IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Suggestion
•Please read the instruction carefully before using the machine at the first time.
•In the absence of supervision , put the machine far away from the
children.Young children and the disability must use it under supervision.
•Please check the rated voltage of the machine is in accordance with the
household supply voltage.
Any connection error will make warranty null and void.
•Your appliance is only suitable for using indoors.
•Please pull the plug,and then washing the machine after use.
•If the machine is damaged or does not work,please contact the service center.
•Do not immerse electrical appliances,wires and plugs into water or other
liquids.
•Do not hang wires in a place where children can reach them.
•The power cord must be kept away from the heat source and sharp edges.
•For your safety,ONLY USE the parts we have equipped with the machine.
•Do not use your fingers, and there is no fork, spoon, knife or any other
tableware.
•The attachment can be removed when the appliance has a complete stop.
•Do not put any kitchen ware(spoon, shovel,...) into the glass bowl.

•Accessories should be used in turn.
•Handle the metal blade and disk carefully: they are very sharp.
•The blade must be removed before emptying the residue of the glass.
•Do not touch parts when moving.
•Do not operate your electric machine at no load.
•If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,its
service agent or similar person to avoid danger.
•This appliance is not intended to be used by the persons(including children)
who is reduce physical, sensory or mental abilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they have been responsible for the supervision or guidance
of the use of the appliance for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with electrical
machine.
•To disconnect the power adapter if no one is assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
•Children are not allowed to use unsupervised equipment.
•Handle blade, glass should be careful when cleaning.

•Before first use, clean the various parts of the appliance.
HOW TO USE
Mincing and Blending
•Put the blade onto the fixed shaft in the bowl (Fig.1). Pour in the ingredients
and lock the lid (Fig.2).
•Place the motor unit onto the assembly by turning it slightly.
•Plug in the appliance and press the start button, at the same time holding the
appliance by the motor unit.
•At the end of preparation, release the button , unplug the appliance and wait
until the blades come to a complete stop.

•Remove the motor unit, the lid and the blades to pour out the preparation.
Maximum capacity and working time
Pork and meat: Max 500 g
CAUTION: The maximum amount of prepared food such as pork, meat, steak,
etc. is 500 g with operation time of 15 seconds, and each interval of using time is about 2
minutes.Then keep the machine at room temperature.
Use appliance
1. Put the anti-skid pad on the bottom of the glass bowl.
2. Place the glass bowl on a flat platform.
3. Remove the protective sleeve of the blade and insert the blade assembly in the
glass bowl.
4. Add your food, and choose the range of food,please attention to the guidance.
5. Cut large pieces of food into 1-2cm chunks.
6. Do not cut hard food, such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate,
otherwise you will damage the blade.
7. Put the lid on the glass.
8. Install host.
9. The host will match in 2 locations correctly.
10. Plug in , press the button 1 or button 2 (according to the food needs to choose the
button, soft food select key 1, hard food select key 2).
11. If the machine is running slowly, take out some of the mixture and continue the
batch processing.
12. If necessary, stop and take the machine down.
13. Pull out the plug and remove the assembly.

Processing Guide
CAUTION: DO NOT OPERATE THE UNIT WHEN EMPTY.
CAUTION: DO NOT PUT HOT INGREDIENTS INTO THE BOWL. BEFORE
FOOD PREPARATION, ALLOW FOOD TO COOL DOWN FOR A FEW MINUTES.
Useful tips
This appliance has unique specifications such as powerful motor of 700W. Please find
hereafter a few tips for the most common uses.
1. CHEESE:
Perfectly grades every kind of cheese (even soft cheese). Run the appliance with

2. TOMATO, NUTS, ONIONS etc.:
Cut into pieces, run the appliance with pulses till reach your desired result.
3. CASTOR SUGAR:
For better result, make sure that sugar’s quantity covers totally the blade. Run the
appliance with pulses till reach your desired result.
4. ICE:
For ice crushing, run the appliance with pulses till reach your desired result.
5. BABY FOOD:
To mix or blend cooked food:
−Make sure that liquid foods (e.g baby food creme) is not hot and quantity
does not exceed the 1.2L.
−For chopping cooked food (vegetables, meat etc.) and fruits, use the
blades and run the appliance with pulses. To blend the food or make fruit
purees, press the start button continuously (for a few seconds) till reach
your desired result.
CAUTION: Before you eat or serve blended food, please always check for
ingredients that might have not been blended adequately.
GENERAL:
For better results: when using the blades (with solid food), please make sure that the
quantity of ingredients fully covers the first blade and reaches up just below of the
upper blade.
CLEANING AND CARE
•Disconnect the power plug from the socket.
•Wipe the host with a damp cloth and dry it.
•All accessories can wash:
•Wash with water and detergent. Be very careful when dealing with stainless steel
blades to avoid hurting yourself.

•Storage: Assemble the mincing machine, the power cord winding the host.

Do not disassemble the knife assembly and place it in the glass optionally: the wrong operation
may seriously damage the product.
What should you do if your appliance doesn't work?
Check:

The host is properly installed in the four position of the glass cover.
Install correctly.
Is your appliance still not working?
Contact the service center or manufacturer.
