Revive Light Therapy® LIP CARE DEVICE - LIGHT THERAPY SYSTEM FOR THE

CONTRAINDICATIONS
•Do not use this device if your skin is light sensitive you are currently using
medication that may cause skin sensitivity to light. Doing so may result in
photosensitive reaction. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any
sensitivity to using this device.
•Contact your doctor prior to using this device if you are or suspect you are taking
drugs known to cause light sensitivity.
WARNINGS
•Do not operate device where it could come into contact with water. Doing so could
cause an electric shock or result in injury.
•Do not use or charge device with USB power adapter that is damaged or faulty.

•Do not use or charge device with damaged USB charging cord. Doing so could
cause in an electric shock, result in injury or damage the device. Please contact
customer service.
•Use only the supplied universal USB charging cord. Use of incorrect charging cord
could damage the device.
•Do not attempt to take the device apart. Device is not serviceable by user. This will
void the warranty.
•Stop using the device immediately if you think it is defective. Please contact
customer service.
•Discontinue use if device overheats or becomes uncomfortably hot. Please contact
customer service if you experience overheating of the device or if the device
becomes uncomfortably hot to your skin.
•Do not store the device in direct sunlight or location with high temperatures as this
may cause damage to the plastic coating.
PRECAUTIONS
•Always unplug device from wall outlet after charging is complete.
•Do not attempt to open or repair the device or power supply.
•No modification of this equipment is allowed.
•Do not use this device on infants and young children without physician approval.
•Contact your doctor if you have any medical questions regarding use of this device.
•Ask you doctor prior to using if you are pregnant or suspect to be pregnant or have
any suspicious of cancerous lesions.

DEVICE OVERVIEW
Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care is a light emitting diode (LED) device that harnesses
energy to plump lips and treat wrinkles around the lip area. The device incorporates
natural light energy in the amber (650nm), Red (630nm), Deep red (660nm) and infrared
(880nm) spectrums that are proven toerduce wrinkles, result in increased circulation and
lip plumping.
HOW IT WORKS
Youthful skin is rich in collagen which gives the skin lift and support. Collagen works deep
within the skin like columns of tissue that support the skin’s surface. Over time skin
produces less collagen and with exposure to sunlight healthy collagen becomes damaged.
This can result in wrinkles specially around the lip area. The lights from this devide
penetrate deep within the layers of your skin diminishing creases and wrinkles. Easy to
use, Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care is programmed a 3 minute auto shutoff function for
professional anti-aging results with short simple daily treatments in the comfort of your
home.

packaging and in this user guide.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unpack your Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care
2. Separate lip device from mouth tray
3. Plus USB charging cord into connector on the device
4. Plus USB charging cord into a USB power adapter (not supplied) and into outlet for
charging
5. Charge your Revive Light Therapy® Kip Care for 2-4 hours. Device is fully charged
when all three indicator lights are solid.
6. Place device in protective storage bag when not in use
7. A fully charged device yields 30 minutes of use or 10 treatments.
LIGHT SENSITIVITY TEST
Test your skin for light sensitivity prior to initial treatment
1. Power on device
2. Place device on or within 1/4” of the skin of your forearm for 3 minutes
3. After 3 minutes check the area. If the area has turned red /redness and last for
more than 2 hours your skin is light sensitive

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fully Charged device
2. Wash and dry area prior to use
3. Place sillicone-tray into mouth securing device into place
4. Power up the device
5. Leave device over treatment area for 3 minutes. The device will auto shut off after
completion of 3 minutes treatment.
6. Place device into storage bag
HELPFUL TIPS FOR BEST RESULT
•Use daily for best result
•Do not use device after application of creams that contain SPF, as this will block
light penetration
•Wipe device clean after each use
MAINTENANCE
•This is a medical device. It is important to keep it clean.
•This device has no serviceable parts
•Device only includes an ON/OFF button. All settings are set at the factory
•Charge device only with supplied USB charging cord
•Power indicator lights will begin to flash when battery levels are low, indicating it is
appropriate to begin charging
CLEANING
1. Turn the device off and unplug from any power source
2. Pull apart device
3. Wash mouthpiece in lukewarm water and dry
4. Wipe the device surface with alcohol wipes or damp cloth to remove any residue
from skin oils
5. Clean device body by using damp vlot or microfiber cloth. Microfiber storage bag
can be used for cleaning and polishing the body of the device
6. Allow device to dry completely prior to use
TROUBLESHOOTING
▪System is not turning on
Is the device full charged? (Power indicator lights will be on and solid)
If device still does not turn on contact Customer Service at +31 20 6463693 Monday -

▪System is not charging
Is USB charging cord firmly inserted into the device? (Do Power indicator lights turn on?)
Try different USB power adaptor to ensure it is working properly
Try different wall-outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet

▪System shuts off abruptly, prior to completion 3-minutes treatment
System is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes
System may shut off automatically after multiple repeated uses if the device exceeds
desired temperature. Allow device to cool for several minutes and try again

▪Some lights appear turned off
The infrared (IR) light spectrum is not visible to the human eye. These lights will look as if
they are not on but are operating properly. If the red visible lights are on then the device is
operating as designed.
LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
Congratulations on your purchase. We value you as a client and strive for the highest
quality products earn your satisfaction. Please use this as your reference for any customer
service or warranty needs you may have.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
This 6 month limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Revive
Light Therapy® Lip Care if you purchased it from an authorised partner or directly from the
distributor. Your 6 mont limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser, and
cannot be transferred. If the product was a gift, you can ask the gift giver to process the
warranty claim on your behalf.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects or failure caused by abuse or
mouse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use with a voltage connector
or loss of device.
HOW LONG DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY LAST?
The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and expires 6 months later. The
warranty period is not extended is replaced by Revive during the warranty period.
WHAT WILL Revive DO IF YOUR DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE?
If you discover a covered defect in your Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care before the 6
month warranty period expires contact Customer Service at +31 20 6463693 Monday -
Friday 09:00 AM- 05:00 PM European Time. All limited warranty services must be
authorised and performed by Revive.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and is in addition to your statutory rights. Your
remedies for the breach of this limited warranty are limited solely to the repair and
replacement of your device as set forth in this warranty statement. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law. Revive disclaims all implied warranties. If applicable law does
not permit the disclaimer of limited warranties then the duration of implied warranties are
hereby expressly limited to the duration of the express limited warranty set forth above.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in no event shall Revive be liable for
any special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages based upon breach of
warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict product liability former other legal theory
even if Revive is advised or aware that such damges might arise. Such damages include,
but are not limited to, loss of device, cost of any substitute equipment, the claims of third
parties, or damage to property. If the applicable law does not allow limits on warranties or
om remedies for breach in certain transactions, the limits in this paragraph and the
disclaimer or exceptions from warranty may not apply. This limitation doe snot apply to
claims for death of personal injury caused by a defect the device or any other liability that
cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These warranty terms, conditions, and limitations allocate the risk of product failure
between Revive and you, the purchaser of Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care. This
allocation is recognised by both parties and is reflected in the price of Revive Light
Therapy® Lip care. By using Revive Light Therapy® Lip care you acknowledge that you
have read these terms, conditions, and limitations, understand them and are bound by
them.
