Directions

Operacje stanowiące sytuację

potencjalnego zagrożenia dla

operatorów są podkreślone za pomocą

przedstawionego wyżej symbolu.

Wszystkie operacje konserwacji

rutynowej i ponadprogramowej

maszyny muszą być wykonane tylko i

wyłącznie przez kompetentnych i

upoważnionych przez nas operatorów.

Na podstawie dyrektywy 2006/42/WE i

kolejnych jej zmian, pod pojęciem

„OPERATOR” uważa się osobę lub

osoby wyznaczone do instalowania,

obsługi, regulacji, przeprowadzenia

konserwacji, czyszczenia, napraw i

transportowania maszyny.

TInstrukcje obsługi stanowią integralną

część maszyny i muszą jej towarzyszyć

przez cały okres eksploatacji, aż do jej

demontażu i utylizacji.

Przed przystąpieniem do wykonywania

wszelkich czynności Instalowania/

Obsługi/ Konserwacji zaleca się

uważne przeczytanie niniejszym

instrukcji. Nie należy dopuszczać do

pracy operatorów, którzy nie znają

zaleceń zawartych w instrukcjach.

Przed przystąpieniem do obsługi

maszyny operator musi zostać

odpowiednio przeszkolony (zgodnie z

wymaganiami zawartymi w paragrafie 7.2

normy prEN 12331).

Podręcznik obsługi należy przekazać

każdemu innemu użytkownikowi lub

kolejnemu właścicielowi maszyny.

RATEUR” il faut entendre la ou les

personnes chargées d’installer, de faire

fonctionner, d’effectuer l’entretien, de

nettoyer, de réparer et de transporter

la machine.

Cette Notice d’Utilisation fait partie

intégrante de la machine et doit

l’accompagner pendant toute sa durée

de vie, jusqu’à la démolition.

Lire attentivement cette Notice

d’Utilisation avant toute opération

d’Installation/Utilisation/Entretien.

L’utilisation de la machine par des

opérateurs ne connaissant pas les

prescriptions ﬁgurant dans la Notice

est interdite.

Avant d'utiliser la machinem l'opérateur

doitavoir reçu les instructions nécessaires

àcet effet (conformémentau paragrafe 7.2

du projet de norme EN 12331).

Remettre cette Notice à tout autre

utilisateur ou propriétaire ultérieur de

la machine.

torisiertes Fachpersonal auszuführen.

Gemäss Richtlinie 2006/42/CE

und spätere Änderungen wird festge-

halten, dass:

unter “BEDIENER” die Person zu ver-

stehen ist, die die Maschine installiert,

betreibt, einstellt, wartet, reinigt, instan-

dsetzt und transportiert.

Die Betriebsanleitung ist ein Bestandteil

der Maschine und soll diese während der

ganzen Lebensdauer bis zum Abbruch

begleiten.

Bevor Sie die Maschine installieren,

betreiben oder warten, lesen Sie

bitte die ganze Betriebsanleitung

aufmerksam durch.

Verhindern Sie, dass die Maschine

von Personen betrieben wird, die

die Anweisungen der vorliegenden

Betriebsanleitung nicht kennen.

Bevor der Bediener die Maschine in

Betrieb nimmt muß er entsprechend

eingewiesen werden (mit dem Abschnitt

7.2 des prEN12331 konform).

Geben Sie die Betriebsanleitung einem

anderen Anwender oder neuen Besitzer

weiter.

to ordinario y extraordinario deben

ser realizadas exclusivamente por

operadores competentes, autorizados

por nuestra empresa. Con arreglo a

la directiva 2006/42/CE y posteriores

actualizaciones se especiﬁca que por

“OPERADOR” se entiende la o las

personas encargadas de instalar, hacer

funcionar, regular, realizar el manteni-

miento limpiar, reparar y transportar

la máquina.

Las Instrucciones para el Uso forman

parte integrante de la máquina y deben

acompañarla por toda su vida útil hasta

la demolición. Antes de llevar a cabo

cualquier operación de Instalación /

Uso/ Mantenimientoles recomendamos

que lean cuidadosamente estas

Instrucciones. Impedir la utilización

de la máquina a los operadores que

no conozcan las prescripciones

contenidas en las Instrucciones.

Antes de comenzar a utilizar la máquina

el operador debe recibir adecuadas

instrucciones (según lo dispuesto en el

apartado 7.2 del prEN 12331).

Entregar el manual a cualquier otro

usuario o propietario de la máquina.

All ordinary and extraordinary main-

tenance operations on the machine

must be carried out exclusively by

competent operators

authorised by us.

In accordance to the 2006/42/CE direc-

tive and revisions thereof it is speci-ﬁ

ed that “OPERATOR” is the person(s)

charged with installing, running, adju-

sting, servicing, cleaning, repairing

and transporting the machine.

The Operating Instructions form an

integral part of the machine and must

accompany the mincer for its whole

lifetime until demolition.

We recommend you read these

Instructions carefully before

performing any Installation/Use/

Maintenance operation. All operators

attending the machine must know the

directions contained in the instruction

manual.

The operator must be adequately trined

before starting to use the machine (in

accordance with paragraph 7.2 of prEN

12331)

Hand over this manual to any other user

or successive owner of the machine.

Bezpieczeństwo operatora

Przed rozpoczęciem zmiany roboczej i

w każdym przypadku co osiem godzin

roboczych należy sprawdzić, czy w

maszynie są urządzenia

bezpieczeństwa oraz czy są sprawne.

