SAFETY PRECAUTION

1. Do not install the INLET & OUTLET and Stop Valve of the heater wrongly.
Jangan salah memasang “INLET & OUTLET” dan Injap Hentian pemanas.
请勿错误地安装热水器的进水和出水入口及截止阀.
2. Do not install the water heater at where there is water dripping directly over the unit.
Jangan memasang pemanas air dimana terdapat air yang menitis terus ke atas unit.
请勿将热水器安装在有水喷射的地方.
3. Do not connect the OUTLET to any tap or fitting that is not recommended by the manufacturer.
Jangan sambungkan “OUTLET” pada mana-mana paip atau pemasangan yang tidak disyorkan
oleh pengeluar.
请将出口连接到制造商所推荐的水龙头或其他配件.
4. Do not block the heater OUTLET in any way.
Jangan menghalang “OUTLET” pemanas dalam apa jua cara.

5. Do not attempt to repair the heater without a qualified technician.
Jangan cuba untuk membaiki pemanas tanpa juruteknik yang berkelayakan.

6. This appliance is not intended for use by person (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.

7. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

8. Engage a qualified electrician for installation.

9. Test the water temperature with hand before using the shower.
Uji suhu air dengan menggunakan tangan sebelum menggunakan pemanas air .

10. Check the ELCB once a month (please refer to the Test Run of Heater) and consult professional
for repair if there is any malfunction.
Pastikan ELCB diperiksa setiap bulan (sila rujuk Pengujian Pemanas) dan hubungi juruteknik
untuk sebarang pembaikian.
请对漏电断路掣 (ELCB) 进行每月检测. 若出现任何状况, 请务必联系技术人员.
11. Metallic / chrome flexible hose and conductive control valve shall not be used.
Saluran getah logam / krom dan injap kawalan konduktif tidak boleh digunakan.
请勿使用金属软管和导电控制阀.
12. Use only new hoses to connect the appliance to the water supply. The old hose-sets should
not be reused.
Gunakan hos yang baru untuk menyambungkan perkakas kepada bekalan air. Hos yang lama
tidak boleh digunakan semula.
使用新软管和热水器进行连接. 请勿重复使用旧软管.
13. This appliance is not to be used as a portable water supply.

14. The water inlet of this appliance shall not be connected to inletwater obtained from any other
water heating system.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

1. All the plumbing work should be completed before proceeding to the electrical wiring
connection. (Table 1)
Semua pemasangan paip perlu diselesaikan sebelum memulakan kerja-kerja penyambungan
wayar elektrik. (Jadual 1).
在进行热水器电线连接前, 请确保管道工作已完成.
2. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician with close reference to this manual
and in compliance with the local regulations.
Pemasangan mestilah dilakukan oleh juruteknik yang berkelayakan dengan merujuk pada
panduan ini dan mengikut akta-akta tempatan.
热水器安装必须由合格的技术人员参照本手册并遵守当地规法进行.
3. The unit works at a minimum water flow rate of 1.6 litre/min, which then would trigger the
built-in pump (only for pump model), boostering a stronger shower spray.
Unit ini berfungsi pada kadar aliran air minima 1.6 liter/min, yang mengaktifkan pam dan
kemudiannya meningkat pancuran semburan.

4. The built-in electronic Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) would cut-off the power supply to
heater in the event of a current leakage as low as 15mA.
“Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB)” akan memutuskan bekalan kuasa sekiranya berlaku
kebocoran tenaga serendah 15mA.
当电流漏至 15mA, 内置漏电断路器 (ELCB) 将切断通往热水器的电流.
5. The Thermostat would automatically shut off the power supply shall there be any abnormal
rise of showering temperature.
Pemotongan haba berfungsi secara automatik akan memutuskan bekalan kuasa jika terdapat
kenaikan suhu secara tidak normal.
若水温异常上升, 内置装备将自动切断电源.
6. The unit only operates when there is sufficient water flow to trigger the flow switch.
Unit hanya akan beroperasi apabila terdapat aliran air yang cukup untuk mengaktifkan suis
aliran.
为确保热水器如常操作, 请确保水流充足以触发流量开关.

