This product is warranted to be free of defects in
materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the
original consumer purchaser.
This warranty does not cover product failures due to
owner misuse or negligence or normal wear and tear. This
warranty does not extend to non-durable components
such as rubber accessories which are subject to normal
wear and tear and does require periodic replacement.
In the event of a defect, Revolution Mobility will at our
option replace or repair the product.

Assembly Instructions
Installing the Toilet Safety Frame
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 1.
1. Remove the toilet seat and lid hardware from the toilet bowl.
2. Remove the toilet seat and lid.
3. Align the holes on the mounting bracket with holes on the toilet
bowl.
4. Put the toilet seat and lid in place on top of the mounting bracket.
5. Attach toilet seat, lid and mounting bracket to the toilet. Tighten
securely.
6. On one arm support, press the snap button and insert the arm
support into the mounting bracket. Slide the snap button to the
inner adjustment hole.
NOTE: There will be an audible “click”.
NOTE: Ensure that the snap button fully protrudes through the hole in
the mounting bracket.

7. Repeat STEP 6 to install the opposite arm support.
8. Press the snap button and slide the leg extension up or down to
the desired hole.
NOTE: Ensure that the snap button fully protrudes through the hole
in the leg extension.
NOTE: There will be an audible “click”.
9. Repeat STEP 8 to install or adjust the opposite leg extension.
NOTE: Make sure that the toilet safety frame sits level and is secure
before use.
WARNING
Use the inner adjustment holes when attaching the arm supports to
increase stability and balance, otherwise injury or damage may
occur.
