2 - INFORMAZIONI
SULL’APPARECCHIO
2.1 Informazioni per l’utilizzatore
• L’apparecchio deve essere installato in luogo illuminato, ripara-
to, asciutto e su un piano di lavoro in grado di sopportarne il
peso.
• Per eventuali necessità rivolgersi al Distributore o all’Importato-
re della propria Nazione oppure al Costruttore nel caso non
sia presente alcun importatore.
Il servizio di assistenza clienti del Costruttore è disponibile per
chiarimenti riguardanti dubbi sul corretto funzionamento.
• In caso di danneggiamento del cavo di alimentazione, esso
deve essere sostituito dal Costruttore o dal suo servizio Assi-
stenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica si-
milare
• Il CENTRO DI ASSISTENZA AUTORIZZATO si rende disponi-
bile per qualsiasi chiarimento ed informazione riguardanti il
funzionamento dell’apparecchio e per esaudire richieste di
fornitura di ricambi o di assistenza tecnica.
• Il Costruttore si riserva il diritto di apportare eventuali modifi-
che all’apparecchio senza alcun preavviso.
• Tutti i diritti di riproduzione del presente manuale sono riservati
al Costruttore.
2.2 Destinazione d’uso
dell’apparecchio
L’apparecchio è destinato al riscaldamento delle tazze e dei reci-
pienti destinati ad uso alimentare ed al mantenimento della loro
temperatura.
Non usare contenitori in plastica che potrebbero defor-
marsi.
In caso di uso improprio decade ogni forma di garanzia
e il Costruttore declina ogni responsabilitàper danni a
persone e/o cose.
E’ da considerarsi uso improprio:
- qualsiasi utilizzo diverso da quello previsto e/o con tecniche
diverse da quelle indicate nel manuale;
- qualsiasi intervento sull’apparecchio che sia in contrasto con
le indicazioni riportate in questa pubblicazione;
- qualsiasi utilizzo dopo manomissioni a componenti e/o dopo
alterazioni ai dispositivi di sicurezza.
1 - INTRODUZIONE AL
MANUALE
1.1 Premessa
La presente pubblicazione èparte integrante dell’appa-
recchio e va letta attentamente. All’interno vi sono le in-
formazioni relative all’uso corretto dell’apparecchio e alla
manutenzione (per le operazioni di competenza
dell’utilizzatore).

Il presente libretto va conservato con cura e deve accompagnare
l’apparecchio durante tutta la sua vita operativa, compresi gli even-
tuali passaggi di proprietà.
In caso di smarrimento o deterioramento del presente libretto, se
ne dovrà richiedere immediatamente copia ad un CENTRO DI
ASSISTENZA AUTORIZZATO.
1.2 Simbologia utilizzata
All’interno della pubblicazione sono stati utilizzati diversi tipi di
avvertenze con lo scopo di evidenziare i vari livelli di pericolo o

3 - SICUREZZA
3.1 Norme generali di sicurezza
• Leggere attentamente il presente Manuale Istruzioni prima di
utilizzare l’apparecchio.
• E’ assolutamente vietato rendere inattive le sicurezze installate
sull’apparecchio.
• Le operazioni di pulizia dell’apparecchio devono essere effet-
tuate con l’interruttore in posizione “0” e dopo aver sfilato la
spina dalla presa di corrente.
• Non modificare autonomamente parti dell’apparecchio, il man-
cato rispetto di quanto specificato fa decadere le responsabi-
lità del Costruttore.
• Non dirigere getti d’acqua sull’apparecchio.
3.2 Requisiti del personale
Ai fini della sicurezza sono distinti due addetti con diversi requisiti:
Manutentore tecnico
Persona addetta alle operazioni di installazione, regolazione, mes-
sa a punto e, più in generale, alla manutenzione dell’apparecchio.
Utilizzatore
Persona addetta alla sola conduzione e al presidio dell’apparec-
chio. All’utilizzatore è permesso: la messa in funzione dell’appa-
recchio, la regolazione dei parametri di lavoro, l’arresto dell’ap-
parecchio, lo svuotamento della vasca raccogligocce e la pulizia
esterna dell’apparecchio.
Qualora rilevi malfunzionamenti dell’apparecchio deve richiedere
l’intervento del Manutentore tecnico.
E’vietato all’utilizzatore eseguire operazioni che nella pre-
sente pubblicazione vengono indicate di responsabilità
del manutentore tecnico.
3.3 Dispositivi di sicurezza installati
Tutte le parti elettriche dell’apparecchio sono protette da cofanatu-
re fisse.
2.3 Identificazione dell’apparecchio
L’apparecchio è identificato dal nome del modello e dal numero
di matricola rilevabili sull’apposita targhetta (fig. 2).
Sulla targhetta sono riportate le seguenti specifiche:
• nome del Costruttore
• marcatura CE
• modello apparecchio
•N°di matricola
• anno di fabbricazione
• alcune specifiche costruttive:
- tensione dell’energia elettrica di alimentazione (V)
- frequenza della corrente elettrica di alimentazione (Hz)
- potenza elettrica assorbita (W)
Per qualsiasi richiesta presso i CENTRI DI ASSISTENZA
AUTORIZZATI, far sempre riferimento a tale targhetta, ri-
portando i dati specifici dell’apparecchio.

