KULLANIM ALANI
İlaç pompası bitki koruması için kullanılan portatif, esnek ve yüksek verimli bir ekipmandır.
Geniş ekim alanlarında, meyve ağaçları gibi ürün dikim alanlarında bitki hastalıklarının
engellenmesi ve haşere kontrolü için kullanımı uygun olan bir ekipmandır. İlaç pompasının
kullanım alanları içinde herbisit, besin güvenliği, epidermal, engelleyici, granül gübre ve
granül kimyasalların serpilmesi gibi uygulamalar da dahil edilebilir. Bu makinanın kullanımı
dağlık arazi, engebeli araziler için uygundur.
GÜVENLİK TEDBİRLERİ
1)Bu klavuzu dikkatlice okuyun. Kullanmadan önce bu makinayı nasıl düzenli bir
şekilde çalıştıracağınızı anladığınızdan emin olun.

Sarhoşlar.
Belli bir yaşın altındakiler ve yaşlı insalar.
Makina hakkında bilgisi olmayan insanlar.
Çok yorgun, hasta veya makinayı normal olarak kullanamıyacak durumda
olan kişiler.
Yorucu bir şekilde çalışmadan henüz çıkmış veya yeteri kadar uykusunu alamamış
kişiler.
Bebeğe süt veren ve hamile olan kadınlar.
4) Ateşi engellemek;
Makina yakınlarında ateş yakmayın ve sigara içmeyin.
Makina sıcakken veya çalışıyorken asla yakıt ikmali yapmayın.
Makina üzerine asla yakıt dökmeyin. Eğer öyle bişi yaparsanız, temizleyin.
Daima yakıt tankını sıkıca kapatın.
Makinayı çalıştırmadan önce benzin konteynırından en az 10 m uzaklaşın.

UYARI
Başlatmadan ve durdurmadan önce, 3 – 5 dakika düşük hızda motorun çalıştırılması
önemlidir. Bu bazı parçaların şiddetli hareketlerden dolayı zarar görmelerini engellemek
içindir.
Yüksüz yüksek devirler kesinlikle yasaklanmalıdır.Yüksek devirlerde çalışan motor
kesinlikle aniden durdurulmamalıdır.
Yakıt eklerken, makine durdurulmalıdır. Yanıcı maddeler uzakta tutulmalı, etrafında
sigara içilmemelidir.
Elektrik çarpmalarını engellemek adına, dönme devam ederken bujilere ve elektrik
bağlantılarına kesinlikle dokunmayın,
Susturucunun ve silindirin yüzeyi oldukça sıcaktır, elinizi ya da vücudunuzum
herhangi bir kısmını bu parçalara yaklaştırmayınız.
Çocuklar özellikle makineden uzakta tutulmalıdır.
Tankın içinde sıvı olmadan makineyi kesinlikle çalıştırmayınız.
MAKİNENİN KULLANILMASI
PÜSKÜRTME UYGULAMASI
Hafif rüzgarlı, serin havalarda uygulamanın yapılmasında sakınca yoktur. Örneğin,
sabah erken ya da öğlen erken. Bu buharlaşmanın, kimyasalların uçuşmasını azaltacak ve
koruma etkisini arttıracaktır.
Uygulamacı rüzgar yönüne doğru hareket etmelidir.

YAKIT KONULMASI
Yağ ve benzin karışımı ile kullanılmalıdır. 1 (bir) litre benzine 50 gr. 20/50 veya 30
NO yağ karıştırılması gerekmektedir.
Yanıcı maddeler ve ateş ile kesinlikle yakıt, yakıt tankına ve aygıtın kendisine.
Makine çalışırken ya da sıcakken tekrardan yakıt dolumu gerçekleştirmeyin.
Makine üzerine kesinlikle yakıt boşaltmayınız. Eğer dökülürse iyice temizlendiğinden
emin olunuz.
UYARI
Susturucuya, bujiler, ya da metalik diğer parçalara, makine çalışır halde iken ya da
aniden makineyi kapattıktan hemen sonra kesinlikle dokunmayınız. Bu metalik
parçalar yüksek sıcaklıklara ulaşmaktadırlar ve bu hal ciddi yaralanmalara sebep
olabilirler.
Çalıştıktan sonra, ellerinizi yıkayınız ve elbiseleriniz temizleyiniz. Geriye kalanböcek
ilacı aynı zamanda dokunduğunuz diğer eşyalara da bulaşabilir.

