SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Read the assembly and use brochure closely and save it for future
reference.
• The manicure and pedicure set is only intended for private use.
• Turn o the manicure and pedicure set after 20 minutes use and let it
cool down for 20 minutes.
• Ensure that children do not use or play with the manicure and pedicure
set. Store the manicure and pedicure set out of reach of children. Be
particularly careful when the manicure and pedicure set is used in the
vicinity of children or handicapped people.
Do not use the manicure and pedicure set in the bath or shower.
Do not place the manicure and pedicure set so that it can fall down
in the bath tub or washing-up sink. The manicure and pedicure set
must not be immersed in water or other liquid.
• Do not try to pick up the manicure and pedicure set if it has fallen
into water. Immediately unplug the cord from the socket-outlet.
• Never use the manicure and pedicure set if the electric cord is damaged,
if the manicure and pedicure set is not working as it should or if it has
fallen into water.
• Do not use the electric cord as a handle - do not carry the manicure
and pedicure set with the electric cord.

Manicure and Pedicure Set
Read the user manual carefully to make sure that the product is assembled, used and
maintained correctly, as described in the instructions in this user manual. Keep the user
manual for future reference.

• Keep the manicure and pedicure set and electric cord away from hot
surfaces.
• Do not try to repair the manicure and pedicure set yourself if it does
not work as it should. Contact an authorised repair shop
• Use the manicure and pedicure set only for the purpose intended.
• Always check the manicure and pedicure set, electric cord and plug
before use. If the electric cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, authorised repair shop or other qualified person to
prevent danger.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
manicure and pedicure set. Children are not capable of understanding
and evaluating risks Teach children to be responsible in the handling
of electric devices.
• The manicure and pedicure set can either be connected to an electric socket-outlet
or powered by a battery.
• If you want to use the manicure and pedicure set without a flex, it must be charged
for at least 24 hours before first use.

• Full charging takes about 6 hours a time.
• Turn o the manicure and pedicure set (put the power switch in OFFmode). Connect
the manicure and pedicure set to the adaptor and put the plug into the socket-outlet.
The indicator light lights up during charging. Take out the plug from the socket-outlet
when the battery is fully charged.
• If the battery has become run down, the manicure and pedicure set can be used with
the adaptor. Do not use an adaptor other than the one included.
• Connect the manicure and pedicure set to the adaptor and put the plug into the socket-
outlet. The manicure and pedicure set can now be used once, although you must wait
for 30 seconds until the manicure and pedicure set has reached full power.
USE
• Select any of the accompanying accessories and turn on the manicure and pedicure set.
IMPORTANT. Discontinue the treatment now and then and check the results. This is
particularly recommended for people who have diabetes since their feet are more
sensitive.
• Always move the appliance (with light pressure) in circles over the relevant area.
The grind accessory has no eect on wet or moist skin.
ASSEMBLY AND USE USE OF ACCESSORIES
The manicure and pedicure set includes 9 accessories.
Each accessory is attached to the manicure and pedicure set by pressing on the axle.
Remove the accessory from the axle when you want to change it.
• Fine and gross levelling file (fine and gross grain) grinds and levels out thick and hard
nails. Choose the file that most suits your nails.
• Fine and gross grinding file for skin removal removes hard skin on nails and toes and
on other places with hard skin. Choose the file that most suits your needs.
• Gross nail file is used for grinding thick toe nails.
• Thin nail file is used for grinding thick skin and on ingrowing toe nails. Use the file
outside and inside.
• Fine cone-shaped file removes hard skin. Suitable for treatment of larger areas.
• Bung wheel levels out nails and tops of nails after grinding.
• Cuticle pusher lifts up the cuticle.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• The accompanying adaptor is specially designed for this manicure and pedicure set.
If the adaptor is damaged it must be replaced with the same type of adaptor.
• Remember that the components in the manicure and pedicure set can be damaged if
you drop it on the floor.
• Pull out the plug from the socket-outlet before you clean the manicure and pedicure set.

• Wipe the manicure and pedicure set with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive
cleaningagents. The manicure and pedicure set must not come into contact with water
or other liquid.
• Prevent the spreading of bacteria by cleaning the attachment now and then using a
mild detergent (available at chemists).
REMOVAL OF BATTERIES
• The battery must be completely run down before it is taken out of the battery
compartment. Let the manicure and pedicure set be turned on until the battery has
unloaded.
• Unscrew the lid to the battery compartment on the underside of the manicure and
pedicure set.
• Open the battery compartment and take out the battery (Ni-Cd). Take the battery to a
battery recycling site. Do not throw the battery in the household refuse.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS WASTE
Used products should be handled separately from
household waste. They should be taken for recycling in
accordance with local rules for waste management.
