sur la sécurité, la performance et la fiabilité.
UTILISATION PRÉVUE
Le souffleur est uniquement conçu pour une utilisation
par les adultes qui ont lu et compris les instructions
et avertissements de cette notice et qui peuvent être
considérés comme responsables de leurs actes.
Le produit peut être utilisé pour le nettoyage simple et
rapide de sciure, débris, feuilles et poussières.
Ne vous servez pas de ce produit pour d'autres utilisations
que celles décrites au chapitre des utilisations prévues.
AVERTISSEMENT

les instructions. Le non-respect des avertissements et

AVERTISSEMENTS DE SÉCURITÉ RELATIFS AU
SOUFFLEUR
■Porter un masque filtrant pour le visage en cas de
présence de poussières afin de réduire les risques de
blessure associés à l'inhalation des poussières.
■Ne faites pas pointer l'extrémité du souffleur vers des
personnes ou des animaux.
■Ne jamais mettre d'objets à l'intérieur des tuyaux du
souffleur.
■Ne pas faire fonctionner le produit à proximité des
fenêtres ouvertes, etc.
■Mouiller légèrement les surfaces en cas de présence
de poussières.
■Utiliser l'extension complète de la buse soufflante afin
que le flux d'air puisse fonctionner à proximité du sol.
■Ne pas mettre le souffleur par dessus ou à proximité
de débris mobiles. Des débris peuvent être aspirés
dans l'ouverture d'arrivée d'air et potentiellement
endommager le produit.
■Ne pas utiliser l'appareil en cas de protection ou de
grille défectueuse, ou encore de boîtier endommagé.
■Toujours assurer ses pas sur un sol en pente, toujours
marcher, ne jamais courir.
■Ne pas toucher les pièces dangereuses en mouvement
avant d'avoir débranché le produit du secteur et avant
l'arrêt complet des pièces dangereuses en mouvement.
■Toujours porter de solides chaussures et un pantalon
long quand on utilise le produit.
■Si le produit tombe, subit un lourd impact ou commence
à vibrer de manière anormale, l'arrêter immédiatement
et l'examiner pour détecter la présence de dommages
ou identifier la cause des vibrations. Tout dommage
doit être correctement réparé ou remplacé auprès d'un
centre agréé de service après-vente.
TRANSPORT DES BATTERIES AU LITHIUM
Transportez les batteries en conformité avec les
dispositions et règlements locaux et nationaux.
Respectez toutes les exigences légales particulières
concernant l'emballage et l'étiquetage des batteries
lorsque vous confiez leur transport à un tiers. Assurez-
vous qu'aucune batterie ne puisse entrer en contact avec
une autre batterie ou avec des matériaux conducteurs lors
de son transport en isolant les bornes électriques avec du
ruban adhésif ou des capuchons isolants. Ne transportez
pas une batterie qui serait fendue ou qui fuirait. Demandez
conseil au transporteur pour de plus amples informations.
RISQUES RÉSIDUELS
Même lorsque le produit est utilisé selon les prescriptions,
il reste impossible d'éliminer totalement certains facteurs
de risque résiduels. Les dangers suivants risquent de se
présenter en cours d'utilisation et l'utilisateur doit prêter
particulièrement garde aux points suivants :
■Blessures dues aux vibrations
Toujours utiliser l'outil adapté à la tâche, utiliser
les poignées désignées et limiter le temps de
fonctionnement et d'exposition.
■Blessures dues au bruit
Portez une protection auditive adaptée et limitez le
temps d'exposition.
■Blessure provoquée par des objets envoyés par le flux
du tube du souffleur.

ENTRETIEN
AVERTISSEMENT
Le produit ne doit jamais être branché sur une source
de courant lorsque vous-y montez des pièces, lorsque
vous effectuez des réglages, lorsque vous le nettoyez,
lorsque vous l'entretenez, ou lorsque vous ne l'utilisez
pas. Le fait de débrancher le produit évitera toute mise
en marche accidentelle susceptible de provoquer de
graves blessures.
■N’effectuez les réparations qu’en utilisant des pièces
détachées identiques. L'utilisation de toute autre
pièce est susceptible de présenter un danger ou
d'endommager votre outil.
■Evitez d’utiliser des solvants pour nettoyer les parties en
plastique. La plupart des plastiques sont susceptibles
d’être endommagés par les solvants disponibles dans
le commerce. Utiliser un chiffon propre pour retirer la
saleté et la poussière de carbone.
■Les éléments en plastique ne doivent jamais entrer
en contact avec du liquide de frein, de l'essence, des
produits à base de pétrole, des huiles pénétrantes, etc.

