STEP 1
•
Remove supplied Hex Bolts (J) and Lock Nuts (K) from
Frame Assembly
•
Remove and discard white nylon ties from Wheel Brackets (D)
•
Working from outside in, reinstall Hex Bolts (J) through
Wheel Brackets (D), Frame (A), Frame Reinforcements (B)
and Nose Plate (C).
•
Align Wheel Brackets (D) so that the integrated bosses fit into the
recesses on the outside of the Frame (A).
•
The curvatures of the brackets point toward the top of the Frame
(A) and the protrusion is on the same side of the frame as the blue
handle.
•
The Nose Plate (C) protrudes from the opposite side of the blue
handle
•
Reinstall the Locking Nuts (K).
DO NOT TIGHTEN.

STEP 2
•
Install the Axle (E) through the outermost holes of the Wheel
Brackets (D).
•
Install Flat Washers (G) on each end of the axle.
STEP 3
•
Align one Axle (E) hole with the corresponding notch in the Wheel
Bracket (D).
•
Using a hammer, lightly drive the Roll Pin (H) into the hole until
the end of the Roll Pin is nearly flush with the face of the Wheel
Bracket.
•
Repeat for other side.
STEP 5
•
Install a 10” Wheel (F) on each side of the Axle (E).
STEP 6
•
Additional washers are supplied with the installation kit to compen-
sate for the difference spacing required when alternate wheels are
installed with varying hub lengths. If necessary, remove wheel and
add/remove washers to adjust free play.
•
Install 1 Cotter Pin (I) into each end of Axle (E) and wrap the split
ends.
STEP 7
•
Discard all unused hardware.
•
Remove and discard the supplied white nylon ties form the Frame Reinforcements (B).

STEP 4
•
Securely tighten each of the Lock Nuts (K) installed in Step 1.
