advisable. Ask an
electrician for advice.
• Always ensure the voltage to be used corresponds to the voltage stated on the unit
before plugging the appliance into the mains socket.
• THIS APPLIANCE SHOULD BE UNPLUGGED FROM THE MAIN SUPPLY WHEN NOT IN USE.
• WARNING: This appliance must not be taken into a bathroom. It should not be used
near bath-tubs, basins or any other vessels containing water.

scalp.
• In use, take care that the inlet and outlet grilles are not blocked in any way as this will
cause the unit to automatically stop. Ensure the inlet grille is free from obstructions

• Do not wrap the cord around the unit. Check the cord regularly for any sign of damage.
• If the power cord becomes damaged, discontinue use immediately and return the
appliance to your nearest authorised service dealer for repair or replacement in order
to avoid a hazard.
• Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctions.
• Do not use aachments other than those supplied with this product.

• Let the appliance cool down before cleaning and storing away.

Le sèche-cheveux Protection et soin
avancés de Progloss dispose d’une tête
rotative (A) et de trois programmes de
« soin avancé » — « doux », « intense
» et « soin + » — qui répaissent
paaitement la chaleur pour ne pas
endommager la chevelure et optimiser
la distribution d’air pour un séchage
efficace.
Ce sèche-cheveux offre également un jet ionique puissant qui diffuse 8 millions d’ions/
cm3. Résultat : une chevelure revitalisée et une brillance éclatante.
HUILES ULTRA-LISSANTES PROGLOSS™
Chacun des produits de la gamme de soins capillaires Revamp est enrichi d’HUILES
ULTRA-LISSANTES PROGLOSS™ à base d’argan, de kératine et de noix de coco, qui
procurent une douceur et une brillance infinies.
EMBOUT CONCENTRATEUR
Embouts de coiffage et de lissage L’embout concentrateur vous permet d’orienter et de
concentrer le débit d’air du sèche-cheveux, assurant un coiffage plus précis. Orientez le
concentrateur vers votre chevelure en laissant quelques centimètres entre l’embout et les
cheveux.
CONSIGNES D’UTILISATION
• Lavez vos cheveux et utilisez un après-shampoing comme vous en avez l’habitude.
• Appliquez un spray thermo-protecteur avant le séchage.
• Branchez l’appareil sur une prise secteur de 230-240V
• Pour un séchage très rapide, utilisez le sèche-cheveux sans son embout. Pour un
séchage de précision, utilisez l’embout concentrateur lissant.
• Pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux sans le concentrateur de coiffage, appuyez tout
simplement sur le bouton de vitesse situé sur le manche pour allumer l’appareil.
• Pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux avec les accessoires de coiffage, assurez-vous que
le sèche-cheveux est éteint et qu’il a refroidi, puis fixez l’embout concentrateur en
l’emboîtant fermement sur le cylindre du sèche-cheveux jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien en
place.
• Lors du coiffage à l’aide de l’embout concentrateur lissant, aention à la
température plus élevée du débit d’air du sèche-cheveux.
• Pour profiter de manière optimale du système de soin avancé, utilisez l’appareil sans
l’embout.

FONCTIONNALITÉS

• Le sèche-cheveux Protection et soin avancés de Progloss offre deux vitesses et quatre
réglages de chaleur, ainsi qu’un jet d’air frais :