Genel Özellikler
Bu makine gaz ayarı ile hızlanarak çalışabilmektedir.
Ana parça pompadır. Yapı oldukça kolaydır ve kompaktır. Bakım ve onarımiçin
kolaylık sağlamaktadır.
Bu alet yüksek basınca kuvvetli akışa ve etkili verimliliğe sahiptir. Korumaetkisi
oldukça bellidir.
Püskürtme kısmı bizim tarafımızdan geliştirilmiş ve uygulanmış 3 adet ağzasahiptir.
Böylece püskürtme geniş alanda yapılır.
Ana Kısım
Alet 5 ana parçadan oluşmaktadır.
1. Motor: Makinenin güç kaynağıdır. Pompa pistonu ile bağlantılıdır.
2. Pompa: Makinenin kalbi hükmündedir. Tüm parametreleri makinenin tümkısımları
etkileyecektir. Şase ve Motor ile bağlantılıdır.
3. Şase: Makinenim destek kısmıdır.
4. Kimyasal Tank: Kimyasal sıvıyı taşıyan kısımdır.
5. Püskürtme Ağzı: Plastik tüpler, tutma kolu, valf, düz püskürtme düzeneği veuzun
püskürtme ağzı ünitenin kısımlarını oluşturmaktadırlar.
Uygulama Talimatnamesi
Başlatmadan önce hazırlıklar:
A. Püskürtme kısımlarının bağlantıları: Başlamadan önce, tüm bağlantılar doğru
gerçekleştirilmelidir, resimde yer aldığı gibi.

2. Pul
3. Düz Püskürtme Tüpü
4. Valf
5. Tutma Kolu
6. Plastik Tüp
B. Tüm montajın doğru ve eksiksiz olduğunu kontrol edin.
C. Uzun süreli saklama için, silindir içindeki yağ kaldırılmalıdır. Bunun için bujiler
çıkarılmalı, buji kapağı kaldırılıp starteri kuvvetlice çekin ve böylece içerdeki yağı
tamamen boşaltmış olacaksınız.

D. Bujileri tekrardan kontrol edin. Genellikle mavi renklidirler.
E. Hava filtresinin temiz olduğundan emin olunuz. Kirli olan filtreler içeri giren havanın
hacmini etkileyecektir, bu durum aynı zamanda motorunda performansını kötü
etkileycektir.
F. İlaçları uygun şekilde karışımını gerçekleştirin ve tankın içine dökün.
BAŞLATMA
A. Yakıtın eklenmesi. Tek silindirli ve 2 zamanlı benzinli bir motordan oluşmaktadır. Yağ
ve yakıt karışımı ile çalışmaktadır.
B. Yakıt enjeksiyon pompasını yakıt şeffaf hortumdan akıncaya kadar düzenli olarak itin.
C. Yakıt kolunu başlatma pozisyonuna getirin. Şekli kontrol edin.
D. Karbürator hava kelebeğini, kışın kapalı konuma getirin ve makine sıcak olduğunda da
tamamen açık konuma getirin.
E. Başlatma kolunu 3-5 kez yavaşca çekin böylece yakıt silindirin içine tamamen
geçecektir. Başlatmadan sonra, başlatma ipi geriye doğru el yordamıyla
büzüştürülmelidir. Eğer ip hızlıca geriye çekilirse, Startere zarar verebilir.
F. Başlatmadan sonra, Karbüratör hava kelebeğini, tam açık konuma getirin.Yakıt
kolunu uygun konuma getirin ve 3-5 dakika yavaşca çalıştırın. Vepüskürtme
işlemine başlayın.
G. Yeni makine ilk 4 saat boyunca tam açık pozisyonda çalışmamalıdır. 4000-5000
devirde hız kontrollü olarak çalıştırılmalıdır. Böylece makine devrini yakalayarak
uygun çalışma performansına ulaşacaktır.
PÜSKÜRTME
A. Kimyasal sıvı eklenmeden önce, su püskürtün ve böylece sızıntı olup olmadığını
anlayın.
Kimyasal sıvı eklendikten sonra, çok hızlı doldurulmamalı ve tank tamamen
doldurulmamalıdır. Sıvının filtreden geçeceği kontrol edilmeli ve yabancı madde
sızmasının engellendiğinden emin olunmalıdır. Sızıntıyı engellemek için tankın ağzı
iyice kapatılmalıdır. Sıvı eklenirken makine kapatılmamalı, ancak yavaş hızda