Kontrolę powinien wykonać operator

obsługujący maszynę. Jeśli na zmianie

roboczej pracuje kilku operatorów,

należy wyznaczyć jednego operatora

odpowiedzialnego za te kontrole.

W przypadku maszyny C/E GP3, C/E

GP3T, C/E GP8 należy sprawdzić

następujące urządzenia

bezpieczeństwa:

-- Przycisk Start (A, Rys. 1) i Stop (B,

Rys. 1)

-- Czujnik magnetyczny zamknięcia

pokrywy (C, Rys. 1)

-- Działanie wyłącznika przy zaniku

napięcia

Tryby obsługi

Po upewnieniu się, że w pobliżu nie ma

innych osób, należy wykonać kontrole

bezpieczeństwa w następujący sposób:

Przycisk Start i Stop: włączyć maszynę,

nacisnąć przycisk i sprawdzić, czy praca

maszyny została przerwana.

Operator Safety

Before beginning the work shift, and in

any case every eight working hours, it

is necessary to check the presence and

correct operation of the safety devices

on the machine. These checks must be

carried out by the operator working on

the machine. If several operators are

working per shift, the one in charge of

running the check must be identifi ed.

For the C/E GP3, C/E GP3T, C/E GP8

machine, the safety devices to be che-

cked are:

- Start (A photo 1) and stop button (B

photo 1)

- Cover closure magnetic sensor (C photo

- NVR device operation

Modes of operation

For the safety checks, after having ensu-

red the absence of other personnel in the

vicinity, proceed as follows:

Start and stop button: switch on the

machine, press the button and check that

operation is interrupted.

Sécurité de l’Opérateur

Avant de commencer le poste de tra-

vail, et de toute façon toutes les 8 heu-

res de travail, il est nécessaire de véri-

ﬁer la présence et le fonctionnement

des dispositifs de sécurité présents

sur la machine. Ces vériﬁcations doi-

vent être effectuées directement par

l’opérateur qui opère sur la machine.

S’il y a plusieurs opérateurs par poste,

il faut identiﬁer celui qui doit procéder

au contrôle.

Pour la machine C/E GP3, C/E GP3T,

C/E GP8 les dispositifs de sécurité à

contrôler sont :

- Bouton de démarrage (A photo 1) et

d’arrêt (B photo 1)

- Capteur magnétique fermeture

couvercle (C photo 1)

- Fonctionnement du dispositif NVR

Mode opératoire

Pour les contrôles de sécurité, après avoir

vériﬁé l’absence d’autre personnel à proxi-

mité de la machine, procéder comme suit :

Bouton de démarrage et d’arrêt: allumer

la machine, actionner le bouton et s’assu-

rer que le fonctionnement est interrompu.

dem an der Maschine tätigen Bedie-

ner vorzunehmen. Sollten mehrere

Bediener pro Schicht anwesend sein,

ist einer von ihnen zur Ausführung der

Kontrolle zu bestimmen.

Für die Maschine C/E GP3, C/E GP3T,

C/E GP8 sind folgende Sicherheitsvor-

richtungen zu kontrollieren:

Betriebsarten

Zur Überprüfung der Sicherheitsvor-

richtung ist nach Feststellung der Abwe-

senheit weiteren Personals in der Nähe

derselben wie folgt vorzugehen

Start- und Stopptaster: Schalten Sie die

Maschine ein, betätigen Sie den Taster

und stellen Sie sicher, dass der Betrieb

unterbrochen wird.

Seguridad del Operador

Antes de comenzar el turno, y al menos

cada ocho horas de trabajo, es obliga-

torio veriﬁcar la presencia y el correcto

funcionamiento de los dispositivos de

seguridad presentes en la máquina.

Estos controles deben ser realizados

directamente por el operador que

trabaja en la máquina. Si hay varios

operadores por turno, es necesario

elegir al que realizará el control.

Para los modelos C/E GP3, C/E GP3T,

C/E GP8 los dispositivos de seguridad

que se deben controlar son los siguientes:

- botón de arranque(A fotografía 1) y

parada (B fotografía 1);

- sensor magnético de cierre de la tapa

(C fotografía 1);

-funcionamiento del dispositivo NVR

Modos operativos

Para controlar los dispositivos de segu-

ridad, después de veriﬁcar la ausencia

de otras personas cerca de la máquina,

proceda en la forma siguiente:

Botón de arranque y parada: encienda la

máquina, accione el botón y veriﬁque que

se interrumpa su funcionamiento.

Przed rozpoczęciem obsługi maszyny

charakterystykę maszyny, co opisano

w instrukcji obsługi.

Nigdy nie manipulować przy urządzeniach

bezpieczeństwa.

Nie usuwać ani nie modyfikować

zabezpieczeń i urządzeń bezpieczeństwa.

Nie manipulować przy instalacji

elektrycznej.

Zawsze odłączać wtyczkę elektryczną

przed każdą interwencją czyszczenia,

konserwacji, naprawy.

Nie wolno używać maszyny w środowisku

z atmosferą wybuchową. Stanowisko

pracy znajduje się w pobliżu przycisku

start i stop.

W celu uniknięcia niebezpiecznych

przypadków zaplątania się w uruchomione

podzespoły maszyny, nie należy zbliżać

się do niej z rozpuszczonymi włosami,

bransoletkami, łańcuszkami,

pierścionkami, krawatami, w luźnej

odzieży itp.