qui peuvent endommager, fragiliser ou détruire le
plastique.
■Portez toujours un masque oculaire ou des lunettes de
protection à volets latéraux lorsque vous utilisez l'outil
électrique ou lorsque vous soufflez de la poussière. Si
l'opération génère des poussières, portez également
un masque anti-poussières.
■Pour plus de sécurité et de fiabilité, toutes les
réparations doivent être effectuées par un service
après-vente agréé.
LUBRIFICATION
Tous les roulements de ce produit sont lubrifiés avec une
quantité suffisante d'huile de haute qualité pour toute sa
durée de vie sous des conditions d'utilisation normales.
Par conséquent, aucune lubrification supplémentaire n’est
nécessaire.
PROTECTION DE L’ENVIRONNEMENT
Recyclez les matières premières au lieu
de les jeter avec les ordures ménagères.
Pour protéger l’environnement, l’outil, les
accessoires et les emballages doivent être
triés.

EN WARNING
The vibration emission level given in this information sheet has been measured
in accordance with a standardised test given in EN 60745 and may be used to
compare one tool with another. It may be used for a preliminary assessment of
exposure. The declared vibration emission level represents the main applications
of the tool. However if the tool is used for different applications, with different
accessories or poorly maintained, the vibration emission may differ. This may
significantly increase the exposure level over the total working period.
An estimation of the level of exposure to vibration should also take into account
the times when the tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually doing
the job. This may significantly reduce the exposure level over the total working
period. Identify additional safety measures to protect the operator from the effects
of vibration such as: maintain the tool and the accessories, keep the hands warm,
organisation of work patterns.

RYOBI®WARRANTY APPLICATION CONDITIONS
In addition to any statutory rights resulting from the purchase, this product is
covered by a warranty as stated below.
1. The warranty period is 24 months for consumers and commences on the
date the product was purchased. This date has to be documented by an
invoice or other proof of purchase. The product is designed and dedicated
to consumer and private use only. So there is no warranty provided in
case of professional or commercial use. This warranty applies only on new
products.
2. There is a possibility to extend for a part of the range of power tools
(AC/DC) the warranty period over the period described above using the
registration on the www.ryobitools.eu website. The eligibility of products for
extended warranty is clearly displayed in stores and / or on packaging and
is contained within the product documentation. The end user is required
to register his/her newly-acquired products online within 30 days from the
date of purchase. The end user may register for the extended warranty in
his/her country of residence if listed on the online registration form where
this option is valid. Furthermore, end users must give their consent to the
storage of their personal data that is required to be entered online. They
must also accept the terms and conditions. The registration conrmation
receipt, which is sent out by e-mail, and the original invoice showing the
date of purchase will serve as proof of the extended warranty.
3. The warranty covers all defects of the product during the warranty period
due to faults in workmanship or material at the purchase date. The
warranty is limited to repair and/or replacement and does not include any
other obligations including but not limited to incidental or consequential
damages. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused, used
contrary to the instruction manual, or has been incorrectly connected to a
power supply. This warranty does not apply to:
– any damage to the product that is the result of improper or lack of
maintenance
– any product that has been altered or modified
– any product where original identification (trade mark, serial number)
markings have been defaced, altered or removed
– any damage caused by non-observance of the instruction manual
– any product not displaying the CE approval mark on the rating plate
– any product that has been attempted to be repaired by a non-
authorised warranty service centre or without prior authorisation by
Techtronic Industries
– any product connected to improper power supply (amps, voltage,
frequency)
– any damage caused by external influences (water, chemical,
physical, shocks) or foreign substances
– normal wear and tear spare parts
– inappropriate use, overloading of the tool
– use of non-approved accessories or parts
– Power tool accessories provided with the tool or purchased
separately, including but not limited to screw driver bits, drill bits,
abrasive discs, sand paper and blades, lateral guide, etc.
– Components (parts and accessories) subject to natural wear and
tear, including but not limited to service & maintenance kits, carbon
brushes, bearings, chuck, SDS drill bit attachment or reception, power
cord, auxiliary handle, transport carry case, sanding plate, dust bag,
dust exhaust tube, felt washers, impact wrench pins & springs, etc.
4. For servicing, the product must be sent or presented to a RYOBI authorised
service station listed for each country in the following list of service station
addresses. In some countries your local RYOBI dealer undertakes to send
the product to the RYOBI service organisation. When sending a product
to a RYOBI service station, the product should be safely packed without
any dangerous contents such as petrol, marked with sender’s address and
accompanied by a short description of the fault.
5. A repair / replacement under this warranty is free of charge. It does not
constitute an extension or a new start of the warranty period. Exchanged
parts or products become our property. In some countries delivery charges
or postage will have to be paid by the sender. Your statutory rights arising
from the purchase of the product remain unaffected
6. This warranty is valid in the European Community, Switzerland, Iceland,
Norway, Liechtenstein, Turkey and Russia. Outside these areas, please