çalıştırılmalıdır.
B. Basınç ayarlaması, 5000-6000 devirlerde iken, dışarı çıkan sıvının basıncını
ayarlayınız. Fabrikadan ayrılmadan önce bu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eğer mümkünse,
resimdeki gibi bu işlemi gerçekleştirin.
C. Geriye doğru makineyi koyun. Yakıt kolunu makinenin 6500 devirde çalışmasına
izin verecek şekilde ayarlayın püskürtme valfini çevirin ve püskürtmeye başlayın.
D. Bazı önemli notlar püskürtme için, aşağıdaki gibidir;
Püskürtme tüpünü valf kolunu elle açtıktan sonra sallayın. Kimyasal zararları
önlemek için sadece tek bir yere püskürtmek yasaktır.
Uygulayıcı rüzgara karşı operasyonu gerçekleştirmemeli.
Püskürtme tüpü püskürtme sırasında sağa ve sola sallanarak
gerçekleştirilmelidir. Aynı zamanda uygulayıcı ilerlemeyi sürdürmelidir.
BAKIM VE ONARIM
Günlük işlerden sonra bakım işlemi her zaman yapılmalıdır.
Makine yüzeyini temizleyiniz.
Temiz su ile tankı temizleyin ve durulayın.
Tüm bağlantılarını sızıntılara karşı kontrol edin. Sızıntı varsa, giderilmeleri için
gerekli işlemler derhal yapılmalıdır.
Tüm vidaları kontrol edin ve gevşek olanları sıkın. Değiştirilmesi gerekenleri derhal
değiştirin.
Uygulamadan 24 saat sonra yağ girişi yağlanmalıdır.
Bakım ve onarımdan sonra makine kuru ve iyi havalandırılması iyi bir yerde
saklanmalıdır. Yanıcı maddelerden ve güneş ışığından uzak tutulmalıdır.
Makine yüzeyini dikkatlice temizleyin.
Tank ve karbüratör içindeki yakıtı boşaltın ve hava kelebeğini kapatın ve Starter i 3-5
defa çekin.
Bujileri çıkarın ve silindiri yağlayın, ve Starter i 2-3 kere çekin, ve bujileri yerine
koyun.

USAGE AREA
Knapsack power sprayer is one kind of portable, flexible and efficient machinery for plant
protection. It is mainly used in prevention and cure of diseases and pests of plants such as
cotton, rice, wheat, fruit trees, tea trees, banana trees, etc. It can also be used for chemical
weeding, epidemic prevention, sanitation protection in cities, vegetables protection, etc.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Please, read the instructions carefully. Please, make sure you fully understand howto
use this machine before starting it.
2) Protective cloths.
Wear hat with flanj.
Put glasses avoiding dirt and dust.
Wear gas mask.
Wear long gloves.
Wear a jacket protecting you from poisons.
Wear boats.
3) The persons introduced below cannot use this machine.
Mentally handicapped.
Drunk.
Under a certain age, and elders.
Persons who do not have any idea of the machine.
Exhausted, ill and in position cannot use the machine normallly.
Just came out a tiring work and not slept well.
Women who is pregnant with a child and breastfeeding mothers.
4) Preventing fire.
Never light up any fire near the machine and never smoke.
Never fuel up the machine while starting and it is warm.
Never pour the fuel over the machine. If something like that happens, clean it.
Contantly, keep the fuel tank closed strictly.
Keep the distance at least 10m from the fuel container before you start the
machine.
WARNINGS
The gasoline engine must use mixed fuel withvolume rate of 25 –30:1
3 to 5 minutes low speed rotation after start and before stop is very necessary. Inorder
to prevent damage of some parts of body harm caused by violent movement of the
engine.
High speed rotation without load must be prohibited it is strictly prohibited to stop the
engine suddenly at high speed.
When adding fuel, the engine should stop, fire sources must be far away and smoking
is prohibited.

In order to avoid Electric shock, do not touch the cap of spark plug and the conducting
wire during the rotation of the engine.
The surface of the muffler and the cylinder is very hot, so netiher the hands northe
body approaches them. Especailly children should be far away from the engine.
Do not start the engine without water in the chemical tank.
USE OF MACHINE
SPRAY OPERATION
1. It is fine to carry out operation during cool weather with little wind. For example, in
the early morning or in the late noon. This can reduce the evaporation and drift of
chemicals and improve the protecting effect.
2. Operator should move windward.
3. If your mouth or eyes are spattered with chemicals wash them with clean water and go
to see a doctor.
4. If the operator has a headache or dizziness, stop working at once and go to see a
doctor.
FUELING
Your sprayer uses oil gasoline mixture. You must avert
Do not smoke or bring any fire or flame near the fuel or the sprayer duster.
Never refuel the machine when it is hot or running.
Never pour fuel on the machine. If you do, be sure clean them off.
WARNING
Never to touch the muffler, spark plug, or the other metallic parts of the engine while the
engine is in operation or immediately after shuttling down the engine. These metallic parts
reach high temperatures during operation and doing so could result in serious burns.
After working, wash your hands and clean all of clothing. You know that the remaning
pesticide can stain what you touch
MAIN FEATURES
1. This machine adopts gear structure to decrease speed, so it is very durable.
2. The main part is the plunger pump of two directions type. The structure is simple and
compact so it is easy for the maintenance.
3. This machine has high pressure, big flow and good efficiency, so the protection effect
is very obvious.
4. The main spraying parts are three nozzles, which are developed and only adopted by
our factory in our country. So the spraying range is wide.

