1. Introduction
This manual indicates the expected use of the unit and provides instructions for transportation,
installation, assembly, adjusting and usage of the unit. It provides information for the
maintenance, ordering of spare parts, presence of residual risks and instructions for staff.
The user manual should be read and used as follows:
each operator and staff involved in the use and maintenance of the unit must carefully
read this manual entirely and follow what is indicated;
the employer has the obligation to ensure that the operator has the required aptitude to
conduct the unit and has carefully read the manual; The employer must also inform the
operator about the risks of accidents and, in particular, about the risks arising from the
noise, on personal protective equipment and safety regulations provided for by law or by
general international standards and the country of destination of the unit;
the manual must always be available to users, directors, operators appointed to the
transport, installation, use, maintenance, repair and final dismantlement;
keep the manual in areas protected from humidity and heat and consider it an integral part
of the unit throughout its duration, giving it to any other user or subsequent owner of the
unit;
make sure that any update received is included in the text.
do not damage, remove, tear or rewrite the manual or parts of it for any reason; in case the
manual is lost or is partially ruined and its content can no longer be read, it is
recommended to request a new manual reporting serial number indicated on the
machine's nameplate to the manufacturer.
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify production and the manual, only being obliged
to update the previous versions in particular cases.
This manual reflects the state-of-the-art at time of marketing the unit and cannot be considered
inadequate if subsequently updated according to new technologies.
1.1 Responsibility
The unit is guaranteed in accordance with contractual conditions agreed between the parties.
The manufacturer considers himself exempt from all responsibilities and obligation and will
invalidate the warranty for any injury to persons or things that may occur due to:
changes made to the unit and its safety devices without prior written permission of the
manufacturer;
attempts to repair carried by one's own initiative or by unauthorized technicians.
non-periodic and constant interventions of maintenance or use of non-original spare parts.
In any case, if the user attributed the accident to a unit's defect, it would be necessary to prove
that the occurred damage was a main and direct consequence of this "defect".
