■ Remove the battery from the trimmer.
■ Remove grass.
Contact with the cutting head of the trimmer during operation can result in serious
personal injury.
Cutting tips fig 8.
The trimmer will cut better when cutting the
grass from left to right. It is less effective when
mowing from right to left.
Use the tip of the cutting line to make the cut;
do not force the cutting head into uncut grass.
Stone and brick walls, curbs and wood can
quickly wear down the cutting line.
Avoid the bark of trees and shrubs. They can be easily damaged by the cutting wire.
NOTE: The trimmer is equipped with an automatic autocut. Hitting the head to try to
advance the thread will damage the tool and void the warranty.
■ With the trimmer running, release the switch trigger.
■ Wait two seconds and press the shutter button.
NOTE: The cutting line will extend approximately 0.635 cm each time the trigger is turned
off and on until it reaches the length of the load limiter cutting blade.
■ Resume mowing.

avoid accidentally cutting flowers or plants.
Remove the battery.
Adjust the "cut limiter" on the grass deflector to
adjust the cutting diameter. There are 2 diameter
options: 30 cm, 25 cm.
Note: A smaller diameter cutting path will maximize run time and cutting speed, while a
larger cutting path will help complete the cutting task faster.
When servicing, use only original RURS spare parts. Use of any other parts may create
a hazard or cause damage to the product.
To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery from the tool when cleaning
or performing any maintenance.

EN

To install the new coil, make sure the cutting line is caught in the slot on the new coil.
Make sure the end of the cut line extends about 6 inches beyond the slot.
Install the reel so that the cutting line and slot line up with the hole in the cutting head.
Insert the cutting line into the hole.
Pull the cutting line extending from the cutting head so that the cutting line is released
from the spool.
Reinstall the bobbin cover by pressing the tabs into the slots and push down until the
bobbin cover snaps into place.

EN

cutting wire into the anchor hole at the top of the spool. Wrap the cutting line around the
top of the coil clockwise as indicated by the arrows in the picture. Place the cutting line in
the slot on the top flange of the coil, leaving about 15 cm. extended. Do not overload.
After winding the cut line, there should be at least 0.635 cm between the cut line of the
wound and the outer edge of the coil.
Storage.
Store the trimmer in a well-ventilated place, out of the sun, out of the reach of children.
At the end of the season, perform a general cleaning and a thorough inspection of the
gear.