• Pour utiliser les programmes du Système de soin avancé :
• Appuyez une fois sur le bouton « soin avancé » situé sur le côté du
sèche-cheveux pour sélectionner le programme « doux ». L’indicateur LED
« doux » situé sur la paie supérieure du manche s’illumine, et la grille du
sèche-cheveux commence à osciller, répandant en douceur l’air chaud sur une
suace plus large pour une distribution homogène.
• Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton « soin avancé » situé sur le côté du
sèche-cheveux pour sélectionner le programme « intense ». L’indicateur
LED « intense » situé sur la paie supérieure du manche s’illumine, et la grille
du sèche-cheveux commence à osciller, répandant activement l’air chaud sur une
suace plus large pour une distribution homogène.
• Appuyez trois fois sur le bouton « soin avancé » situé sur le côté du
sèche-cheveux pour sélectionner le programme « soin + ». L’indicateur LED
« soin + » situé sur la paie supérieure du manche s’illumine ; la grille du
sèche-cheveux se met à osciller doucement, plus fo, et à nouveau faiblement
avant de s’interrompre, répandant activement l’air chaud sur une suace plus
large pour une distribution homogène.
• Pour éteindre le système de soin avancé, appuyez quatre fois sur le bouton « soin
avancé » situé sur le côté du sèche-cheveux.
• Le sèche-cheveux Protection et soin avancés de Progloss dispose d’une tête rotative
à 360° permeant d’orienter le débit d’air dans la direction souhaitée (latéralement
ou veicalement). Faites pivoter manuellement la tête du sèche-cheveux en faisant
tourner la rondelle bleue située sur la paie avant de la tête de l’appareil.
• IMPORTANT : FAIRE TOURNER LA TÊTE DU SÈCHE-CHEVEUX UNIQUEMENT LORSQUE
L’APPAREIL EST ÉTEINT ET A REFROIDI.
• Pour utiliser le jet d’air frais, cliquez sur le bouton situé sur la paie avant du
sèche-cheveux. Ceci rafraichira la chevelure et aidera à fixer le coiffage. Cliquez sur
éteindre pour revenir au séchage normal.
• IMPORTANT : SI LE SÈCHE-CHEVEUX SOUFFLE DE L’AIR FROID, IL EST PROBABLE QUE LE JET
D’AIR FRAIS N’A PAS ÉTÉ DÉSACTIVÉ.
• Après utilisation, éteignez le sèche-cheveux en réglant la vitesse sur 0, débranchez-le
et laissez-le refroidir avant de le ranger.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Après utilisation, éteignez le sèche-cheveux en réglant la vitesse sur 0, débranchez-le
et laissez-le refroidir avant de le ranger.
• Éteignez l’appareil, débranchez-le du secteur et laissez-le refroidir complètement
avant de le neoyer.
• Essuyez toutes les suaces avec un chiffon doux et humide. N’utilisez pas de produits
abrasifs ou de neoyants.
• N’immergez pas l’appareil dans l’eau ou dans tout autre liquide.
• Assurez-vous que toutes les pièces sont soigneusement séchées avec un chiffon doux
avant de les réutiliser.
• Pour éviter d’endommager le câble, n’enroulez pas le câble autour de l’appareil,
rangez-le toujours à proximité de l’appareil.
• À conserver dans un endroit frais et sec.

NETTOYAGE DU FILTRE
Pour maintenir des peormances optimales et prolonger la durée de vie du moteur, il
est impoant d’enlever régulièrement la poussière et la saleté de la grille arrière et de la
neoyer.
• Pour la retirer - Tournez la grille arrière dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre
(comme indiqué sur la grille) et soez-la.
• Pour la neoyer - Neoyez avec une brosse douce et remeez-la en place.
• Pour la remere en place - Alignez les guides de la grille avec les fentes du boîtier (sur
le sèche-cheveux) et tournez dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.
N’UTILISEZ JAMAIS L’APPAREIL SANS LE FILTRE
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés de 16 ans et plus. Les personnes

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

REINIGEN VAN HET FILTER

• L’asciugacapelli Progloss Protezione avanzata ha una testa orientabile a 360° che
permee di dirigere il flusso di aria nella direzione desiderata (orizzontalmente o
veicalmente). Ruotare la testa dell’asciugacapelli reggendo l’anello azzurro sulla
pae anteriore del prodoo.
• IMPORTANTE: RUOTARE LA TESTA DELL’ASCIUGACAPELLI SOLTANTO QUANDO IL PRODOTTO
È SPENTO E FREDDO.
• Per usare il geo di aria fredda, premere il pulsante sulla pae anteriore
dell’asciugacapelli. Ciò consente di raffreddare i capelli e aiuta a fissare l’acconciatura.
Rilasciare il pulsante per ripristinare il geo d’aria normale.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

panno morbido prima dell’uso.
• Non avvolgere il cavo intorno all’unità per non danneggiarlo: custodirlo raccolto vicino

• Custodire in un luogo fresco e asciuo.

