Assembly
1. Place Rod Coupler O-rings (3) over both threaded ends of
the Rod Coupler (2).
2. Connect the two 18" Assembly Rods (1) using the
Rod Coupler (2). Fig. 1.
3. Using a rubber mallet, gently tap the plastic Rod Holder
Insert (4) into one end of the assembled rod.
4. Insert the Cord Holder Loop (5) into the Cord Holder
Insert (4). Fig. 2.
5. Slide the Hose Traveler Bracket (6) onto the rod assembly,
with the shorter support arm oriented to the top of
the assembly.
6. Completely expand the Hose Clamp (8) until it comes apart
and is no longer a loop.
7. ThreadtheatendoftheHoseClamp(8)throughthenarrow
slots in the Hose Traveler Bracket (6).
8. Place the plastic Hose Port (7) on the traveler and reconnect
the Hose Clamp (8). Tighten the clamp around the port.

9. Determine where on your work surface you would like
the Cord and Hose Holder to be and secure the Bench
Bracket (9) at this location.
10. Feed rod assembly through the two holes in the Bench
Bracket (9) and adjust for height. Secure with the Bench
Clamp Height Adjustment Knob (10). Fig. 4.
Using the Cord and Hose Holder
1. To manage power cords, simply place the cord through the
loops of the Cord Holder, making sure to leave enough cord
to effectively use the tool you are working with.
2. To manage your dust collection hose, plug a shop vacuum
hose with a standard 21⁄4" outer diameter port from the
vacuum into one end of the dust port.
3. Plug another hose with the standard 21⁄4" port into the other
end of the dust port and then into the tool you are using.
Note: Given the various ports found on different tools, adapters
or reducers may be necessary.