W związku z tym każdy operator musi

nosić odzież odpowiednią do środowiska

pracy oraz sytuacji, w której się znajduje.

Strefy pracy operatora zawsze muszą być

utrzymane w porządku i czystości, bez

tłustych plam i opróżnione z wszelkich

zbędnych przedmiotów.

Pomieszczenie, w którym jest ustawiona

maszyna nie może posiadać zacienionych

stref, oślepiającego światła, ani

niebezpiecznych efektów

stroboskopowych oświetlenia.

Cover closure magnetic sensor: Open

the cover, press the start button and

check the machine does not start. Close

the cover, ensuring the relative knob is

locked properly into place, press the start

button and check the machine is working

correctly.

NVR (No Volt Release): switch on the

machine, disconnect the power plug while

the machine is running, then connect the

plug again. The machine must not restart.

Before starting working with the ma-

chine the operator must be perfectly

aware of the position and the working

of all the controls and of the characte-

ristics of the machine described in the

“Operating instructions”.

Never tamper with the safety devices.

Never remove, nor change the pro-

tections and safety devices, especially

those installed at the meat inlet.

Never tamper with the electric system.

Always disconnect from power supply

before performing any cleaning, servi-

cing or maintenance operation.

The use of the machine in environments

with explosive atmosphere is forbidden.

The working position is in front of the start

& stop push buttons.

Never go near the machine with loose

hair, clothes, bracelets, chains, rings,

ties, etc. to avoid the chance that they

become tangled in the moving parts of

the machine.

As a consequence, the operator shall

wear suitable clothes for the working

environment and the situation he is in.

Always keep the working place clear and

free from oil residues.

The room where the machine is instal-

led must not have dark areas, dazzling

lights, nor stroboscopic effects due to

the lighting system.

Capteur magnétique fermeture cou-

vercle: Ouvrir le couvercle, appuyer sur

le bouton de marche et s’assurer que la

machine ne démarre pas. Fermer le cou-

vercle en veillant à bloquer parfaitement

le bouton correspondant, appuyer sur

le bouton de marche et s’assurer que la

machine fonctionne parfaitement.

NVR (No Volt Release) : allumer la machi-

ne, débrancher la ﬁche de l’alimentation

électrique quand la machine est en mar-

che, rebrancher la ﬁche. La machine ne

doit pas redémarrer.

Avant de commencer le travail, l’opéra-

teur doit connaître parfaitement la

position et le fonctionnement de toutes

les commandes et les caractéristiques

de la machine exposées dans la Notice

d’Utilisation.

Ne jamais altérer les dispositifs de sécu-

rité. Ne jamais éliminer ou altérer les

protections et les dispositifs de secu-

rité. en particulier la protection sur le

trou d'introduction de la viande.

Ne pas altérer l’installation électrique.

Débrancher la prise électrique avant

toute intervention de nettoyage, d’en-

tretien ou de réparation. L’utilisation de

la machine dans des locaux présentant

une atmosphère explosive est interdite.

La position de travail est située devant

aux boutons de mise en marche et d'arrêt.

Pour éviter de se prendre dans les or-

ganes en mouvement de la machine, ne

jamais approcher desdits organes les

cheveux, bracelets, chaînes, bagues,

cravates, vêtements larges etc.

Par conséquent, l’opérateur doit utiliser

un habillement approprié au milieu de

travail et à la situation dans laquelle il se

trouve. Les zones de stationnement de

l’opérateur doivent être en permanen-

ce dégagées et propres, sans résidus

huileux.

Le local d’installation de la machine ne

doit pas présenter de zones d’ombres,

d’éblouissements gênants, ni d’effets

stroboscopiques dus à l’éclairage

installé par l’acquéreur.

Vor Arbeitsbeginn muss der Bediener

die Position und die Funktionsweise

aller Steuerungen sowie die in der “Be-

triebsanleitung” enthaltenen Merkmale

der Maschine sehr gut kennen.

Basteln Sie nie an den Sicherheits-

vorrichtungen herum.

Die Schutz- und Sicherheitsvor-

richtungen, insbesondere diejenigen

am Einfüllstutzen, dürfen weder geän-

dert noch entfernt werden.

Basteln Sie nicht an der Elektrik herum.

Vor allen Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und

Instandstellungsarbeiten den Netzste-

cker ausziehen. Die Maschine darf nur

von einer Person betrieben werden.

Der Arbeitsplatz befi ndet sich mit Blick auf

die Einschalt- und Stopptasten. Nähern

Sie sich der Maschine nicht mit langen

Haaren, Armreifen, Ketten, Kravatten,

weiten Kleidern usw., da sich diese

sehr leicht in den sich bewegenden Ma-

schinenteilen verfangen können. Der

Bediener muss eine dem Arbeitsplatz und

der Situation angemessene Bekleidung

tragen. Der Standplatz des Bedieners

muss immer frei und von fetthaltigen

Resten gesäubert sein.

Der Raum, in dem die Maschine un-

tergebracht ist, darf keine störende

blendende und Schattenbereiche,

keine durch die vom Käufer installierte

Beleuchtung verursachte gefährliche

stroboskopische Effekte aufweisen.