8. Instantaneous water heater shall be equipped with a 2-pole control switch and its own
residual current device.
Pemanas air segera hendaklah dilengkapi dengan kawalan suis 2-kutub dan memiliki peranti arus
berbaki.
热水器应配备 2极电流开关及电流装备.
9. Water heaters exceeding 3kW shall be permanently connected to a 20A/30A rated circuit
breaker/fuse with an isolator switch and residual current device.
Pemanas air yang melebihi 3kW hendaklah disambung secara tetap pada 20A/30A nilai arus
pemutus litar/fius dengan suis pengasing dan peranti arus berbaki.
若热水器内置超过 3kW, 设备应永久连接到附有隔离开关和电流装备的 20A/30A 断路器.

1. INLET and OUTLET connection of the heater unit
should not be reversed, with stop valve installed
on INLET. (Diagram 1)

请勿错误地安装热水器的进水和出水入口.

2. It is recommended that the unit be mounted
1.5m above the floor. (Refer Diagram 1)

• Remove screw at the bottom of the heater.
Keluarkan skru dari bawah pemanas.
卸下热水器的螺丝.
• Lift the plastic cover upward (Refer Diagram 2).
Buka penutup plastik pemanas dari bahagian
bawah. (Rujuk Rajah 2).
提起热水器盖. (如图 2)
• Mark mounting position on the wall for
all 4 screws.
Tandakan posisi semua 4 skru pada dinding.
按螺丝的位置在墙上打孔.
• Drill the holes with 5.0mm diameter
drill bit (Refer Diagram 3).
Gerudi lubang dengan meggunakan
bit gerudi berdiameter 5.0mm
(Rujuk Rajah 3).
使用 0.5mm 钻头钻孔. (如图 3)
• Install the unit to the wall with plug.
Pasang unit pada dinding bersama plug.
在墙上固定膨胀螺钉. 挂上热水器, 再将螺丝固定好.

4. Installation of Heater INLET and OUTLET connection. (Diagram 4)

进水和出水入口安装. (如图 4)
a) Connect the stop valve to INLET, and be sure to put a gasket to prevent water leakage.
Sambungkan injap hentian ke INLET, dan pastikan meletakkan gasket untuk mengelakkan
kebocoran air.
将截止阀接到进水入口, 放入垫片以防止漏水.
b) Connect the pipe from the stop valve to the incoming water supply. If necessary make use
of a sealing tape for the connection to prevent water leakage.
Sambungkan paip dari injap berhenti ke bekalan air masuk. Sekiranya perlu, gunakan pita
kedap untuk sambungan untuk mengelakkan kebocoran air.
将软管连接到水源供应处. 如有必要, 使用密封胶带以防止漏水.
c) Connect flexible hose to heater OUTLET. Turn on the water mains to drain out all the
plumbing dirt and fill up the heater tank. Then, connect the flexible hose to the hand
shower.
Sambungkan selang fleksibel ke pemanas OUTLET. Hidupkan saluran air untuk mengalirkan
semua kotoran paip dan mengisi tangki pemanas. Kemudian, sambungkan selang fleksibel
ke pancuran tangan.

5. Electrical Connection

SWITCH OFF THE MAIN SUPPLY BEFORE ELECTRICAL WORK

PENDAWAIAN ELEKTRIK / 进行电路连接前，确保供应源已关闭

a) Insert electrical cable through the rubber grommet as shown.
Masukkan kabel elektrik melalui grommet getah seperti yang
ditunjukkan / 通过橡胶垫圈插入电缆.
b) Connect the cable to the terminal block and fully tighten them
as the following:-
Sambungkan kabel ke blok terminal dan ketatkan sepenuhnya
kesemua seperti berikut:
将电缆连接到接线端子. 以下为电线颜色及相对名称:
• Red or Brown
Merah atau Coklat / 红/棕 ........................... Live (L) 火线
• Black or Blue
Hitam atau Biru / 黑/蓝.................................. Neutral (N) 零线
• Green or Green/Yellow
Hijau atau Hijau /Kuning / 青/青黄............ Earth 接地线
c) Restore the cover and secure screw at the bottom. (Diagram 4)
Pasangkan penutup pemanas dan screw di bahagian bawah. (Rajah 4)
将热水器盖上并用螺丝固定. (如图 4)
d) Align the knob from ‘ON’ position in clockwise direction to ‘MAX’ and return to ‘OFF’ mark
as shown. (Diagram 5)
Selarikan tombol dari posisi “ON” mengikut arah jam ke arah “MAX” dan kembali ke “OFF”
seperti berikut. (Rajah 5)
将温度控制扭从 “ON” 位置顺时针方向转到 “MAX”, 并返回 “OFF” 位置. (如图 5)

