Pressure Cooker. Each unit is manufactured to ensure safety and reliability. Before using
this appliance for the first time, please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for
future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using any electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed
including:
1. Please read the instructions carefully before using any appliance.
2. Always ensure that the voltage on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in
your home.
3. Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to
the user.
4. The appliance is intended for household use only. Commercial use invalidates the
warranty and the supplier cannot be held responsible for injury or damage caused
when using the appliance for any other purpose than that intended.
5. Avoid any contact with moving parts.
6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
7. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
8. Check the power cord and plug regularly for any damage. If the cord or the plug is
damaged, the manufacturer or a qualified person must replace it in order to avoid an
electrical hazard.
9. Do not touch hot surfaces – use handles.
10. Use oven mitts/ protective gloves when removing the inner pot and basket.
11. Always lift the lid away from your face as escaping steam may cause injury or
scalding.
12. Keep hands, arms, face etc clear from the escaping steam when opening the lid or
moving dishes.
13. Whilst the appliance is in operation and cooling off after the cooking cycle has

completed - be careful not to touch the lid in order to avoid scalding and injury. If you
must do so, please use an oven mitt or protective glove.
14. Do not cover the unit when in use.
15. Ensure that the unit is properly closed before operating.
16. Do not fill the unit over 2/3 full. When cooking foods that expand during cooking such
as rice or dried vegetables, do not fill the unit over 1/2 full. Over-filling may cause a
risk of clogging the Float Valve and developing excess pressure. Failure to follow this
procedure can result in injury to person(s) and/or damage to the unit.
17. Be aware that certain foods, such as apple sauce, cranberries, pearl barley, oatmeal
or other cereals, split peas, noodles, macaroni, rhubarb, or spaghetti can foam, froth,
and splutter, and clog the Pressure Release Valve (steam vent). These foods should
not be cooked in a pressure cooker.
18. Always check the Pressure Release Valve for clogging before use.
19. To cook dry foods, please soak them in water for a period before cooking.
20. The maximum cooking amount should not exceed 2/3 of the inner pot.
21. Do not move the pressure cooker when it is pressurized.
22. Do not open the pressure cooker until the unit has cooled and all internal pressure
has been released. Any pressure in the cooker can be hazardous.
23. Do not use the pressure cooker for pressure frying with oil.
24. Do not use the pressure cooker near explosive objects.
25. DO NOT place the appliance near flammable materials or use in a humid
environment. Do not place the pressure cooker in direct sunlight. f
26. Check that the Block Proof Cover, Float Valve and Pressure Release Valve are not
jammed before each use; wipe the external surface of the Inner Pot and the Heating
Plate, remove foreign objects from it and ensure that the Pressure Release Valve
remains fitted to the lid correctly.
27. Inspect the rubber sealing ring before first use to ensure there is no damage.
28. DO NOT damage the rubber sealing ring and DO NOT replace it with anything other
than the replacement ring designed especially for this unit.
29. DO NOT tamper with the Block Proof Cover with any tools or external forces. If the
Block Proof Coveris damaged, please stop using immediately and contact customer
service.
30. Clean the Block Proof Coverregularly to keep the cooker clean and ensure proper
operation.
31. NEVER use additional weight on the Pressure Release Valve or replace with anything
not intended for use with this unit.

32. The surface of contact between the inner pot and the heating element inside the main
cooker body should always be clean. DO NOT use the inner pot with other heating
sources. DO NOT replace the inner pot with a container other than what is
recommended by the manufacturer.
33. The inner pot includes a non-stick layer surface. To avoid scratching the non-stick
surface, please use wooden or plastic utensils.
34. Food should not be kept warm for more than 4-6 hours in order to maintain the
continued freshness of the food. The pressure cooker should not be used for more
than 6 hours continuously unless slow cooking or preparing yoghurt. Serious Injury
and/or damage may occur if any safeguards are ignored.
35. Before use, always check Pressure Release Valve and red Float Valve for clogging or
obstruction and clean them if necessary. Also check and ensure the red Float Valve
on the pressure cooker lid moves freely.
36. If steam releases around the lid during the cooking process, please unplug from the
power supply immediately, let cool, remove food contents and return the product to
the manufacturer for exchange or repair. The Pressure Discharging Device has
activated. This is a safeguard to alert the user that the Pressure Limiting Device is
malfunctioning.
37. DO NOT attempt to open the lid during or after pressure cooking until all internal
pressure has been released through the Pressure Release Valve and the unit has
cooled slightly.
38. If the lid does not turn to unlock, this indicates the appliance is still under pressure—
DO NOT force the lid to open. Any pressure remaining can be hazardous. Let the unit
naturally release pressure or turn the Pressure Release Valve to the Vent position to
release the steam.
39. Always avoid contact with releasing steam to avoid burns or injury. When the steam is
completely released, the red Float Valve will be in the lower position allowing the lid to
be removed.
40. Always keep hands, face, and other body parts away from the Pressure Release
Valve prior to or during pressure release. Additional steam may escape when
opening the pressure lid.
41. DO NOT use a damaged removable cooking pot, rubber sealing ring, or lid. Replace
before using.
42. Let the appliance cool down completely before you clean it or put it away.

43. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot liquids. It is
recommended that you do not move the appliance when it is full, when switched on or
before it has cooled down.
44. Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or damaged in any way. In case of
damage, take the unit in for examination and/or repair by an authorised service agent.
45. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not immerse or expose the appliance, plug or
the power cord to water or any other liquid.
46. Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquid for cleaning purposes.
47. This appliance cooks under pressure. Improper use may result in injury.
48. Remove the plug from the socket by gripping the plug. Do not pull on the cord to
disconnect the appliance from the mains. Always unplug the unit when not in use,
before cleaning or when adding or removing parts.
49. The use of accessory attachments/ parts that are not recommended or supplied by
the manufacturer may result in injuries, fire or electric shock.
50. A short detachable cord is provided to reduce the hazards resulting from becoming
entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
51. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter. Ensure that the cord is
not in a position where it can be pulled on inadvertently.
52. Do not allow the cord to touch hot surfaces and do not place on or near a hot gas or
electric burner or in a heated oven.
53. Do not use the appliance on a gas or electric cooking top or over or near an open
flame.
54. Do not use or place the Inner Pot on another appliance to heat or cook. This may
cause deformation or faults with the Inner Pot and prohibit the correct working
condition/ performance of the unit.
55. Use of an extension cord with the appliance is not recommended. However, if it is
necessary to use an extension lead, ensure that the lead is suited to the power
consumption of the appliance to avoid overheating of the extension cord, appliance or
plug point. Do not place the extension cord in a position where it can be pulled on by
children or animals or tripped over.
56. This appliance is not suitable for outdoor use. For household use only. Do not use
this appliance for anything other than its intended use.
57. DO NOT carry the appliance by the power cord.
58. DO NOT use the appliance for deep frying.
59. DO NOT use any of the functions without food ingredients in the removable cooking
pot.

60. Do not operate this appliance by means of an external timer or remote control system.
61. Do not leave the appliance unattended during use. Always unplug the unit when not in
use or before cleaning.
62. Always operate the appliance on a non-flammable heat resistant surface, ensuring the
surface is smooth, even and stable. Do not place the unit on a hot surface.
63. Ensure that the switch is in the “Off” position after each use.
64. Do not use anything metal or sharp, you will damage the non-stick surfaces.
65. The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by
improper or incorrect use, or for repairs carried out by unauthorised personnel.
66. Do not allow this appliance to touch curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dish towels or
other flammable materials during use. Allow a minimum of 200mm distance. Caution
is required on surfaces where heat may cause damage - an insulated heat pad is
recommended. Never place the appliance on a plastic, fabric or carpeted surface
while cooking.
67. When cooking, do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances.
68. Leave at least 15 cm free space at the back, sides and above the appliance. Do not
place anything on top of the appliance.
69. Before placing the removable cooking pot into the unit base, always ensure the pot
and base are dry by wiping both with a clean, soft, and dry cloth.
70. The inner pot needs to be included for both pressure cooking and air frying, the unit
will not operate without it.
71. Food ingredients needs to be placed on the air frying basket to ensure even cooking.
72. Should the inner temperature control system fail, the overheating protection system
will be activated and the unit will not function. Should this happen, unplug the power
cord and allow time for the appliance to cool down completely before restarting or
storing.
73. The appliance has a built-in shut-off device that will automatically shut down the unit
when the Timer LED reaches zero. You can manually switch off the appliance by
selecting the Power Button. The fan will continue running for 20 seconds to cool down
the appliance.
74. In case of technical problems, switch off the machine and do not attempt to repair it
yourself. Return the appliance to an authorised service facility for examination,
adjustment, or repair. Always insist on the use of original spare parts. Failure to
comply with the above-mentioned pre-cautions and instructions, could affect the safe
operation of this machine.

