OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1.Connect one side of the inlet hose with inlet nipple to the machine, another side to the
water tap, tighten with a clamp. (Note: there is a sealing ring inside nut, do not lose.)
2.Eye protection is advised.
3.Connect the water supply and the power source, turn the water supply on, making sure
that the tap is fully open. Then turn on the power switch of the machine-and the-gun
trigger, exhaust any air in the machine by squeezing the trigger. The unit is then ready for
operation.
4.The lance has an adjustable nozzle to allow you to vary the width of the spray. To
adjust the width of the spray, rotate the nozzle.
5.If using a water tank, the water level in the tank should not be lower than the machine
itself, and the inlet hose must be fitted with a filter and primed with water.
6.During cleaning, the distance between the nozzle and the object surface to be cleaned
should not be more than 30cm, as the impulsive force decreases with the increase of
distance.
7.You should hold the gun trigger firmly during cleaning.
8.The safety catch does not control the gun during operation, it only prevents it from
opening unintentionally.
9.Do not direct the spray at human beings or electric equipment.
10.Be careful where the power cable is placed so that it does not get damaged.
11.After the cleaning is finished, release the trigger, switch off the machine and unplug
the power cable from the mains. Close the water inlet and detach the appliance from the
water connection. Depress the trigger to release the pressure in the appliance and secure
the trigger with the safety button to prevent unintentional use.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
Monthly or as required, to maintain the appliance.
1.To clean the nozzle. Make sure the machine is disconnected from the power & any residual
pressure is released by squeezing the trigger, then remove the dirt from the nozzle hole with a
needle and rinse it with water.
2.Clean the strainer in the water connection. It can be easily removed with flat-nosed pliers.
Winter protection
Frost will destroy an appliance that has not been completely emptied of water. The correct
storage method is to separate the inlet hose from the water supply system. Turn on the machine
to run for about 30 seconds for water extraction then remove the high-pressure plastic hose to
remove the remaining water in it. The appliance is best stored in a warm room.
