Pairing Remote and Control Box
Power on Control Box rst, within 1 minute, press head up and foot up button at the
same time. You will hear a “Beep” sound, and remote screen will show “Pairing”.
Once process is complete, test your remote and repeat if required.
Recharging of Remote
Recharge Remote by connecting with recharge cord provided (like a mobile phone).

Manual Override
In the event of lost or malfunctioning remote, your bed can be overridden by
pressing button on side of the Control Box to atten the bed.

Vibration Function
To activate the head vibration function, press the HEAD button on the
remote once. To turn off the head vibration, press the HEAD button
on the remote again.
To activate the FOOT vibration function, press the FOOT button once.
To turn off the foot vibration press the FOOT button again.
To adjust the vibration intensity press the vibration INTENSITY button.
The vibration intensity increases each time the button is pressed
(total of 3 levels). On the highest intensity setting press the button again
to return to the lowest intensity setting.
Vibration Timer
The vibration timer is set to shut off after 15 minutes. If you would
like a shorter or longer massage, select your ideal timer using the
MASSAGE TIMER button.
Vibration Mode
To select a different massage type, press the MODEL button on your
remote to experience 1 of 3 different massage types.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY
• Always unplug this adjustable base from the electrical outlet before any cleaning or
maintenance of the bed frame. To safely disconnect, make sure all controls are in the off
position, then remove the plug from the outlet. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
• Use only indoors.
• Ensure electrical cords are:
1. Installed in a safe manner along the bed structure and away from all
moving parts of the bed
2. Safely anchored or laced to the bed frame
3. Fully inserted into the wall power outlet (directly to the power
outlet or via an extension cable).
• Immediately cease the use of your Adjustable Bed and contact Revitalife on 1800 616 061
for repair if:
1. It has a damaged cord or plug
2. It is not working properly
3. It has been dropped or damaged
4. It has been exposed to excessive liquids
• IMPORTANT: Please ensure that all electrical cords are always free from any moving parts
or structures. As this is a metal frame, electrical cords can be severed if caught in moving
parts and may cause injury.

WARRANTY WARNING
The Adjustable Base is specically designed to require no maintenance by you, the user.
• Any opening or tampering with the control box, motors, or hand controls (apart from
the battery compartment, if equipped) will result in a void of the warranty and is highly
discouraged.
• Only an authorised Revitalife Installer may conduct repairs or replace parts on your
Adjustable Base.
• Transportation and Installation must be done by an authorised Revitalife Installer.
• Warrantees are not transferable unless installation has been done by an
authorised Revitalife Installer, who will approve transfer Ballance of Warrantees after
thorough inspection has been completed.
IN-HOME USE ONLY
This adjustable base is designed exclusively for in-home use.
CONSUMERS WITH PACEMAKERS
It is possible that the (optional) vibrating feature of this bed may be interpreted falsely by
some pacemakers as movement and/or exercise. This is common with any product that
produces a vibrating motion and may or may not affect your pacemaker. Please consult your
physician with any concerns.

SMALL CHILDREN AND PETS WARNING
Immediately dispose of packing materials as it can pose a smother risk to small children and
pets. Injury could occur also if children or pets are permitted to play on or under the bed.
Do not allow children to operate this bed without adult supervision. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with an Adjustable Bed, it is not a toy and is not
intended to be used as such.
NOTE: For optimal safety, using a surge protector (not included with this base) is highly
recommended.
NOTE: For safety reasons, lifting of the adjustable base must always be performed by two (2)
people; and the unit should always be placed on a at surface before opening.
NOTE: Exceeding the recommended weight restrictions could damage your adjustable base
and void your warranty
NOTE: Unauthorized modications to this product could void the electrical portion of
your warranty.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The warranty does not apply;
1. to any damage caused by the purchaser;
2. if there has been any unauthorized repair or replacement of the unit’s parts;
3. if the unit has been mishandled (whether in transit or by other means), subjected to
physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any way inconsistent with
the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner’s Manual, this warranty,
and any other applicable document published or approved by Revitalife;
4. to damage to mattresses, fabric, cables, electrical cords or items supplied by Resellers;
5. if the recommended weight restrictions are not followed (180 kg on all sizes), the warranty
will be void.

What if i want to relocate my bed?
Should you wish to relocate your bed purchased from Revitalife or Seniors Plus
Australia, please contact our National Call Centre to arrange for installation.
Warranty may be voided if bed has been relocated and not correctly installed
by our team.

Vibration / Massage not strong enough?
Press the INTENSITY button repeatedly for different setting speed, 3 massage speeds available.
SEMI-FOWLER button and other pre-set position buttons do not move the bed in this position?
Please be aware that the SEMI-FOWLER and ZERO-G provisions are also programmable, similar to the MYZONE
setting, should unique positions be required by the user. In the event that these positions are not responsive on
the remote, refer to page 5 on how to set your MYZONE button.
Bed not working?
Ensure that power is connected to the bed correctly and a surge protector is being used.
What if I want to relocate my bed?

How do we pair a dual or split system?
For a split or dual system with two different mattresses each unit should be paired separately with remote
provided. In the event of single mattress on split system, follow the steps to operate split system using one
remote. Powerrst, within 1 minute press HEAD UP & FOOT UP button at the same time for Bed A, you will hear
“beep“ sound. Then use the same Remote to press HEAD UP & FOOT UP button at the same time for Bed B,
“beep“sound. This now allows both beds to sync with one remote.
Are the remotes unique to each control box?
Remote Controls are not unique to each Control Box and can be paired to any Revitalife adjustable bed, with the
correct model Control Box. New Remotes do not work on previous models.
When replacing old remotes with the new ones will we be required to change the control boxes as well?
Yes, If replacing old remotes for new remote, the control boxes will also need to be replaced.
Please note: New remote must be set with new control box.
