WHAT IS COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
This 6 month limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your Revive
Light Therapy® Lip Care if you purchased it from an authorised partner or directly from the
distributor. Your 6 mont limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser, and
cannot be transferred. If the product was a gift, you can ask the gift giver to process the
warranty claim on your behalf.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIMITED WARRANTY?
This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects or failure caused by abuse or
mouse, improper care, impact or insertion of foreign objects, use with a voltage connector
or loss of device.
HOW LONG DOES THE LIMITED WARRANTY LAST?
The limited warranty begins from the date of purchase and expires 6 months later. The
warranty period is not extended is replaced by Revive during the warranty period.
WHAT WILL Revive DO IF YOUR DEVICE IS DEFECTIVE?
If you discover a covered defect in your Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care before the 6
month warranty period expires contact Customer Service at +31 20 6463693 Monday -
Friday 09:00 AM- 05:00 PM European Time. All limited warranty services must be
authorised and performed by Revive.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and is in addition to your statutory rights. Your
remedies for the breach of this limited warranty are limited solely to the repair and
replacement of your device as set forth in this warranty statement. To the maximum extent
permitted by applicable law. Revive disclaims all implied warranties. If applicable law does
not permit the disclaimer of limited warranties then the duration of implied warranties are
hereby expressly limited to the duration of the express limited warranty set forth above.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in no event shall Revive be liable for
any special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or indirect damages based upon breach of
warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict product liability former other legal theory
even if Revive is advised or aware that such damges might arise. Such damages include,
but are not limited to, loss of device, cost of any substitute equipment, the claims of third
parties, or damage to property. If the applicable law does not allow limits on warranties or
om remedies for breach in certain transactions, the limits in this paragraph and the
disclaimer or exceptions from warranty may not apply. This limitation doe snot apply to
claims for death of personal injury caused by a defect the device or any other liability that
cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These warranty terms, conditions, and limitations allocate the risk of product failure
between Revive and you, the purchaser of Revive Light Therapy® Lip Care. This
allocation is recognised by both parties and is reflected in the price of Revive Light
Therapy® Lip care. By using Revive Light Therapy® Lip care you acknowledge that you
have read these terms, conditions, and limitations, understand them and are bound by
them.
