1. Insert Batteries In Your Hearing Aids
• Open the battery compartment
• Insert a new battery
• “+” side facing up (flat side)
• Make sure the battery “+” and compartment “+” match
2. Turn Your Hearing Aids On
• Close the battery door
• Your hearing aids may turn on immediately or your
Hearing Professional may have programmed a 6,12,
or 18 second start-up delay

3. Insert Your Hearing Aids
A: Hold the tube close to the ear piece.
- Carefully push the ear piece into the ear canal.
- Twist it slightly until it sits well.
- Open and close your mouth to avoid accumulation
of air in the ear canal.
- Lift the hearing instrument and slide it over the
top of your ear.
Consult your Hearing Care Professional if you have further problems.

Increase the volume
Replace the empty battery
Clean or exchange the ear piece
Turn the hearing aid on
Gently close the battery compartment completely
Replace the empty battery
Make sure the battery is inserted correctly
Power-on-delay is active. Wait several seconds and check again
Reinsert the ear piece until it fits securely
Decrease the volume
Clean or exchange the ear piece

5. Hearing Aid Signal Tones
Your hearing aids may be programmed to alert you when you make
changes to volume or programs with either your remote control or with
the rocker switch on your hearing aids. The signal tones may sound like
basic beeps or they may sound like a melody.

A signal tone to alert you your battery
is low. Signal will repeat until battery
is completely dead. Change battery
as quickly as possible upon alert.
A signal tone when the bluetooth of
your hearing aid is turned off due to
low battery or when activating airplane
mode. The on signal will be heard
when deactivating airplane mode.

4. Using Your Hearing Aids
Your hearing aids feature Wireless Sync,
which automatically adjusts both hearing aids
simultaneously to reflect changes in the
hearing aid settings.Your controls may be
programmed for the checked functions:
