Es kann ein Kind transportiert werden. Zusätzlich wird das Carry System (VBK0188) benötigt.

2x Linsenkopfschraube (Torx M 4 x 30 mm ISO 14583 A2)
4x Kunststoffspacer 6x15x5
1x Unterlegscheibe (d = 5,3 mm DIN 125 A2)
2x U-Scheibe (d = 4,2 mm DIN 125 A2)
6x Mutter M5 selbstsichernd mit Bund
1x Hülsenmutter M5
2x Schelle Kunststoff
Montage
1. Hülsenmuttern entfernen (Abb. 1). Achtung: Ständerfedern stehen unter Spannung!
2. Bodenwanne mit 3 Hülsenmuttern , 2 Linsenkopfschrauben M5x16 und Linsenkopfschraube
M5x20 und U-Scheibe befestigen (Abb. 1). Achtung: vorher Gurt positionieren.
3. 4 Kunststoffspacer 6x15x5 positionieren und Bodenplatte mit 6 Senkkopfschrauben M5x25 und
6 Muttern befestigen (Abb.2). Anzugsmoment: 3-4 Nm.

4. Frontplatte und Reling befestigen (siehe Anleitung VBK0189).
5. 4 Gurtenden durch Frontplatte stecken (Abb. 3 und 4).
6. Kopfstütze mit Kunststoffschellen , U-Scheiben und Linsenkopfschrauben M4x30 an Reling
befestigen (Abb. 5).

Kindersitz benutzen
Stellen Sie vor jeder Fahrt folgende Punkte sicher:
Das Kind muss angeschnallt sein.
Die maximale Beladung von 60kg und das zulässige Gesamtgewicht dürfen nicht überschritten werden.
Am Kindersitz dürfen keine Änderungen vorgenommen werden.
WARNUNG
Unfallgefahr. Ein nicht angeschnalltes Kind kann während der Fahrt herausfallen und sich verletzen.
Mit Kind/Beladung ändert sich das Fahrverhalten des E-Bikes. Der Bremsweg verlängert sich.
Machen Sie eine Probefahrt mit Kind/Beladung abseits des Straßenverkehrs, um sich auf das
veränderte Fahrverhalten und den verlängerten Bremsweg einzustellen.
Bei Nichtbenutzung können Sie das Sitzpolster zusammengefaltet (Abb. 6) im Handschuhfach verstauen.
Bei kleineren Kindern können Sie die Kopfstütze nach unten klappen, bei größeren Kindern nach oben.
Hinweise für den Gebrauch
Holz ist ein arbeitender Werkstoff. Prüfen Sie deshalb regelmäßig den festen Sitz aller
Verschraubungen.
Wenn der Packster oft im Freien Feuchtigkeit und Regen ausgesetzt ist, empfehlen wir die Kanten
der Holzplatten regelmäßig nachzuölen.

6x countersunk screw (Torx M5 x 25 DIN 965 A2)
2x rounded head bolt (allen M 5 x 16 mm ISO 7380 A2)
1x rounded head bolt (Torx M 5 x 25 mm ISO 14583 A2)
2x rounded head bolt (Torx M 4 x 30 mm ISO 14583 A2)
4x plastic spacer 6x15x5
1x washer (d = 5,3 mm DIN 125 A2)
2x washer (d = 4,2 mm DIN 125 A2)
6x selflock nut M5 with flange
1x shell nut M5
2x plastic clamp
Assembly
1. Remove shell nuts (fig. 1). Attention: kickstand springs are under tension!
2. Mount base with 3 shell nuts , 2 rounded head bolts M5x16 , rounded head bolt M5x20 and
washer (fig. 1). Attention: first put belt in place.
3. Put 4 plastic spacer 6x15x5 in place and mount bottom plate with 6 countersunk screws M5x25
and 6 nuts (fig.2). Tightening torque: 3-4 Nm.

1. Mount fron plate and rail (see manual VBK0189).
2. Insert 4 belt ends into slots of front plate (fig. 3 and 4).
3. Mount head rest with plastic clamps , washers and rounded head bolts M4x30 at rail (fig. 5).

Child seat use
Before each ride the following items must be checked:
The seatbelt must be fastened.
The maximum loading capacity of the Carry System is 60kg. The maximum load of the E-Bike shall not
exceeded.
Any kind of modification at the child seat is prohibited.
WARNING
At not securely fixed child and may fall off the E-bike and can get injured!
When riding with a full load, the handling is affected and it takes longer to stop.
Be sure to make some handling and braking test prior to heading into traffic.
If not needed, the seat cushion can be folded and sowed in the base.
For smaller children please rotate the head rest downwards, for bigger children turn it upwards.
Informations for use
Wood is a working material. So check the tight bolt connections on a regular base.
If the Packster is exposed to humid conditions, we recommend to apply wood protective oil at all
blank edges.