Antes de empezar el trabajo el Ope-

rador debe conocer perfectamente la

posición y el funcionamiento de todos

los mandos y características de la

máquina indicadas en las “Instruccio-

nes de Uso”.

Nunca alteren los dispositivos de segu-

ridad.

No eliminen o modiﬁquen protecciones

y dispositivos de seguridad.

No alteren la instalación eléctrica.

Antes de cada intervención de lim-

pieza, mantenimiento, reparación des-

conectar el enchufe.

Está prohibido el uso de la máquina en

ambientes con atmósfera explosiva.

La posición de trabajo es aquélla de frente

a los botones de arranque y de parada.

Para evitar tendencias peligrosas de

enredo en los órganos en movimiento

de la máquina, no acercarse a los mi-

smos con el pelo, pulseras, cadenas,

anillos, corbatas, vestimenta ancha,

etc.

El operador, por lo tanto, debe utilizar

ropa adecuada al ambiente de trabajo y

situación en que se encuentra.

Las zonas de estacionamiento del Opera-

dor siempre deben estar libres y limpias,

sin residuos oleosos.

El local donde se ha colocado la máqui-

na no debe tener zonas de sombra,

luces deslumbrantes molestas, efectos

estroboscópicos peligrosos debidos

a la iluminación predispuesta por el

comprador.

Upewnić się, czy napięcie gniazda

wtykowego odpowiada wymaganiom

maszyny (patrz tabliczka).

Każda modyfikacja maszyny musi być

autoryzowana przez producenta.

Nigdy nie używać strumienia wody do

mycia maszyny.

Uwaga: wewnątrz maszyny występuje

napięcie 400 V lub 230 V!

Używać zawsze oryginalnych części

zamiennych, które gwarantują

prawidłowe funkcjonowanie oraz

bezpieczeństwo maszyny.

Kabel zasilający musi być dokładnie i

okresowo sprawdzany (zużyty lub

uszkodzony kabel stanowi poważne

zagrożenie porażeniem prądem).

Pozostałe zagrożenia

Pomimo znaków ostrzegawczych,

urządzeń bezpieczeństwa,

zabezpieczeń przed wypadkami i

pouczeń nadal występują inne

zagrożenia, na których obecność należy

zwracać uwagę podczas szkolenia

operatorów oraz o których należy

pamiętać podczas obsługi maszyny:

- zagrożenie spowodowane obracaniem

się kosza lub tarczy ciernej. Zabrania się

dostępu do obszaru roboczego przez

otwór spustowy. Dostęp do obszaru

roboczego można uzyskać tylko po

podniesieniu pokrywy oraz po wyłączeniu

maszyny.

- ryzyko upadku elementów podczas

montażu i demontażu.

- ryzyko spowodowane podłączeniem

energii elektrycznej i obecnością

kondensatorów w maszynie.

- ryzyko związane z nieprawidłową

rotacją silnika (w przypadku zasilania

trójfazowego).

Mechanical and electrical

troubles

Make sure that the voltage of the outlet is

the same as the voltage required by the

machine (see the label).

Any modifi cation to the machine must

be authorised by the manufacturer.

Never use a spray of water to clean

the machine.

Warning: the voltage inside the machi-

ne is 400V or 230V!

Always use original spare parts

thatguarantee the perfect working and

the safety of the machine.

The electric cable must be checked regu-

larly and carefully (a worn cable or a cable

in less than perfect conditions is always a

serious electrical danger).

Residual risks

Although the warning signs, safety devices,

safety guards and warnings, there are still

some residual risks that must be brought

to the attention of operators in training

and should be kept in mind when using

the machine:

- residual risk due to the basket or

abrasive disk rotating. It is forbidden

câble usé ou en mauvais état représente

un grave danger de nature électrique).

Risques résiduels

Malgré les signes d'alerte, dispositifs de

sécurité, des gardes de sécurité et les

avertissements, il ya encore des risques

résiduels qui doivent être portées à l'atten-

tiondes opérateurs en formation et doivent

être gardés à l'esprit lors de l'utilisation de

la machine:

- risque résiduel dû à la corbeille ou faire

tourner le disque abrasif. il est interdit

l'accès à la zone de travail à travers

l'oriﬁce de vidange. Le seul accès à la

zone de travail à travers le couvercle et

lorsque la machine est hors tension.

- risques de chute des outils pendant

la phase de montage et de démontage;

- risque dû à la présence d’électricité et

de condensateurs sur la machine;

- risque dû à la rotation non correcte

du moteur (en cas d’alimentation TF).

Sicherheit der Maschine gewährleisten.

Das Zuleitungskabel muss von Zeit zu

Zeit genau kontrolliert werden (ein abge-

nutztes oder defektes Kabel stellt eine

grosse elektrische Gefährdung dar).

Maschine Restrisiken

Trotz der Warnschilder, Sicherheitsein-

richtungen, Schutzeinrichtungen und War-

nungen, gibt es noch einige Restrisiken,

die um die Aufmerksamkeit der Betreiber

in der Ausbildung gebracht werden müssen

und beachten sollten, wenn Sie das Gerät

gehalten werden:

- Restrisiko aufgrund der Korb oder

Schleifscheibe dreht. Es ist verboten,

Zugang zum Arbeitsbereich durch das

ro peligro de naturaleza eléctrica).

