IMPORTANT
The turbine version of the KT84 Tortuga is a high-performance model that requires an expert pilot.
If you do not think you have the necessary experience, please contact SAB ([email protected]).
IMPORTANT
The KIT is "easily" compatible with Lambert Kolibri T 15,25,35 micro turbine. Bigger turbine may require
the fuselage cut.
Use the manual of the electric version following the pages: 5/6/7/9.
INSTALLATION OF THE TURBINE
Install turbine as shown in Fig 1, Fig 2.

Install the tank as shown in Fig 4.
INSTALLATION OF THE TANK
We suggest to add some velcro as shown in Fig 3 for the perfect fit of the tank to the fuselage.
We suggest to fix the tank with a bit of hot glue only in the front zone.

RECOMMANDATION
Tortuga turbine version can fly easily over 300 km/h
It is important to minimize the play of all moving parts to achieve maximum flight accuracy.
As for the electric version, the use of 2 flight conditions is even more important in the turbine version.
One for take-off and landing, one for fast flight. Follow the page nr. 9 of the manual
Check very carefully the center of gravity before the first flight.
Perform some ignitions on the ground and check that everything is working properly.
