Follow the installation instructions carefully below to assemble the bike.

10. Detailed Description
Designed to grow with the child, the adjustable back rest and handlebar allow for long
term use. Includes rear steering handle for carers/parents, and disc brake. For 6 years
and over.

13. Installation
Tools Required for Assembly
6mm and 5mm Allen wrench (included)
10 mm wrench or socket
14mm wrench or socket
15mm wrench or socket
22mm wrench or socket
#2 Phillips head screwdriver
1. Slide the front frame section into the rear frame section.
2. Slide rear wheels onto axle on each side.

3. Install rear axle nut onto left and right side of threaded axle. Use a 22mm
socket/wrench to tighten.
4. Install white axle nut cover onto axle nut, press firmly and then lightly tap with hammer.
5. Loosen nuts on from wheel axle and then install from wheel on to fork, use a 15mm
wrench or socket to tighten nuts.

6. Insert frame safety pin through both sections of the frame fully.
7. Install frame knob by turning in clockwise, you will only be able to turn ½ a turn at a
time.
8. Install loading brake by placing brake assembly on top of frame and installing the
two Allen bolts from the bottom.

9. Install the handlebar stem by placing it in the head tube, marked on the side of the
stem is the maximum height line; please pay close attention to this.
10. Remove two 6mm Allen bolts from steering stem handlebar clamp, insert handlebar and
replace handlebar clamp and tighten two 6mm Allen screws.
11. Install seat post onto rear frame section, remove two levers by unscrewing counter
clockwise. Place red seat post on frame and place clamping plate on bottom of frame
with two levers going through plate and screw clockwise into mating piece.

12. Install the pedal leveller pulley by turning it clockwise into the front hole on the black plate.
13. Located at the rear are two 6mm Allen bolts, remove both Allen bolts.

14. Place the white basket on the black plate and align the holes in the basket with the holes
in the black plate
15. Place metal basket brace in basket so that it aligns up with the two holes that you
removed the 6mm Allen bolts from.
16. Install two 6mm Allen bolts that you removed earlier through the metal basket brace
and into the rear frame and turn clockwise to tighten.

17. Remove the black knob located on the left side of the fork.
18. Located at the rear is a steering knuckle (tie rod end). Install the long steering bar into
the steering knuckle by turning clockwise.
19. Install the other end of the steering control arm onto the shaft located on the left side of
the fork. Install the black knob that you removed in step 17 by turning clockwise.
20. Remove steering bar securing knob by turning counter clockwise. Insert steering bar and
align holes of the steering bar and control arm. Install steering bar securing knob by
turning clockwise.

21. Install left and right pedals, the right pedal will turn clockwise to tighten and the left will
turn counter clockwise to tighten. Insert pedal leveller cord through each pedal, tie a
knot in one end to hold in place.
22. Place seat onto seat post and tighten using a 14mm wrench or socket. Loosen seatback
securing knob and insert seatback into seat post.
23. Insert lateral support t‐bars into seat back so that cam lock lever is facing outwards.
Insert lateral support into t‐bar and tighten cam lock lever.

24. Turn the Ferrell located on the rear brake handle so that the slots in it and the locking
nut align with each other. Pull in on the lever and pull out on the cable barrel arm.
25. Insert cable barrel into cable barrel arm. Slide cable through slots of Ferrell and locking
nut, the turn the locking nut and Ferrell 180 degrees from each other.
26. Feed cable through eyelets on the steering bar. Loosen 5mm cable securing bolt on rear
disc brake.

27. Feed cable through eyelet on rear disc brake and then into 5mm cable securing bolt. Pull all
slack out of cable and while holding cable tight, tighten down 5mm cable securing bolt.
28. Place reflector behind spoke and between two spokes, then insert plastic insert and turn
with a screw driver until it clicks.