Riesgos residuales

A pesar de los signos de alarma, disposi-

tivos de seguridad, guardias de seguridad

y las advertencias, todavía hay algunos

riesgos residuales que deben señalarse

a la atención de los operadores en el en-

trenamiento y se deben tener en cuenta

a la hora de utilizar la máquina:

- riesgo residual debido a la canasta o de

rotación del disco abrasivo. Está

prohibido el acceso a la zona de trabajo

através de el oriﬁcio de drenaje. El único

Recommended use

The machine is designed to peel garlic

and comprises a container with a drilled

Utilisation Prevue

La machine a été conçue pour l’épluchage

de l’ail et elle se compose d’un récipient

dans lequel se trouve un disque tournant

percé et doté d’agitateurs. Lorsque ce

disque tourne, il provoque le frottement

du produit faisant en sorte que la friction

sur les parois et sur le plan du disque

entraîne l’épluchage.

Tout usage autre que l’usage indiqué

doit être considéré comme abusif et

peut causer des dommages à la ma-

chine et aux Opérateurs.

Il convient de n’utiliser que les acces-

soires fournis avec la machine.

Opakowanie i transport

Maszyna została opakowana w celach

transportowych w karton, na którym

znajdują się oznaczenia „GÓRA” i

„SZKŁO”.

W ten sposób opakowana maszyna jest

transportowana ręcznie przez jednego

lub dwóch operatorów lub ułożona jedna

na drugą w maksymalnej ilości 3 sztuk na

wózku ciągnionym ręcznie.

Magazynowanie

Opakowaną maszynę można

przechowywać w pomieszczeniu

nen mitzuteilen, die Maschine transpor-

tieren und installieren.

Verpackung und Transport

Für den Transport ist die Maschine in

einem Karton mit den Hinweisen “ALTO”

und “FRAGILE” verpackt.

Die auf diese Weise verpackte Maschine

kann von ein bis zwei Personen von Hand,

oder maximal drei Maschinen aufeinander

gestapelt auf einem Handwagen transpor-

tiert werden.

Lagerung

Die verpackte Maschine in einem gesch-

Boden getrennt lagern.

Packing and Transport

The machine is packed for transport in

a carton box carrying the instructions

The packed machine can be transported

by hand by one or two Operators or, sta-

cked in a maximum number of three, by

a hand-towed cart.

Storage

Store the machine in its box in a closed

place. The machine must be isolated from

the ground by means of wood crosspieces

or similar. Temperature and humidity ran-

ges (between -5°C and +60°C; between

30% and 90%).

Never turn the box upside down.

Always check the “TOP” arrow printed

on the box. Never stack more than three

boxes. When removed from the box the

machine must be placed on a solid base

covered with a tarpaulin.

W związku z tym w celu sprawdzenia

Reception

Packing is made with suitable material by

leave our factory in complete and perfect

conditions.

The goods travel at owner’s risk, even if

they are supplied carriage free.

In any case, for the qualitycontrol of tran-

sport services and when it is assured,

follow these directions:

1) upon receipt of the goods , before taking

the machine out of the box, verify im-

mediately if the box is damaged: in this

case accept the goods with prejudice,

supplying photographic evidence of the

damages;

2) remove the machine from the box, che-

cking the content against the packing

list;

3) verify that machine components were

not damaged during transport and no-

tify, within 3 (three) days of receipt, the

damages to the forwarding agent, with

registered mail, supplying at the same

time full photographic evidence of the

damages.

Recepción

El embalaje está constituido por material

adecuado y realizado por personal ex-

perto: las máquinas salen completas y

en condiciones perfectas. La mercancía

viaja por cuenta y riesgo del comprador,

aunque entregada franco domicilio deéste

último.

Sin embargo, para el control de la calidad

de los servicios de transporte y para el

caso en que estuviera asegurada, cumplir

las siguientes advertencias :

1) A la recepción de la máquina, antes

de proceder al desembalaje, veriﬁcar

en seguida si la caja resulta dañada:

en caso positivo retirar la mercancía

con precaución, produciendo pruebas

fotográficas de eventuales daños

aparentes.

2) Desembalar, veriﬁcando el contenido

rysunkach lub ewentualnie za pomocą

wózka w celu uniknięcia jakiegokolwiek

W związku z tym odradza się używanie

urządzeń podnoszących (wózki

widłowe, haki suwnicy itp.).

Podłączenie

Maszyna jest wyposażona we wtyczkę

do podłączenia do gniazda prądowego

sieci elektrycznej.

Manutention

La machine doit être soulevée manuel-

lement comme il est indiqueé dans les

ﬁgures ci-dessous ou bien à l’aide de

bande de levage, aﬁn d’éviter d’endom-

mager la machine.

Eviter l’emploi d’engins de manutention

(p.ex. chariots à fourche, crochets de

ponts roulants, etc.) au contact direct de

la machine.

Branchement

La machine est dotée d’une ﬁche pour

le branchement à la prise de courant du

secteur.

schématiquement dans la figure ci-

dessous.

Contrôler et, le cas échéant, faire

adapter l’installation de mise à la terre

du réseau électrique du local d’instal-

lation de la machine.

bildung schematisch dargestellt.

Kontrollieren und die Erdung des

Installationsortes der Maschine even-

tuell durch einen Elektriker anpassen

lassen.

Handling

Always lift the machine manually as shown

in the pictures below, or with the aid of

lifting bands, in order to avoid any kind

of damage.

Do not use lifting systems (fork lift trucks,

hooks of bridge cranes, etc.) in direct

contact with the machine.

