Außenleiter / outer contact: gecrimpt / crimp
Aussenmantel abisolieren
- Werkzeug 1 mit Nr. D4W003-000 verwenden.
- Werkzeugkopf auf langen Griff mit Steckbolzen im geöffneten
Zustand montieren.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
Stripping of the outer covering
- Use tool 1, No. D4W003-000.
- Mount the tool head on the open long grips with socket pin.
- Open the tool.
- Kabel einlegen. Werkzeug schließen bis es öffnet (Bild links).
- Kabel bis Anschlag in Abisolierstation einführen (Bild rechts).
- Werkzeug komplett schließen, und 3 Verrastungen öffnen.
- Kabel nach vorne aus dem Werkzeug ziehen (Bild rechts).
- Achtung: Kabelmantel nicht ganz abziehen!
- Insert the cable. Close the tool until it opens (left picture).
- Insert the cable until stop in the stripping station (right picture).
- Close the tool completely, open 3 locking devices.
- Extract the cable frontal out of the tool (right picture.)
- Attention: do not strip the complete outer covering!
Abschirmung crimpen
- Werkzeug 2 mit Nr. D4W008-000 verwenden
- Werkzeugkopf auf kurzen Griff montieren (Bild links).
- Positionierung des Verbinderstreifens mit Rasthebel.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
- Rasthebel nach unten drücken.
Crimping of the shielding
- Use tool 2, No. D4W008-000.
- Mount the tool head on the short grips (left picture).
- Positioning of the connector strip with lock lever.
- Open the tool.
- Push down the lock lever.
- Verbinderstreifen Kontaktführung so weit einschieben bis
Kontakt zur Mitte des Profils steht (Bild 1 und 2)
- Rasthebel rastet in Bohrung ein. Kontakt ist im Werkzeug fixiert.
- Leiter in Kontakt einlegen bis Isolation gegen Kontakt stößt.
- Werkzeug schließen bis es öffnet und gecrimpten Kontakt
entnehmen.
- Isolierung abziehen. Schirmung umlegen (Bild 5 und 6).
- Insert the connector strip until the contact is in the middle of the profile
(Picture 1 and 2).
- Locklever locks in borehole. The contact is fixed in the tool.
- Insert the cable in the contact until insulation meets contact.
- Close the tool until it opens and remove the crimped contact.

Remove the insulation and put on the shield (Pictu
re 5 and 6).

Innenleiter abisolieren
- Werkzeug 5 mit Nr. D4W006-000
- Werkzeug öffnen. Leiter bis Anschlag einführen (Bild 1 und 3).
- Werkzeug schließen. Kabel aus Werkzeug ziehen (Bild 2).
- Abisolierrest aus Kammer entfernen.
Stripping of internal wire
- Use tool 5, No. D4W006-000.
- Open the tool. Insert the wire until stop (Picture 1 and 3).
- Close the tool. Remove the wire off the tool (Picture 2).
- Put out the stripping rest of the chamber.
Innenleiter crimpen
- Werkzeug 3 mit Nr. D4W007-000 verwenden.
- Werkzeugkopf auf kurzen Griff im geöffneten Zustand montieren
und mit Steckbolzen verriegeln.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
- Rasthebel nach unten drücken
Crimp the internal wire
- Use tool 3, No. D4W007-000.
- Mount the tool head on the open short grips and lock with socket pin.
- Open the tool.
- Push down the lock lever.
- Kontaktstreifen von links einlegen.
- Verbinderstreifen an Streifenführung so weit einschieben, bis
Kontakt zur Mitte des Profils steht.
- Rasthebel rastet in Bohrung ein. Kontakt ist im Werkzeug
positioniert.
- Insert the connector strip from the left side.
- Insert the connector strip on strip guide until contact is in the middle
of the profile.
- Lock lever locks in the bore hole. The contact is positioned in the
tool.
- Leiter gegen das Isolations-Stop-Blech legen.
- Werkzeug schließen bis es automatisch öffnet.
- Gecrimpten Kontakt aus Werkzeug entnehmen.
- Apply the wire against the insulation stop blade.
- Close the tool until it opens automatically.
- Remove the crimped contact of the tool.

Eindrücken der Innenleiter
- Werkzeug 4 mit Nr. D4W004-000.
- Werkzeugkopf auf kurzen Griff im geöffneten Zustand montieren
und mit Steckbolzen verriegeln.
- Eindrückaufnahme A oder B verwenden.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
Pressing of the internal wire
- Use tool 4, No. D4W004-000.
- Mount the tool head on the open short grips and lock them with
socket pin.
- Use the pressing insertion A or B.
- Open the tool.
- Gehäuse in Eindrückaufnahme fixieren. Gehäusenut greift in
Fixierungsstift des Adapters. Gehäuse leichtgängig einschieben.
- Bund am Kontakt muss zwischen den Linien des Adapters liegen
und die Farbcodierung Adapter und Leiter muss gleich sein (Bild 2).
- Leiter in Adapter eindrücken und halten (Bild 3)
- Adapter in Werkzeug bis Anschlag einschieben (Bild 4).
- Fix the housing in pressing insertion. Housing slot fits in the fixing pin
of the adapter. Insert the housing in smooth running.
- The bunch on the contact has to be between the lines of the adapter
and wire have to be the same (Picture 2).
- Press the wire in the adapter and hold it (Picture 3).
- Insert the adapter in tool until stop (Picture 4).
Farbcodierungen:
- A, emitter, rot, blau (Bild 1)
- A, emitter, braun, grün (Bild 2)
- B, receiver, blau, rot (Bild 3)
- B, receiver, grün, braun (Bild 4)
Colour coding:
- A, emitter, red, blue (Picture 1)
- A, emitter, brown, green (Picture 2)
- B, receiver, blue, red (Picture 3)
- B, receiver, green, brown (Picture 4)
- Werkzeug schließen bis es automatisch öffnet. - Eindrückaufnahme aus dem Werkzeug entfernen. Dazu von hinten
gegen den Bolzen der Aufnahme drücken.
- Verpresstes Gehäuse aus der Aufnahme entnehmen.
- Close the tool until it opens automatically.
- Extract the pressing adapter of the tool. For this purpose push
against the pin from behind.
- Remove the pressed housing from the adapter.

Crimpen der Außenhülse
- Werkzeug 1 mit Nr. D4W003-000 verwenden.
- Werkzeugkopf auf langen Griff mit Steckbolzen im geöffneten
Zustand montieren.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
Crimping of the outer socket
- Use tool 1, No. D4W003-000.
- Mount the tool head on the open long grips with socket pin.
- Open the tool.
- Drehpositionierer durch herausziehen einstellen (Bild 1).
- Einstellung je nach Verarbeitung Stift oder Buchse.
- Innengehäuse in Aussengehäuse bis Anschlag einsetzen (Bild 2).
- Regulate the rotatable locator by extraction (Picture 1).
- Adjustment depending on process pin or socket.
- Insert the internal housing in the external housing until stop
(Picture 2).
- Stecker in Werkzeug Positionierer einführen.
- Auf Codierung (abgeschrägte Seitenfläche) am Stecker und am
Positionierer achten.
- Werkzeug schließen bis es automatisch öffnet.
- Vercrimpten Stecker entnehmen.
- Insert the connector in the tool locator.
- Pay attention to the coding (conical side surface) on the connector
and on the positioner.
- Close the tool until it opens automatically.
- Extract the crimped connector.
Kennzeichnung
- Der Stecker wird mit zwei Punkten als Reparaturstecker beim
Vercrimpen automatisch gekennzeichnet.
- The connector is marked automatically in the crimping process with
two points as repair connector.