MAIN PARTS
This machine mainly consists of five parts:
1. Engine: It is power source of the machine. It is connected with the plunger pump
through the decelerating device and connected with the frame through bottom support.
2. Plunger Pump: It is the heart part of the machine; its every parameter will directly
influence the whole machine’s property. It is connected with the engine and with the
frame.
3. Frame: It is the support part of the machine.
4. Chemical Tank: It is used for holding chemical liquid.
Spraying Parts: It mainly consists of plastic tube assembley, handle, valve,straight
spraying tube assembley and long spraying nozzle etc, and used for mist spraying
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Preparation before start
A. Connencting of spraying parts. Before start, all the conenctions should be correct, the
method is as the figure,

B. Check if all the installations are correct and stable.
C. For new of long storage machines, oil selaed in the cylinder must be removed first.
The removing method: take off the spark plug, use the lift thumb to stop the sparkplug
hole and pull the starter with strenght to spray the oil out.
D. Check the sparks of the spark plug. Normally the sparks should be blue.
E. Check if the air cleaner is clean. Dirty air cleaner will influence the volume of
incoming air that can cause the bad performance of the engine.
F. Before start mix medicament acording to the medicament instruction book then pour
in the chemical tank

STARTING
A. Adding fuel. This gasoline engine is the type of single cylinder and two stroke. The
fuel is the mix of No.90 gasoline and 20/50 or 30 No. oil. The ratio between gasoline
and oil is 20:1. one fuel adding bottle is supplied. It has scales for the conveyance.
B. Push the fuel injecting pump continously until the fuel is full fuel flows out of the
transparent tube.
C. Put the fuel handle on the starting position. See the figure.
D. Regulate the choker to close position in winter and at the first time to full open positon
when the engine is hot.
E. Pull the starter lightly for 3-5 times to make the fuel into the cylinder. Then push it fast
to start the engine. Note: After start the start rope should be contracted back slowly
with hand’s help. If the rope contracts back fast, it may cause damage of the starter.
F. After start, put the choker slowly to full open position. Regulate the fuel handle to a
proper position to run at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Then make sprayingoperation.
G. New machine should not work at full open position within the first 4 hours. Thespeed
should be controlled at 4000 –5000 r/min. thus enabling the engine to have a good
match and do reliable job. SPRAYING
A. Before adding chemical liquid, spray which water to test if there is leakage. When
adding chemical liquid, it should be neither very fast nor excessive full. The liquid
must be assured to be through the filter in order to avoid foreign matter coming into
the chemical tank to cause Machinery breakdown nor nozzle block. After finish or
adding liquid, screw down chemical tank lid in order to avoid leakage, when adding
liquid, the machine need not stop, but should be at low speed.
B. Pressure regulation, when the engine speed is 5000-6000 r/min regulate the coming
out water pressure of plunger pump. This has been done before leaving the factory. If
it is necessary to regulate, please do this procedure as per the instruction of figure.

C. Put the machine on the back. Regulate the fuel handle to let the machine run at about
6500 r/min and turn on the handle spraying valve, then start spraying operation.
D. Some important notes for spraying operation:
1. Swing the spraying tube with hand after turning on the handle valve. In order toaviod
chemical harm, it is strictly prohibited to spray only at one place.
2. Operator should face to wind. The spraying tube should from about 15 andle with
level.
3. During spraying, the spraying tube should be swung continously between the left and
the right to increase spraying range. Advanced steps should cooperate with the swing
speed.
4. Stop after speed. This can wash the parts inside the machine. Finally push thestops
which after 3 to 5 minutes, runing of the engine.

MAINTENANCE AND LONG TIME STORAGE
1. Daily maintenance,
The following maintenance should be done after daily job.
2. Clean the surface of the machine
3. Clean chemical tank with clean water and dry it.
4. Check all the connections whether there is leakage of water or fuel. If there isleakage,
remedy procedurs are very necessary.
5. Check all the the screws to see if they are loose or lost. If there is, place screw tightly
or replace.
6. Lubricating oil should be injected into the oil inlet after every 24 hours operation.
7. This machine after maintenace should be put in dry and ventilating place. It must be
far away from fire source and avoid sunlight.
8. Clean the machine surface carefully.
9. Discharge fuel in the tank and carburator entirely, turn off the choker pull the starter 3-
5 times.
10. Remove the spark plug and pour some oil into the cylinder, then pull the starter for2-3
times lightly, finally put on the spark plug.
11. Inject lubricating oil into the gearbox and crankcase.
12. All the plastic parts must neither have exposed to the sunlight nor pressed by heavy
matter.
13. Cover the machine with plastic dustcoat and store in a dry and clean place.
If the machine should happen to fail despite the care taken in manufacture and testing, repair
should be carried out by an authorized customer services agent for RODEX power tools.