Connection

The machine is supplied with a plug for

connecting it to the mains outlet.

The types of plugs used are shown in the

picture below.

Verify and, if necessary, adjust the

earth system of the place where the

machine will be installed.

Wolna przestrzeń przewidziana wokół

maszyny musi być odpowiednia do

sprawnego wykonywania wszystkich

operacji pracy i konserwacji (1 m po

stronie działania operatora).

Podłoga wokół maszyny musi być

utrzymywana w czystości i w dobrym

stanie.

Maszyna musi stać stabilnie, pionowo i

musi być zabezpieczona przed

ewentualnymi wibracjami

mechanicznymi. W związku z tym modele

C/E GP3T i C/E GP8 są wyposażone w 3

stałe nóżki z otworami do ewentualnego

zamocowania na podłodze za pomocą

kołków lub śrub oraz w jedną regulowaną

nóżkę (rys. 3 odn. A) służąca do

wypoziomowania maszyny.

Oprócz podłączenia typu elektrycznego

za pomocą wtyczki (Jednofazowej/

Trójfazowej) włożonej do gniazda

sieciowego, należy podłączyć wlot i wylot

wody.

Wlot wody wykonuje się podłączając

przewód (rys. 4 odn. A), który z kolei

musi być podłączony do głównej instalacji

wodnej.

Machine installation

Leave a clear area (at least 1 m on

the operator side) around the machine

for working, cleaning and servicing

operations. he machine must be installed

on a stable, vertical basis, protected from

possible mechanical vibrations.

The fl oor around the machine must be

kept clean and in good condition.

For this reason, the C/E GP3T and C/E

GP8 models are fi tted with 3 fi xed feet that

also have holes for fi xing the machine to

the fl oor by means of bolts and anchors

and a screwing foot (fi g. 3 ref. A) that

allows you to level the machine.

Connect the machine to the mains supply

by inserting the plug (Single phase/Three-

phase) in a suitable socket and connect

the water inlet and outlet.

The water inlet is performed by connecting

the pipe (fi g. 4 ref. A) and to the water

supply system.

Mise en place de la machine

manière stable, en position verticale, sans

Pour cette raison les modèles C/E GP3T

et C/E GP8 sont équipé de 3 pieds ﬁxes

avec trous pour la ﬁxation éventuelle au

sol au moyen de tampons ou de boulons

et d’un pied réglable (ﬁg. 3 réf. A) qui

permet la mise à niveau de la machine.

En plus du branchement électrique, qui se

fait au moyen de la ﬁche (monophasée/

triphasée) à insérer dans la prise reliée au

secteur, il faudra prévoir le raccordement

pour l’admission et l’évacuation de l’eau.

Pour l’admission de l’eau, relier le tube

(ﬁg. 4 réf. A), préalablement raccordé à

l’installation de distribution de l’eau.

auf dem Boden mit Dübeln oder Bolzen

und einen verstellbaren Fuß (Abb. 3

Pos. A), damit die MaschineDasnivelliert

werden kann.

Neben dem Elektroanschluss mit Hilfe

des vorgesehenen Steckers (einphasig/

dreiphasig), der in die Netzsteckdose

zu stecken ist, muss der Anschluss des

Wasserzulaufs und -ablaufs hergestellt

werden. Den Wasserzulauf bekommt man

durch Anschließen des Schlauchs (Abb. 4

Pos. A) an die Wasserleitung.

El emplazamiento de la máquina debe

ser estable, vertical y protegido contra

posibles vibraciones de origen mecánico.

El pavimento alrededor de la máquina se

debe mantener limpio y en buen estado.

Por este motivo, los modelos C/E GP3T

y C/E GP8 están provistos de tres pies

ﬁjos, con agujeros para eventual ﬁjación

al pavimento mediante tacos o pernos, y

un pie regulable (ﬁg. 3 ref. A) que permite

nivelar la máquina.

Además del enlace de tipo eléctrico, me-

diante el respectivo enchufe (monofásico/

trifásico) a conectar en la toma de corrien-

te de red, es necesario conectar la entrada

y la salida del agua.

La entrada del agua se obtiene conectan-

do el tubo (ﬁg. 4 ref. A), que a su vez debe

ser conectado a la instalación general

del agua.

drain plug to the sewer system of the place

where the machine is installed by means

of pipe (fi g. 4 ref. B) and of the necessary

fi lter for blocking solid parts.

We remind you that the requirement for

the above mentioned fi lter has been made

compulsory by the laws on water pollution

now in force.

• Turn the machine on.

Pour l’évacuation de l’eau utilisée pour

de la mondadora de cebollas a la red

de alcantarillado del local en el que la

máquina está instalada, aplicando el

correspondiente filtro de retención de

las partes sólidas. Téngase presente

que este ﬁltro ha sido establecido como

obligatorio por las normas vigentes sobre

contaminación hídrica.

obowiązek selektywnej zbiórki

materiałów składowych maszyny.

karze według obowiązujących

Demolition

Pursuant to prevailing law and for

the purpose of reducing waste environ-

mental impact, machine disposal as urban

waste is strictly forbidden. The machine

may only be forwarded to special waste

collection centres or returned to the distri-

butor when purchasing a new machine.

Machine markings clearly identify it as

separately collectable waste. Improper

or fraudulent disposal of the machine

or of any of its parts is liable to criminal

prosecution and other provisions under

law. The main materials making up the

machine are listed below.