Turn on the stop valve and water should spray out from the head.
Hidupkan injap hentian dan air harus menyembur keluar dari kepala.
当截止阀被打开, 水将从淋浴喷头喷出.
a) Switch on the main power supply (‘POWER’ LED will light up).
Hidupkan bekalan kuasa utama (LED 'POWER' akan menyala).
打开主电源 (”电源” 指示灯将亮起 )
b) Turn on the Temperature Control and ‘HEATER’ LED will light up.
Hidupkan Kawalan Suhu dan LED 'HEATER' akan menyala.
扭转温度控制扭 (“加热” 指示灯将亮起 )
c) Test the ELCB by pressing ‘TEST’ switch. The unit should trip. ‘POWER’ and ‘HEATER’
LEDs would go out.
Uji ELCB dengan menekan suis ‘TEST’. Unit mesti tersekat. LED ‘POWER’ dan ‘HEATER’ akan
padam.
按下 “测试” 按钮以测试漏电短路器. 该设备将跳闸. “电源” 及 “加热” 指示灯将熄灭.
d) Press ‘RESET’ switch. The unit should resume to normal condition.
Tekan suis ‘RESET’. Unit harus beroperasi semula ke keadaan normal.

e) The heater is now ready for use.

1) Switch on the main power supply, the ‘POWER’ LED will light up.
Hidupkan bekalan kuasa utama, LED 'POWER' akan menyala.
打开主电源 (”电源” 指示灯将亮起 ).
2) Turn on the water supply at the stop valve.
Hidupkan bekalan air di injap hentian.
打开截止阀, 让水源通过.
3) Turn on the Temperature Control Knob. The ‘HEATER’ LED will light up and the water
temperature will increase accordingly as the knob turns clockwise from ‘ON’ to ‘MAX’.
Hidupkan tombol kawalan suhu. LED ‘HEATER’ akan menyala dan suhu air akan dinaikkan
sesuai saat tombol dipusingkan dari arah jam dari ‘ON’ ke ‘MAX’.
扭转温度控制扭. “加热” 指示灯将亮起. 当温度控制扭顺时针方向移动, 水温将相应增加,
4) For normal cold shower, just turn the Temperature Control Knob to ‘OFF’ position.

5) Switch off the power supply when not in use.

4. OPERATION PROCEDURES

DO NOT USE THINNER, ALCOHOL OR PETROL
JANGAN GUNAKAN THINNER, ALKOHOL ATAU PETROL
避免使用稀释剂, 酒精, 或汽油
You may clean the heater with a damp cloth and mild detergent but do not use thinner, alcohol,
petrol or any other organic solution.
Anda boleh membersihkan pemanas dengan kain lembap dan detergen ringan tetapi jangan
gunakan bahan “Thinner”, alkohol, petrol atau larutan organik lain.
清洁时, 请使用软毛巾蘸温水或中性清洁剂擦拭外部.

5. GENERAL MAINTENANCE

CLEAN FILTER REGULARLY (DIAGRAM 6)
BERSIH PENAPIS DENGAN KERAP (RAJAH 6)
定期清洁过滤器 (如图 6)
a) Remove the filter mesh from the stop valve (for filter type only) by turning the knob filter
counter clockwise and pulling out the knob (Diagram 6). Flush it with water to remove any
trapped sediments. Install the knob filter back to its original position.
Tanggalkan jaring penapis dari injap hentian (hanya untuk jenis penapis ini) dengan
memutar penapis tombol berlawanan arah jam dan mengeluarkan tombol (Rajah 6).
Siram dengan air untuk menghilangkan sedimen yang terperangkap. Pasang penapis kenop
kembali ke kedudukan asalnya
逆时针方向转动及拉出截止阀的过滤器扭, 并取下过滤器网. 用水冲洗被困的沉积物.
将过滤器扭安装回原位.
