RÈGLES DE SÉCURITÉ CONCERNANT LE
MASSICOT POUR REVÊTEMENTS DE SOL
1. LISEZ ATTENTIVEMENT CE MODE D’EMPLOI AVANT D’UTILISER
Le Massicotmulti-revêtements MR-630.
2. Si le fonctionnement du massicot multi-revêtements MR-630 ne vous est pas complètement
 familier,demandezconseilàuninstructeurqualié.
3. Restez vigilant. N’utilisez pas la machine alors que vous vous trouver sous l’inuence de
 médicaments,d’alcooloud’autrestraitements.
4. Porteztoujoursdeslunettesdeprotectionagrééesdisposantdeprotectionslatérales.
5. Débarrasseztoujoursl’espacedetravaildesdébris.
6. Gardezlemassicotmulti-revêtementsMR-630ainsiquelazonedetravailhorsdeportéedes
 enfantsetdespersonnesnonautorisées.
7. Assurez-vousquel’outilestbienxé.Netravaillezquesurunsolfermeouunsoclesolide.
8. Utilisez l’outil adéquat. Ne forcez pas avec le massicot multi-revêtements MR-630 et ne
 l’utilisez pas pour un travail pour lequel il n’a pas été conçu. Ne l’utilisez que pour des
 matériauxprévus.
9. Veillez à ce que la lame soit toujours affûtée. Une lame émoussée ne  fonctionne pas
correctement. 1 0. Faites attention à garder toujours vos mains à distance de la lame quand
vous travaillez avec le massicot ou que vous le transportez.
11. Éviteztoutemodicationoumauvaiseutilisationdecetoutil.Lemassicotmulti-revêtement
 MR-630 a été fabriqué avec des tolérances très serrées ; toute modication non indiquée
 danscemoded’emploiestsusceptibledeprovoquerunenvironnementdangereuxetpeusûr.
12. Entretenez le massicot multi-revêtements MR-630 avec soin. Veillez à ce que la lame soit tou
 joursaffûtéeetpropre.Respectezlesinstructionsconcernantleremplacementdesaccessoires.
13. N’utilisez que des accessoires recommandés. L’utilisation d’accessoires inadéquats peut
 présenterunrisqueetprovoquerdesblessures.
14. Nelaissezjamaislemassicotmulti-revêtementsMR-630sanssurveillance.Fixezlapoignée
avec la chaîne de verrouillage quand vous ne l’utilisez pas.

Mise en place du massicot (1)
Relevez la goupille de verrouillage sur
lapoignéeenaluminiumcommeindiqué
et insérez la base de la poignée dans
lapoignéecommeindiqué.
Avertissement: Ne passez jamais vos
doigtscontrelebordcoupantdelalame.
Mise en place du massicot (2)
Appuyez sur la poignée puis sortez
la goupille de verrouillage des cadres
latérauxcommeindiqué.
Avertissement: Ne passez jamais
vosdoigtscontrelebordcoupantdela
lame.

Préparation de la découpe
Réglez la patte de réglage de l’angle
selon les besoins et sortez la poignée
d’extensioncommeindiqué.
Avertissement: Ne passez jamais vos
doigtscontrelebordcoupantdelalame.
Découpe droite
Insérez le matériau entre la lame du
massicot et la base, alignez-le avec
la patte de réglage de l’angle comme
indiquéetmaintenezlematériauavecle
pied, puis appuyez sur la poignée pour
terminerladécoupe.
Avertissement: Contrôlez toujours
la poignée. Ne la laissez pas revenir
violemmentaprèsunedécoupe.
Découpe à 45°
Basculezlapattederéglagedel’angleà
45°.Insérezlematériauentrelalamedu
massicotet labase,contrelapatte de
réglage de l’angle comme indiqué, puis
appuyezsurlapoignéepourterminerla
découpe.
Avertissement: Contrôlez toujours
lapoignée.Nelalaissezpasviolemment
reveniraprèsunedécoupe.

Affûtage de la lame
Utilisez la pierre à aiguiser fournie pour
affûterleldelalameplusieursfoisjusqu’à
cequevousjugiezquelalamesoitsufsam-
mentaffûtée.Cetaffûtagen’endommagepas
leldelalamenineréduitsaduréedevie.
Au cours de l’affûtage, la lame ne doit pas
êtreretiréeduporte-lame.
Avertissement: ne passez jamais vos
doigtscontrelebordcoupantdelalame.
Transport
Remplacement de la lame
Utilisez la clé Allen fourni pour enlever les
9 vis, puis mainteney la lame de chaque
extrémité.Avecprécautiondéplacezlalame
de cutter.
Remarque:lecôtéplatdelalamefaceà
latable.
Avertissement: ne passez jamais vos
doigtscontrelebordcoupantdelalame.
Transport
Accrochezlachaîneàl’anneausurlapoignée
ettransportezlemassicotcommeindiqué.

5. Keepworkareafreeofdebris.
6. Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the Multi-ooring Cutter
MR-630 and work area.
7. Makesuretoolissecure.Operateonlyonarmsubstrateorsolidstand.
8. Usetherighttool.DonotforcetheMulti-ooringCutterMR-630oruseitfora
 jobforwhichitwasnotdesigned;useonlyonapprovedmaterials.
9. Keepthebladesharp.Adullbladewillnotperformproperly.
10. Alwayskeephandsawayfrombladewhileoperatingorcarryingthecutter.

SET UP
Installation of the cutter (1)
Pull up the lock pin on the aluminum
handle as show and insert the handle
baseintothehandleasshow.
Warning: Do not put your ngers
againstthesharpedgeofthebladeat
any time.
Installation of the Cutter (2)
Press the handle down and then pull
out the lock pin from the side frames
as shown.
Warning: Do not put your ngers

Cutting Preparation
Adjust the angle attachment as nee-
dedandpulltheextensionhandleout
as shown.
Warning: Do not put your ngers
againstthesharpedgeofthebladeat
any time.
Straight Cutting
Insert material between the cutting
blade and the base, ush with the
angle attachment as shown and hold
the material with foot then push handle
down to complete a cut.
Warning: Maintain control of the
handle. Do not allow handle to slam
backaftermakingacut.
45° Cutting
Swing the angle attachment to 45°.
Insert material between the cutting
bladeandthebase,againsttheangle
attachment as shown, then push the
handle down to complete a cut.

Blade Sharpening
Use provided sharpening stone to
sharpen the blade edge several
timesuntilyoufeelthebladeissharp
enough. Such sharpening does not
hurttheblade’ssharpnessoritslife.
Inthesharpening process, theblade
doesnotneedtobetakenofffromthe
bladeholder.
Warning: Do not put your ngers
againstthesharpedgeofthebladeat
any time.
Changing the Blade
Use the provided Allan wrench to re-
move the nine screws, then hold the
bladebyeachendandcarefullymove
thebladeoutofbladeholder.
Note:theatsideofthebladefacing
thetable.

Carry
Hook the chain to the ring on the handle
and carry the cutter as shown.
