Rockler Centerline Limited Lifetime Warranty
What is covered: If your Rockler Centerline™ Lifetime drawer slide fails to meet your expectations at any point in time, you may
return it to Rockler for replacement of the same or comparable model at no cost. If you have a record of your Rockler Woodworking
and Hardware purchase (i.e. receipt or order number), you may choose to be refunded the original purchase price instead.
What is not covered: Any amounts above the cost of the drawer slide to be replaced. For example, installation, removal, damages,
transportation or shipping costs are not included in this warranty.

Centerline 3612 Series Low Profile Full Extension Slides
Before installing the slides, separate the cabinet and drawer members. Note that the
release trigger moves upward on the left hand slide, and downward on the right hand slide.
Note: First hole in cabinet member is 35mm from front edge of slide.
Install Cabinet Members First:
1. For Overlay Drawer Fronts, align the front of the cabinet member with the
front edge of the cabinet.
2. For Inset Drawer Fronts, setback the front of the cabinet member the
thickness of the drawer front.
3. Temporarily secure the cabinet member to the cabinet with screws in the
front and back horizontal slots.
Install Drawer Member:
4. Align the front edge of the drawer member with the front edge of the drawer box.
5. Secure it to the drawer with screws in the front and back vertical slots.

Assemble the Drawer:
6. Slide the intermediate member to the front of the cabinet member. Connect the
drawer by inserting the drawer member between the ball bearings and carefully
pushing the drawer until closed.
7. If necessary, adjust the height of the drawer using the vertical slots on the drawer
member and the depth of the drawer by adjusting the horizontal slots on the
cabinet member.
8. When all adjustments are complete, install additional screws in the holes on the
cabinet and drawer members to lock the slide members in position. Two locking
screws per member are recommended.
*Different lengths may have different hole configurations.