Insert the inner pot first (1.) followed by the steam rack (2.) then lastly the air fryer basket (3.)
INSERTING AND REMOVAL OF AIR FRYER LID
1.To insert, securely hold the air fryer lid handles and insert into air fryer lid support
completely.
2.To remove air fryer lid, open the lid to a 90 degrees angle and pull upwards to remove the
lid from air fryer lid support.

1.The pressure cooker lid comes fully assembled but ensure that all parts have been
included as per above parts diagram.
2. To clean pressure cooker lid, remove lid Block Proof Coverfrom lid by pulling the metal
knob. Remove the rubber sealing ring from block proof cover, hand wash inner lid, block
proof cover, rubber sealing ring, inner pot, and other removable accessories with warm,
soapy water. NOTE: Be sure to replace rubber sealing ring before reinstalling the Block
Proof Coverinto the lid.

Open position Closed position
1.The lid will not switch on without securely closing it as per above “closed position’’ image
and sliding the rapid release and lock up to the lock position.
2. When all pressure has been released from the unit, open the lid by rotating the handle
counter clockwise and lift the lid using the handle.
WARNING: Food contents in the pressure cooker are hot. Always open the lid away from
face and body.
NOTE: The Sauté function will not need the lid on to cook.
Pressure release
1.Ensure the the rapid release is at the lock position to start cooking process. If it is not in
lock position, the display panel will read ‘’LID’’ which indicates you need to adjust it
accordingly for pressure cooker to start cooking cycle.
2.To safely release the pressure, select "KEEP WARM/CANCEL" mode. Slide down the
rapid release and lock switch to the middle position (steam icon) on pressure cooker lid.
Allow all pressure to escape from pressure cooker.

WARNING: Never use your hand to open or close Pressure Release Valve. Use tongs
similar utensils to open valve. Follow these safety precautions when releasing pressure to
prevent serious injury from occurring.

DELAY TIME: delays the cooking process for up to 24 hours.
PRE-SET FUNCTIONS: to adjust the Quick/Medium/Well cooking times, press function once
for ‘’QUICK’’, quick press twice for ‘’MEDIUM’’ and ‘’WELL’’ by quick pressing three times.
The selected function’s time will adjust accordingly and the cooking process will begin.
SAUTE: does not require lid for operation
YOGHURT, CANNING and SLOW COOK: when adjusting the time for these functions,
please note Yoghurt uses 30 minute, Canning uses 10 minute and Slow cook uses 30
minute time range adjustments.
SLOW COOK and SAUTE: All function’s temperature cannot be adjusted except for Slow
cook and Saute, slow cook – 80-95 and saute – 160-180 temperature range adjustments.

KEEP WARM/ CANCEL: keeps food warm for up to 24hours and stops the cooking process
at any time. After cooking cycle is complete, most cooking functions will automatically switch
to keep warm function until cancel button is selected.

The canning process allows for preparation and preservation of all your family’s
favorites, including fresh and cooked fruits, vegetables, meats, jams, and jellies. Canning
is a great way to bring “out-of- season” foods to the table economically. Buy food items in
bulk at low prices and preserve for future use when they become scarce and costly.
• Pressure canning can be used for all foods, particularly those containing little acid,
such as vegetables, meat, and seafood.
• When canning, there is no room for experimentation. Use the exact time,
temperature and method specified in the recipes to protect food from harmful
bacteria, mold, and/or enzymes. Altering times given in a recipe may destroy the
nutrients and flavor in foods.
• The lower the acid content in the food, the greater the potential for spoilage and
contamination. Foods such as fruits are high in acid. Meats, beans, corn, peas
and seafood have low acid levels. Proper pressure canning minimizes the
possibility of spoilage and contamination.
• Fresh foods contain air. The shelf life of canned food depends on how much air
has been removed during the canning process. The more air removed, the longer
the shelf life.
• Do not use over-ripe fruit. Bad quality fruit degrades with storage.
• Do not add butter or fat. Fats don’t store well and may increase the rate of
spoilage.
• Always wash empty jars in hot water with detergent - either by hand or in
dishwasher. Rinse thoroughly.
• Use 450ml canning jars and fill liquids to the max liquid level as indicated.

PRESSURE COOKER TROUBLE SHOOTING
*NOTE: If necessary to re-assemble the Float Valve, insert fluted end into outer lid handle.
Push all the way through until end is sticking out on underside of the lid. Hold in place by
inserting pencil or like object in hole in the lid handle for leverage while placing the sealing
ring on groove of fluted end sticking out on underside of the lid.