In Übereinstimmung mit der gel-

tenden Gesetzgebung und mit dem Ziel,

die Umweltbelastung durch Abfälle zu

reduzieren, ist es verboten, die Maschine

als Stadtmüll zu entsorgen. Die Maschi-

ne ist bei den eigens dazu autorisierten

Sammelostellen zu entsorgen oder beim

Kauf einer neuen Maschine an den

Vertrieb zurückzugeben. Das an der

Maschine angebrachte Symbol zeigt die

Verpfl ichtung zur getrennten Entsorgung

des Geräts an. Die vorschriftswidrige und

unsachgemäße Entsorgung der Maschine

und ihrer Komponenten wird nach gel-

tender Rechtslage bestraft. In der nach-

stehenden Tabelle werden nacheinander

die bei der Konstruktion der Maschine

verwendeten Materialien angegeben.

urbain. La machine doit être éliminée

dans les centres de collecte prévus à cet

effet ou bien remise au distributeur au

moment de l'achat d'une machine neuve.

Le symbole apposé sur la machine indique

l'obligation de la collecte séparée de l'ap-

pareil. L'élimination abusive et impropre

de la machine et de ses composants est

passible de sanctions dans le cadre de la

réglementation en vigueur. On trouvera

dans le tableau ci-après la liste des princi-

paux matériaux utilisés pour la fabrication

de la machine..

En conformidad con la legislación

vigente y con el objetivo de reducir el

impacto ambiental de los residuos, está

prohibido eliminar la máquina como resi-

duo urbano. La máquina debe ser enviada

a un centro de recogida autorizado o

devuelta al distribuidor en el momento de

adquirir una nueva máquina. El símbolo

aplicado en la máquina indica la obliga-

ción de la recogida selectiva de la misma.

La eliminación no autorizada o impropia

de la máquina y de sus componentes será

castigada según la normativa vigente.

Maszyna została zaprojektowana do

obierania czosnku. Składa się z

cylindrycznego pojemnika z nawiercaną

tarczą obrotową z mieszadłami (rys. 5

odn. A).

Produkt ociera się o obrotową tarczę,

dzięki czemu tarcie o ściany powoduje

jego obieranie.

Tarcza posiada mieszadła zapobiegające

obracaniu się produktu w kierunku

wzdłużnym, dzięki czemu obieranie

zawsze odbywa się po tej samej stronie

(rys. 5 odn. B); te elementy pozwalają

produktowi na ciągłe toczenie się, tym

samym umożliwiając jego równomierne

obieranie.

Za pomocą rozpylacza (rys. 5 odn. C) do

komory zostaje wprowadzona zimna

woda, która pozwala wydalać odpady i

jednocześnie spełnia rolę środka

zmiękczającego. W oparciu o czas i ilość

użytego produktu można uzyskać różne

rodzaje obierania. W związku z tym na

tablicy sterowniczej znajduje się licznik,

za pomocą którego można

zaprogramować czas konieczny do

obrania produktu.

Uwaga: rozpylanie wody zostanie

uruchomione automatycznie po

zamknięciu pokrywy.

The machine is designed to peel garlic

and comprises a cylindrical container with

a stainless steel drilled rotating disc fi tted

with agitators (fi g. 5 ref. A).

Product is rubbed against the disc as it

turns, ensuring that friction on the walls

causes peeling.

The disc is fi tted with agitators to prevent

product rolling lengthways and ensure

peeling always occurs on the same side

(fi g. 5 ref. B); these elements cause the

product to roll continuously producing a

homogeneous peeling.

The sprayers (fi g. 5 ref. C) supplies cold

water inside the cell, removing the depo-

sits and softening the peel to be removed.

According to the time and the quantity

of product used you can obtain different

types of peeling. For this reason, the

control board is fi tted with a timer that you

can use to set the time needed for peeling

the product.

N.B. water spraying activates automatical-

ly on closing the lid.

La machine a été conçue pour l’épluchage

de l’ail et elle se compose d’un récipient

cylindrique dans lequel se trouve un di-

sque tournant en acier inox percé et doté

d’agitateurs (ﬁg. 5 réf. A).

Lorsque ce disque tourne, il provoque

le frottement du produit faisant en sorte

que la friction sur les parois entraîne

l’épluchage.

Aﬁn d’éviter que le roulement soit linéaire

et que l’épluchage se fasse sur le produit

toujours et uniquement du même côté, le

plat a été équipé d’agitateurs (ﬁg. 5 réf.

B). Grâce à ces éléments, le produit peut

rouler continuellement et être épluché de

manière homogène.

L’eau froide est introduite à l’intérieur de

la chambre au moyen trois pulvérisateurs

(ﬁg. 5 réf. C), aﬁn de favoriser l’élimination

des déchets et l’assouplissement de la

peau devant être enlevée.

Différents types d’épluchage peuvent

être obtenus en fonction du temps et

de la quantité de produit à traiter. Sur le

tableau de commande vous trouverez un

temporisateur permettant de programmer

le temps nécessaire pour l’épluchage du

produit.

Nota. La pulvérisation de l’eau est activée

automatiquement lors de la fermeture du

couvercle.

Die Maschine wurde zum Schälen von

Knoblauch gebaut und besteht aus einem

zylindrischen Behälter, in dessen Innern sich

eine mit Rührelementen ausgestattete ge-

lochte Drehscheibe aus Inox-Stahl befi ndet

(Abb. 5 Pos. A).

