►Ce kit permet de collecter l’air en sortie de turbine pour le déposer
directement sur le sol.
►Ce kit comprend :
• Un collecteur Ø110 avec 2 sorties Ø35.
• Un grand et deux petits tuyaux souples Ø110.
• Un caisson de décompression.
►L’air rejeté par la turbine passe par le collecteur, puis est transféré par
le tuyau Ø110 dans le caisson de décompression qui lui freine l’air avant
de l’évacuer sur le sol par les deux sorties Ø110 (voir schéma).
►Le collecteur est xé sur la sortie de la turbine, le grand tuyau souple
Ø110 relie le collecteur au caisson de décompression qui lui est xé sur
une poutre du châssis, la sortie du caisson se fait par les deux petits
tuyaux souples Ø110.
►Si le semoir est équipé d’une trémie fertiliseur 980l ou dans le cas
d’un châssis double télescopique, raccorder le kit fertiliseur pulsé avec
les deux sorties Ø35 du collecteur, sinon condamner ces deux sorties
avec des bouchons plastiques.
►Avec le kit fertiliseur pulse : xer la platine inox dans la goulotte.
►An de parfaire l’étanchéité, nous vous conseillons de faire un joint
tout autour du collecteur avec un produit de type silicone.

►This kit is designed to collect the air ow at the outlet of the turbine
and then drives it to on the surface of the ground.
►In the kit, you have :
• One air manifold Ø110 with 2 outlets Ø35.
• One big and two short exible hoses Ø110.
• One decompression box.
►The air coming out of the turbine go throw the manifold, then is
transferred in the hose Ø110 to the decompression box which slow
down the air before leaving it on the ground through 2 outlets Ø110
(see drawing).
►The air manifold is tted on the upper outlet of the turbine, the big
exible hose Ø110 joins the air manifold to the decompression box which
is tted on one beam of the frame. The outlet of the decompression box
is done through 2 short exible hoses Ø110.
►If the planter is equipped with one fertilizer hopper 980l or in case of
double telescopic frame, link the 2 hoses of the air kit for fertiliser (on
the outer rows) with the 2 outlets Ø35 of the air manifold, if not, clog
them with 2 plastic caps.
►With the air kit for fertilizer : x the stainless steel plate in the manifold.
►In order to improve the air tightness, we advise you to make a sealing
around the manifold with a silicon type sealant.

►Ez a rendszer összegyűjti, és a talaj felé tereli a turbinából kiáramló
levegőt.
►A készlet tartalma:
• Egy gyűjtőtartály, Ø110, 2 kimenetes, Ø35.
• Egy nagy és két kis méretű hajlékony tömlő Ø110.
• Egy nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály.
►A turbinából kiáramló levegő a gyűjtőtartályon és a Ø110 tömlőn
keresztül a nyomáskiegyenlítő tartályba kerül, mely csökkenti a
nyomást, mielőtt a két Ø110 kimeneten keresztül a talaj felé irányítja a
levegőt (lásd az ábrát).
►A gyűjtőtartály a turbina kimenetén, a Ø110, nagy méretű hajlékony
tömlő pedig a gyűjtőtartály és a nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály között
helyezkedik el, amely a gép vázán lévő szerelvényre van erősítve. A
nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály kimenete két, Ø110 hajlékony tömlő.
►Ha a gép fel van szerelve 980 l-es műtrágya-betöltő garattal, vagy
dupla teleszkópos alvázzal, a gyűjtőtartály két Ø35 kimenetét kösse
össze a műtrágyaszóró rendszerrel, ellenkező esetben ezeket a
kimeneti nyílásokat zárja le műanyag dugókkal.
►Műtrágya porlasztó rendszer esetén: helyezze a rozsdamentes acél
lemezt a garatba.
►A megfelelő szigetelés érdekében javasoljuk, hogy a gyűjtőtartályt
lássa el szilikon tömítéssel.

sol et diminue considérablement la poussière (voir schéma).
►Le collecteur est xé sur la sortie de la turbine, le grand tuyau souple
Ø110 relie le collecteur au caisson de décompression qui lui est xé sur
une poutre du châssis.

tömlő pedig a gyűjtőtartály és a nyomáskiegyenlítő tartály között
helyezkedik el, amely a gép vázán lévő szerelvényre van erősítve.

helyezkedik el, amely a gép vázán lévő szerelvényre van erősítve. A
kiegyenlítő tartályból kiáramló levegő egy több csatornás kivezető
szerelvényen keresztül a talaj felé távozik, jelentősen csökkentve a
felkavart por mennyiségét.
►A gyűjtőtartály és a turbina közötti szivárgás megelőzéséhez hab
alapú tömítőanyag szükséges.
►A megfelelő szigetelés érdekében javasoljuk, hogy a gyűjtőtartályt
lássa el szilikon tömítéssel.
DUST ANTI DRIFT KIT ON TURBINE DOUBLE FONCTION (KAP)

►This kit is designed to collect the air ow at the outlet of the turbine
and then drives it to on the surface of the ground.
►In the kit, you have :
• A collector Ø110.
• One big exible Ø110.
• A decompression box (version 2).
►The air coming out of the turbine go throw the manifold, then is
transferred in the hose Ø110 to the decompression box which slow
down the air before leaving it on the ground through 2 outlets Ø110
(see drawing).
►The air manifold is tted on the upper outlet of the turbine, the big
exible hose Ø110 joins the air manifold to the decompression box which
is tted on one beam of the frame. The outlet of the decompression box
is done through 2 short exible hoses Ø110.
►A foam seal is necessary to avoid the air leakage between the manifold
and the turbine outlet.
►In order to improve the air tightness, we advise you to make a sealing
around the manifold with a silicon type sealant.

KIT ANTI DÉRIVE DE POUSSIÈRES (KAP) SUR TURBINE TGD

►Ce kit permet de collecter l’air en sortie de turbine pour le déposer
directement sur le sol.
►Ce kit comprend :
• Un collecteur Ø160.
• Un grand tuyau souple Ø160.
• Une réduction de tuyau « Ø160 à Ø110 ».
• Un tuyau souple Ø110.
• Un caisson de décompression «Version 2».
►L’air rejeté par la turbine passe par le collecteur, puis est transféré
par le tuyau Ø160 vers la réduction « Ø160 - Ø110 », l’air passe dans
le tuyau Ø110 et arrive dans le caisson de décompression qui lui freine
l’air avant de l’évacuer sur une toile perforée, ce qui ralenti le ux d’air
projeté au sol et diminue considérablement la poussière (voir schéma).
►Le collecteur est xé sur la sortie de la turbine, le grand tuyau souple
Ø160 relie le collecteur au récepteur « Y ». Les tuyaux souples Ø110
relient les sorties du « Y » au caisson de décompression qui lui est xé
sur une poutre du châssis, la sortie du caisson se fait par les deux petits
tuyaux souples Ø110.
►An de parfaire l’étanchéité, nous vous conseillons de faire un joint
tout autour du collecteur avec un produit de type silicone.

which slow down the air speed before to clear it out on the perforated
fabric, which reduce considerably the dust (see drawing).
►The collector is tted on the fan output, and the Ø160 exible hose is
connected to the T-connector. The Ø110 exible hoses are connected to
the T-connector outputs of the decompression box which is tted to the
tool bar. The air exhaust go through the Ø110 exible hoses.
►In order to improve the air tightness, we advise you to make a sealing
around the manifold with a silicon type sealant.