PRESSURE COOKER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Which coating is used for the inner pot?
This appliance has a stainless-steel housing and an aluminum inner pot.
2. How do you assemble/disassemble the unit for pressure cooker functions?
The appliance comes fully assembled with the Float Valve, Pressure Release Valve,
and Block Proof Cover. Please refer to the previous instructions on how to
disassemble the removable parts of the pressure cooker lid for cleaning purposes
and assembling after cleaning.
3. How long does it take for the unit to reach full pressure and for the clock to
start with the countdown?
When the unit is at the pre-set pressure and temperature, the “rotating effect” on the
LED display will stop and the clock will begin to countdown. The time is dependent
on volume, concentration, and ratio of solid to liquid in the inner pot – generally 5 to
40 minutes.
4. Can you change the pre-set function time from the default setting?
Yes, you can increase the cooking times. There are pre-programmed settings that
have a pre-determined time but can still be increased or decreased. Select TIMER
mode to specifically increase/decrease cooking time to suit your cooking preference.

5. Can you leave the unit on while not at home?
Yes, this unit can be left operating while not at home. However, it should not be left
unattended, especially with children or pets around. In addition, review guidelines for
food left outside a refrigerator over a certain length of time.
6. Can you place frozen food in the unit without defrosting first?
Yes, just add an extra 10 minutes to the cooking time when cooking frozen meals.
Air fryer control panel
1. Power/Start/Stop button
After inserting the plug you will hear one beep sound. Once the lid has been inserted,
the control panel will illuminate for 2 seconds, and the Power Button will remain lit up.
Tapping the Power Button once will illuminate the full control panel.
Tapping the Power Button for the second time will activate the cooking process at the
default temperature of 190°C and time of 15 minutes.

Tapping the Power Button at any time during the cooking process will shut down the
unit completely causing the control panel to immediately go dark with only the word
‘’OFF’’ illuminated on the panel as well as the flashing convection fan icon.
The convection fan will continue running for 20 seconds to cool down the unit.
Thereafter you will hear 5 beeping sounds to signal that the unit is off.
2. Temperature control buttons
These buttons enable you to raise or lower the cooking temperature when the
desired cooking function has been selected by 5°C intervals ranging from 65°C to
200°C.
Dehydration ranges from 30°C to 75°C.
When the temperature adjustment button is pressed, the temperature will change by
5℃, and the buzzer will beep once. When the “+” or “—” button is pressed for more
than 1 second, it will automatically increase or decrease 5 times per second, and the
temperature adjustment will adjust by 5℃ (no sound).
Once the temperature has been set up, the temperature icon will flash and will switch
over to the time icon after 5 seconds.
3. Time control buttons
These buttons enable you to select exact cooking time to the minute, from 1 minute
to 60 minutes in all cooking functions except when dehydrating which uses 30 minute
intervals and an operating time of 2–24 hours.
When the “+” or “—” button is pressed for more than 1 second, it will automatically
increase or decrease 5 times per second, and the time adjustment will adjust by 5
minutes (no sound).
Once the time has been set up, the time icon will flash and will switch over to
temperature icon after 5 seconds.
4. Air fryer pre-set functions
Selecting any of these pre-set functions will set Time and Temperature to a default
setting for that particular food. You may override these pre-set functions with the
Time and Temperature buttons.

5. Convection icon
After the desired function has been selected the convection fan will start to work.
When the digital tube displays "OFF", the convection fan icon wil flash, the heating
stops and the fan continues to work.
After running for 20 seconds, the buzzer will beep 5 times, the fan light will stop
operating and the power button will illuminate. The unit has entererd the standby
state.
Shutdown memory state: Should you open the air fryer lid during operation, ensure
it is closed within 2 hours and it will restore the set function before the lid was open.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Place the box containing the unit on a countertop or table.
• Remove the device from the box and remove the outer packaging.
• Remove all the stickers or labels (except for the rating label).
• Thoroughly clean the inner pot, air fryer basket and steam rack with hot water, some
washing-up liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
OPERATIONS AND HANDLING
HOW TO USE THE DEVICE
1. Connect the main plug into a socket.
2. Insert the air fryer lid securely by holding the air fryer lid handles and inserting into air
fryer lid support completely.
3. Place the inner pot first followed by steam rack then lastly the air fryer basket. The air
fryer function will not work without inserting the inner pot.
4. Once the unit is plugged in, the power button will light up.
5. Tapping the power button once will result in the full control panel to be illuminated.
Tapping the power button twice will activate the cooking process at a default
temperature of 190° C and 15 mins.
6. Let the device preheat for 3-4 Min without food or add 3 Min to your cooking time.
7. Select the desired pre-set function and/or adjust the temperature and time
accordingly.