Diese Scheibe streift beim Drehen das Pro-

dukt und bewirkt dabei das Schälen durch

den Abrieb an den Wänden.

Damit der Lauf nicht linear ist und das

Schälen des Produkts nicht immer von

derselben Seite aus erfolgt, wurde die

Scheibe mit Rührelementen ausgestattet

(Abb. 5 Pos. B); diese Elemente bewirken

ein fortwährendes Rollen des Produkts

und eine gleichmäßige Schälung. Über

drei Spritzdüsen (Abb. 5 Pos. C) wird

kaltes Wasser in die Kammer geleitet, das

den Abrieb wegspült und gleichzeitig als

Weichmacher für die abzutragende Schale

fungiert. In Abhängigkeit von der Zeit und

von der Produktmenge können verschiede-

ne Schälungsarten erzielt werden.

Aus diesem Grund befi ndet sich auf der

Schalttafel eine Schaltuhr, mit der die zum

Schälen des Produkts erforderliche Zeit

programmiert werden kann.

N.B.: der Wasserstrahl wird automatisch bim

Schließen des Deckels betätigt.

Uso de la máquina

La máquina está diseñada para pelar ajo y

está compuesta por un recipiente cilíndri-

co en cuyo interior hay un disco giratorio

de acero inoxidable, perforado y dotado

de agitadores (ﬁg. 5, ref. A).

Al girar, este disco provoca el estrega-

miento del producto, de tal forma que el

rozamiento contra las paredes provoca

la peladura.

Para evitar que la rotación sea lineal y que

la peladura del producto se realice siem-

pre en el mismo lado, el plato está dotado

de agitadores (ﬁg. 5, ref. B). Mediante

estos elementos se obtiene la rodadura

continua del producto y, con ello, una

mondadura homogénea. Mediante tres

aspersores (ﬁg. 5 ref. C) se introduce agua

fría en la cámara, que elimina el material

acumulado (cáscara molida) y que opera

como emoliente para ablandar la película

que debe ser removida.

En función del tiempo y cantidad de pro-

ducto utilizado es posible obtener varios

tipos de mondadura. Por ello, en el cuadro

de mandos está presente un temporiza-

dor que permite programar el tiempo de

mondadura del producto.

Nota: El rociado de agua se acciona au-

tomáticamente al cerrar la tapa.

Na zakończenie obierania w celu

wyciągnięcia produktu z pojemnika

należy, utrzymując maszynę ciągle w

ruchu, otworzyć drzwiczki wyładowcze

(rys. 6 odn. A), blokując je w

odpowiedniej pozycji (rys. 6).

Drzwiczki wyładowcze (rys. 6 odn. A)

otwierają się tylko na zewnątrz, nie

pozwalając na włożenie rąk ani innych

części ciała do środka maszyny.

Ostatni przyrząd zabezpieczający składa

się z czujnika magnetycznego (rys. 6

odn. B) umieszczonego w okolicy

zawiasów pokrywy, który rozłącza ruch

maszyny w momencie podniesienia

pokrywy.

The discharging door (fi g. 6 ref. A) that can

be opened outward only, prevents hands

or other objects from being introduced

inside the machine.

The fi nal protection device is composed

of a coded magnetic sensor (fi g. 6 ref. B)

near the hinge of the lid which stops the

machine when the lid is raised.

Nach Abschluss des Schälens empfehlen

wir zum Ausziehen des Produkts, die

Maschine stets laufen zu lassen, die

Auslassklappe (Abb. 6 Pos. A) zu öffnen

und in der entsprechenden Position zu

blockieren (Abb. 6).

Dadurch, dass sich die Entladeklappe

(Abb. 6 Pos. A) nur nach außen öffnen

lässt, wird verhindert, dass die Hände

oder Sonstiges in die Maschine gelangen

können. Die letzte Schutzvorrichtung

besteht aus einem Magnetsensor (Abb. 6

Pos. A), auf Höhe des Deckelscharniers

der die Maschine anhält, wenn der Deckel

angehoben wird.

Para la extracción del producto una vez

terminada la peladura, se recomienda

abrir la puerta de descarga (Fig. 6, Ref.

A) con la máquina en movimiento, blo-

queándola en la posición correspondiente

(Fig. 6).

Abriéndose sólo hacia afuera, la porte-

zuela de descarga (ﬁg. 6 ref. A) impide la

introducción de las manos u objetos en

la máquina. El último dispositivo de pro-

tección consiste en un sensor magnético

(ﬁg. 6 ref. A) situado en correspondencia

con la bisagra de la tapa que desactiva la

marcha cuando se levanta la tapa.

Une fois l'épluchage terminé, pour l'ex-

traction du produit, nous conseillons, tout

en gardant la machine en marche, d'ouvrir

le portillon d'évacuation (ﬁg. 6 réf. A) en

le bloquant dans la position prévue à cet

effet (ﬁg. 6).

Le volet de décharge (ﬁg. 6 réf. A) qui

s’ouvre seulement vers l’exterieur em-

peche de pouvoir introduir les mains ou

atre chose dedans la machine. Le dernier

dispositif de protection se compose d'un

capteur magnétique (ﬁg. 6 réf. A) situé à

proximité de la charnière du couvercle

qui désactive le fonctionnement quand

on soulève le couvercle.
