Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be
followed including the following:
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
•READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
•Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is near children.
•Before connecting the hand blender to the power supply, check that the
voltage indicated on the rating label of the appliance corresponds with the
voltage in your home. If this is not the case, contact your dealer and stop
using the hand blender.
•Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the
appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or
electrical or mechanical adjustment.
•Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and
before cleaning. always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
•Do not let cord hang over edge of table or hot surface.
•Do not immerse upper part of blender into water as this would give rise to
electric shock.
•Avoid contacting moving parts.
•Keep hands and utensils out of container while blending to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used
but must be used only when the blender is not running.
•The appliance cannot be used for chopping ice or blending hard and dry
substance, otherwise the blade could be blunted.
•To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first
putting bowl properly in place.

•Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
•The use of accessory not recommended by the manufacturer may cause
injuries to persons.
•Do not operate the appliance for other than its intended use.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Do not use outdoors.
•Save these instructions.
•Take care of potential injury from misuse.
•Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the
bowl and during cleaning.
•This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord
out of reach of children.
•Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing
accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
•This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
−staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
−farm houses;
−by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
−bed and breakfast type environments.
If the manufacturer wants to limit the use of the appliance to less than the
above, this has to be clearly stated in the instructions

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS
BEFORE FIRST USE
•Remove all packaging
•Wash the parts: the section of “quick cleaning“.
HOW TO USE
Instruction for hand-held blender
•To assemble the detachable shaft with the motor unit, put and turn the shaft
on the motor until tightened with the click. To disassemble, just put the click
switch at the top of the motor and the shaft will be released.
•Simply plug the hand-held blender to power outlet.

•Lower the hand-held blender into food.
•You can merge liquids and solids into a blend.
Note: Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 15 second and 2 minute rest
time must be maintained at one consecutive cycles.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender is
unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.
Instruction for chopper
•Place the chopper bowl on a clean, smooth surface.
•Assemble the stainless copping blade into the chopper bowl, as shown in
Fig.1.
•Cover the connector on the chopping blade.
•Place food into the chopper bowl until the max indication.
•Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl and turn it in clockwise direction until it
locks into position. (See Fig.2) To detach the lid, turn in adverse direction.
•Insert the top part of the chopper into the hole of the chopper lid, and turn in
clockwise direction to lock.
•Plug the appliance to power outlet and depress the switch to begin operation
•To stop the appliance release the switch at the top of the motor unit.
Note: Max operation duration per time cannot exceed 5 second, and 2 minute rest time

Instruction for egg-whisk beater
•Put the whisk into the holder and turn it until tightened.

•To assemble the egg whisk beater with the motor unit, put and turn the whisk
on the motor until tightened with the click. To disassemble, just put the click
switch at the top of the motor and the whisk will be released.
•Simply plug the hand-held blender to power outlet.
•Lower the hand-held blender into food and depress the switch at the top of the
motor unit.
•To stop the hand-held blender release the switch at the top of the motor unit.
Setting the speed
For saucepan blending
Caution: Take the pan off the heat and let it cool slightly, otherwise your hand-
held blender could overheat.
•Fit the power handle inside the blender shaft, turn and lock
•Plug in. To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
•Hold the beaker steady. Then press either speed button. Don't let liquid get
above the join between the power handle and blender shaft. Move the blade
through the food and use a stabbing action. If your blender gets blocked,
unplug before clearing
•After use, unplug and dismantle.
! Warning:
•Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning;
•Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.

on the chopper bowl (500ml).
CLEANING AND MAINTANCE
•Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable shaft.
Note: Do not immerse the detachable shaft of the blender in water because
overtime the lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
•Don’t touch the sharp blades.
•Wash the detachable shaft under running water, without the use of abrasive
cleaner or detergents. After finishing cleaning the detachable shaft, place it
upright so that any water which may have got in, can drain out. The rod is
dishwashing safe component.
•Wash the cup, bowl, beater and blade in warm soapy water. The bowl and the
beater are not recommend to place in dishwashing machine as the plastic
component deteriorate through prolonged use of dishwasher cleaning.
•Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning
as a electric shock may occur.
•Dry thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
Quick cleaning:
Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held blender in the cup half filled with water
and turn on for a few seconds.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH EC DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC.
At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste.
It must be taken to a special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a
dealer providing this service.
Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative
consequences for the environment and health, deriving form inappropriate disposal
and enables the constituent materials to be recovered to obtain significant savings in
energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of household appliances
separately, the product is marked with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin.