PULIZIA DEL FILTRO
Per mantenere integre le prestazioni offee dal prodoo e il motore in buono stato, è
impoante rimuovere regolarmente la polvere e lo sporco che si accumulano sulla griglia.
• Per rimuovere: ruotare la griglia posteriore in senso antiorario (come indicato sulla
griglia) ed estrarre.
• Per pulire: passare con un panno morbido.
• Per rimeere in posizione: allineare le guide della griglia agli incastri sull’asciugacapelli
e ruotare in senso orario.
NON USARE L’APPARECCHIO SENZA IL FILTRO INSTALLATO.

oscilar despacio, más rápido y despacio de nuevo antes de detenerse para
distribuir activamente el aire caliente y abarcar más cabello de manera más
uniforme.
• Para apagar el sistema Advanced Care, apriete cuatro veces el botón «Advanced
Care» del lateral del secador.
• El secador Progloss Advanced Protect and Care cuenta con un cabezal giratorio de
360° que le permite dirigir el flujo de aire en la dirección que desee (de lado a lado
o de arriba a abajo). Para girar el cabezal del secador, agarre el aro azul de la pae
frontal del producto y gire.
• IMPORTANTE: GIRE EL CABEZAL DEL SECADOR ÚNICAMENTE CUANDO EL PRODUCTO ESTÉ
APAGADO Y FRÍO.
• Para usar el golpe de aire frío, presione el botón situado en la pae frontal del secador.
Esto enfriará el cabello para ayudar a fijar el peinado. Vuelva a presionar el botón para
volver al secado normal.
• IMPORTANTE: TENGA EN CUENTA QUE, SI EL SECADOR EMITE AIRE FRÍO, PUEDE QUE NO
HAYA PRESIONADO EL BOTÓN DEL GOLPE DE AIRE FRÍO PARA APAGARLO.
• Al acabar con su uso, apague el secador seleccionando el ajuste de velocidad 0,
desenchúfelo y espere a que se enfríe antes de guardarlo.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
• Apague el aparato, desenchúfelo de la toma de corriente y deje que se enfríe antes de
limpiarlo.
• Limpie todas las supeicies con un paño suave y húmedo. No use detergentes ni
limpiadores abrasivos.
• No sumerja el aparato en agua, ni en ningún otro líquido.
• Antes de volver a usarlo, asegúrese de que todas las piezas se hayan secado
debidamente con un paño suave.
• Para evitar que se dañe el cable, no lo enrosque alrededor del aparato y guárdelo con
holgura siempre al lado del mismo.
• Guárdelo en un lugar fresco y seco.

LIMPIEZA DEL FILTRO
Para que el producto funcione siempre óptimamente y se prolongue la vida del motor, es
impoante eliminar el polvo y la suciedad de la rejilla trasera y limpiarla regularmente.
• Para extraerla: gire la rejilla posterior en sentido antihorario (tal y como se indica en la
rejilla) y extráigala.
• Para limpiarla: límpiela con un cepillo blando y vuelva a colocarla.
• Para sustituirla: alinee las guías de la rejilla con las ranuras de la carcasa (en el
secador) y gírela en sentido horario.
NO UTILICE EL APARATO SIN EL FILTRO INSTALADO
MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD IMPORTANTES
• Este aparato no es apto para su uso por menores de 16 años. Personas con
capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas tampoco deben usarlo. Personas
con falta de experiencia y familiarización pueden usar el producto siempre bajo
supervisión o si se les ha explicado el funcionamiento y entienden los riesgos que
acarrea. Este aparato no es un juguete, ni debe tratarse como tal. Los menores de 16
años no deben ocuparse de su limpieza ni de su mantenimiento, y aún a pair de esa

• No deje que el cable cuelgue del extremo de la mesa o de un reborde, ni tampoco que
entre en contacto con supeicies calientes.
• No traslade el aparato agarrándolo del cable.
• No enrolle el cable alrededor del aparato. Examine el cable periódicamente para ver si
presenta algún indicio de estar dañado.
• Si el cable de alimentación se daña, deje de usarlo inmediatamente y devuelva el
aparato a su servicio técnico autorizado para que lo arreglen o lo sustituyan y así evitar
cualquier peligro.
• No lo use si el aparato si está dañado o funciona mal.
• No use otros accesorios que no sean los suministrados con el producto.
• No desmonte el aparato; no hay ninguna pae que pueda reparar el usuario.
• Deje que se enfríe el aparato antes de limpiarlo y guardarlo.
