Eindrücken der Innenleiter
- Werkzeug 4 mit Nr. D4W004-000.

Werkzeugkopf auf kurzen Griff im geöffneten Zustand montieren
und mit Steckbolzen verriegeln.
- Eindrückaufnahme A oder B verwenden.
- Werkzeug öffnen.
Pressing of the internal wire
- Use tool 4, No. D4W004-000.
- Mount the tool head on the open short grips and lock them with
socket pin.
- Use the pressing insertion A or B.
- Open the tool.
- Gehäuse in Eindrückaufnahme fixieren. Gehäusenut greift in
Fixierungsstift des Adapters. Gehäuse leichtgängig einschieben.
- Bund am Kontakt muss zwischen den Linien des Adapters liegen
und die Farbcodierung Adapter und Leiter muss gleich sein (Bild 2).
- Leiter in Adapter eindrücken und halten (Bild 3)
- Adapter in Werkzeug bis Anschlag einschieben (Bild 4).
- Fix the housing in pressing insertion. Housing slot fits in the fixing pin
of the adapter. Insert the housing in smooth running.
- The bunch on the contact has to be between the lines of the adapter
and wire have to be the same (Picture 2).
- Press the wire in the adapter and hold it (Picture 3).
- Insert the adapter in tool until stop (Picture 4).

- A, emitter, rot, blau (Bild 1)
- A, emitter, braun, grün (Bild 2)
- B, receiver, blau, rot (Bild 3)
- B, receiver, grün, braun (Bild 4)
Colour coding:
- A, emitter, red, blue (Picture 1)
- A, emitter, brown, green (Picture 2)
- B, receiver, blue, red (Picture 3)
- B, receiver, green, brown (Picture 4)
- Werkzeug schließen bis es automatisch öffnet.
- Eindrückaufnahme aus dem Werkzeug entfernen. Dazu von hinten
gegen den Bolzen der Aufnahme drücken.
- Verpresstes Gehäuse aus der Aufnahme entnehmen.
- Close the tool until it opens automatically.
- Extract the pressing adapter of the tool. For this purpose push
against the pin from behind.
- Remove the pressed housing from the adapter.
