Assembly Instructions
RPM EZ HAND RAKE
Tools You WILL NEED
1. Vise (if you do not have a vise, a pipe wrench will work to hold the handle and prevent turning).
2. 1/2” socket or open-end wrench
3. 9/16” socket or open-end wrench
ASSEMBLY
1 After handle is securred with vise/pipe
wrench, slip brace on to handle. 2 Place rake head with teeth pointing
downwards.
3 Insert lag screw through middle tine and
into the handle. 4 Tighten with 9/16” wrench.
5 Lag screw should be screwed in
completely and very snug. 6 Take the nuts, bolts, and washers off
each end of the rake head (bar).
7 Slide the brace down to the bar and line
up the drill hole of the brace to the tine
and drill hole on the bar.
8 Do not tighten the nuts on the brace at
this time.
9 Insert washer and bolt through the tine,
bar, and brace. 10
Secure with the nut on the back of the
brace using 1/2” wrench until snug.

Tighten all tines using 1/2” wrench. 12 Tighten the nuts on the brace where
it is attached to the handle.
