Your new Rowbike will arrive in a single carton
Unpack the large carton you will find your new Rowbike
along with two smaller boxes and one foot rest.
Page | 3
Step 1: Foot rest assembly
Assemble the foot rests starting from the right side of the Rowbike.
The foot rests themselves fit into the frame. The elongated metal
piece should be on the right side of the Rowbike as pictured below.
Page | 4
Once you have assembled the foot rest assembly as shown above,
go
ahead and tighten it
up.
Page | 5
Step 2: Power bar position
Pull the power bar from rear to front so it rests on the cushions that
you just installed with the foot rest assembly. The chain will hang
loosely.
Page | 6
Step 3: Mount the handle bars
Simply slide the handle bar mounting ring over the silver nut as shown
in the series of three photos below. Then tighten down the bolt with
the allen wrench.
Page | 7
Step 4: Installing the seat
Simply slide the seat on the rail from the rear of the Rowbike as
shown below.
Page | 8
Step 5: Installing the seat stop
Install the parts in the order pictured above.
Page | 9
From the end of the bolt, you will have:
1. spacer
2. washer
3. bumper
4. washer
5. spring.
Then slide the bolt through a seat stop hole as shown below. The
second hole from the front of the Rowbike is a good place to start.
Ultimately, you will want to use the hole that best suits you. The
proper adjustment is so that at full extension, your legs are almost,
but not quite fully extended.
Once the seat stop is pushed through the seat stop hole, install the
remaining parts in the following order:
1. spacer
2. washer
3. bumper
4. washer
5. spring
6. Nut
Tighten it just a bit snug and then flip the metal quick release to snug it up and
hold it in place.
Page | 10
Step 6: Installing the reflector
Using the bolt, washers and nut supplied. Install the reflector using
one washer against the bolt head and the other against the nut.
Tighten using a wrench and an allen wrench.
Page | 11
Step 7: Putting on the chain
Loop the chain around the Dave Cam as shown below:
To do this you will need to pull a lot of chain slack out of the power bar and
manipulate the slack through the derailleur and over the sprockets. Collect
enough chain to loop it over the Dave Cam. (Please watch video of this process
on our website). It’s not as complicated as it sounds, but you will get your hands
a bit greasy. If you have any gloves or towels, you will want to have them
handy!
Page | 12
Step 8: Checking the cables
Check that the cables don’t bind on the power bar. Pull the power bar
back and look at where the black cables exit at the bottom of the
power bar tube. If you find a cable binding, simply feed more cable
through by lightly pulling on the cable as shown.
Page | 13
Step 9: Inflate the tires
Inflate your tires to the proper levels:
Crew 2.0 model
Front tire:
65 psi
Rear tire:
65 psi
Step 10: Packaging
Remove the protective packaging from your new Rowbike
Step 11: Tighten the handle bars
With the Rowbike upright, check that the handle bars and the front
wheel are both straight.
Then make sure to tighten up the handle bars with the allen wrench
(see step 3).

Step 12: Your first Rowl!
Congratulations, you are ready for;
YOUR FIRST ROWL!!
Now that you have your new Rowbike assembled you are ready for your first ride!
The two most important things to remember are:
1) ALWAYS
have one foot
in a
foot
rest
,
w
heth
er
starting, stopping
or just
s
t
o
pp
e
d
.
From riding a traditional pedal bike, you are used to putting two feet down
when you start or stop. DO NOT do this on your Rowbike.
Make sure you always have one foot in a foot rest.
2)
Always keep two hands on
the
handle
ba
rs.
Once you get rowling, you will feel comfortable and want to wave at
someone or take a hand off for some other reason.
DO NOT do this. Your Rowbike needs two hands to control it.
Make sure you watch the getting started video on our website.

Remember to ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET!!
