according to the re-set rice and after ressing
the key relative to the desired drink, the drink
dis ensing cycle is activated: It can be divided in
different rocesses:
CUP DISPENSER
_It is the first o eration that the distributor
activates (exce t for the without CUP
dis ensing).
_The nozzle su ort movement motor is
engaged to move the su ort back to allow
the cu to fall (fig.5).
SUGAR AND SPOON DISPENSER
Where set and requested, an amount of sugar
that is re-set to the maximum dose is dis ensed
with the ossibility to sto in corres ondence to
the desired dose.
The dis ensing rocedure occurs according to
the following hases:
_The geared motor activates the helicoidal
screw conveyor of the sugar container,

similar.

Inglese
16
- Position the distributor, checking the levelling
by means of the adjustable feet already
assembled on the machine (fig.27). Make
sure that the distributor doesnt have an
inclination of more than 2 degrees.
6.2 Water main connection
Before connecting the distributor to the water
mains make sure that the water :
- is drinkable (eventually through a test
laboratory certification);
- has a ressure ranging between 0.5 bar and
6.5 bar (otherwise use a um or a water
ressure reducer according to the case).
- Install, if not resent, a ta in an accessible
osition so as to se arate the a aratus from
the water mains should it be necessary (fig.28);
fig. 27

Not to dirty the floor with accidental s illing of
roducts, use, if necessary, a rotective matting
sufficiently wide to cover the o erating area
under the distributor.
- make some water flow out of the ta so as to
eliminate ossible traces of im urities and dirt
(fig.29);

17
Inglese
- connect the ta to the distributor, using for the
ur ose a rigid co er or nylon i e, suitable
for food and adequate to bear the water
su ly ressure. Should a flexible i e be
used, it is necessary to assemble internally the
reinforcement bearing su lied with the
machine (fig.30);
6.3 Electric Main connection
The distributor is designed to o erate with
mono hase 220 Volt voltage and is rotected
with 10A and 16A fuses.
We suggest that you should check the following:
- the mains voltage of 220 V must not have a
difference of more than ± 6%;
- the ower su ly must be adequate to bear
the load of the machine;
- use a diversified rotection system.
The machine must be connected to earth in
observance with o erative safety norms.
For this reason, verify the lant earth wire
connection to ascertain that it is efficient and in
com liance with national and Euro ean electric
safety standards.
If necessary, require the intervention of qualified
ersonnel for the verification of the lant.

DCaution
The opening and the distributor connection
with the door open (for cleaning reasons only)
must be performed only by authorized and
technically qualified personnel. Dont leave
the distributor unattended when it is open.
Give the key only to qualified ersonnel.
Each time the distributor is switched on a diagnosis
cycle is erformed in order to verify the correct
osition of the mobile arts and the resence of
water and other roducts.
- Insert the key in the door switch (fig.39).

Inglese
20
2
- Let the water flow out until it is clear (fig.40).
During the diagnostic the following arts are
activated sequentially:
- the coffee grou , nozzle arm and sugar
conveyor in order to erform a correct start
ositioning;
- the cu basket in order to erform the loading
of the first column of cu s in the release
device;
- at the end of the diagnostic hase ress the
ushbutton 2 on the CPU board to enable the
Service mode (fig.42);

fig. 40
fig. 41
- Take out the key and close the faucet.
6.5.2 Water circuit filling
The machine automatically fills the hydraulic
circuit of the float reservoir and instant boiler (in
double boiler models) whereas the boiler filling
for the coffee grou must be erformed manually,
o erating in Service mode.
The sequence of o erations will be:
- Insert the ro er key in the door switch
- When the machine is switched on, the
automatic filling of the float water reservoir
starts while the machine runs the automatic
diagnostic hase.
We suggest sometimes com ressing the tube that
connects the boiler to the water reservoir so as to
eliminate eventual air bubbles that may be created
(fig.41).
- in the double boiler model, activate re eatedly
the coffee in beans selection by the water
only test button until the water flows out of the
coffee grou dis enser (this assures that the
coffee boiler is filled);