4 - DESCRIZIONE COMANDI

4.1 Comandi
Sull’apparecchio sono presenti:
Interruttore generale (rif. 3, fig. 1)
Premendo il tasto si attiva la macchina.
Interruttore piano superiore (rif. 4, fig. 1)
Premendo il tasto si attiva la resistenza del pia-
no scaldatazze superiore.
Interruttore piano inferiore (rif. 4, fig. 1)
Premendo il tasto si attiva la resistenza del pia-
no scaldatazze inferiore.
Per facilitare le operazioni di collegamento, il diametro
dei fori da praticare sul piano, dovràessere superiore a
quello dei tubi e dei cavi indicati nella legenda di fig. 5.
5 - INSTALLAZIONE
Operazione di competenza del Manutentore Tecnico.
5.1 Collegamenti
La connessione dovràessere effettuata tenendo in consi-
derazione le norme nazionali vigenti
Eseguire i collegamenti procedendo in questo modo:
- Verificare che il piano su cui va appoggiato l’apparecchio sia
stabile.
- Praticare sul piano il foro (rif. D, vedi N.B., fig. 5) come
indicato nel prospetto.
- Installare l’apparecchio sul piano e livellarlo regolando in al-
tezza i piedi registrabili (rif. A, fig. 4).
- Collegarlo alla linea elettrica con il cavo (rif. B, fig. 4).
N.B.: E’ possibile collegare la vasca raccogligocce (rif. 6, fig. 1)
ad uno scarico procedendo in questo modo:
- eseguire, sul piano di appoggio, il foro (rif. D, fig. 5);
- collegare un tubo di scarico al raccordo (rif. C, fig. 4),
tramite una fascetta.
Il punto di collegamento (presa elettrica) deve essere si-
tuato in un luogo facilmente raggiungibile dall’utilizzatore,
per sconnettere l’apparecchio, quando ènecessario, dal-
la linea elettrica.
In caso di danneggiamento del cavo di alimentazione,
esso deve essere sostituito dal manutentore tecnico.

7 - MANUTENZIONE
7.1 Premessa
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione
e/o pulizia, spegnere l’apparecchio ponendo gli interrut-
tori (rif. 3 - 4 , fig. 1) in posizione “0”, sconnettere l’ali-
mentazione elettrica sfilando la spina ed attendere il raf-
freddamento dell’apparecchio.
- I componenti non smontabili e l’apparecchio stesso vanno puliti,
quando non specificato diversamente, solo con acqua fredda
o tiepida, utilizzando panni umidi e spugne non abrasive.
- Non utilizzare getti di acqua diretta ma strizzare il panno inu-
midito o la spugna prima di utilizzarlo sull’apparecchio.
- Tutte le parti da pulire sono facilmente accessibili e non richie-
dono l’utilizzo di attrezzi.
- Una manutenzione ed una pulizia regolari preservano e man-
tengono efficiente l’apparecchio per un periodo maggiore e
garantiscono il rispetto delle normali norme igieniche.
In caso di anomalie di funzionamento spegnere immedia-
tamente l’apparecchio, sconnettere l’alimentazione elet-
trica sfilando la spina e contattare il centro di assistenza
piùvicino.
7.2 Pulizia dell’apparecchio
Va eseguita giornalmente e prima di ogni sosta prolungata del-
l’apparecchio.
Tutti i componenti smontabili dell’apparecchio che devono essere
sottoposti a pulizia possono essere lavati e sciacquati in acqua
corrente.
7.3 Piani scaldatazze (rif. 1-2, fig. 1)
Pulire i piani con panno umido non abrasivo.
7.4 Vasca raccogligocce e relativa
griglia (rif. 6, fig. 1)
Sfilare la vasca dall’apparecchio e lavarla in acqua corrente pre-
stando particolare cura alla griglia.
7.5 Cestello (rif. 5, fig. 1)
Lavare il cestello preferibilmente in acqua corrente anche se può
essere messo in lavastaviglie.
6 - USO DELL’APPARECCHIO
6.1 Premessa
L’apparecchio è previsto per il riscaldamento ed il mantenimento
in temperatura delle tazze o di altri recipienti.
Il piano scaldatazze inferiore è da utilizzare per il riscaldamento
dei recipienti, quello superiore è da utilizzare per il mantenimento
della temperatura, in attesa del loro utilizzo.
6.2 Primo avvio dell’apparecchio
- Riempire il cestello con i recipienti da riscaldare e inserirlo nel
piano inferiore.
I recipienti devono essere asciutti.
- Accendere entrambe le resistenze per mezzo dei due interrut-
tori (rif. 3-4, fig. 1).
- Quando le tazze hanno raggiunto la temperatura ottimale,
estrarre il cestello e vuotarlo, posizionando le tazze sul piano
superiore, pronte per il loro utilizzo.
- Riempire nuovamente il cestello di tazze ed inserirlo nel piano
inferiore.
Non utilizzare recipienti in materiale plastico.
6.3 Avvio ordinario dell’apparecchio
Procedere con le stesse operazioni descritte nel par. “6.2 Primo
avvio dell’apparecchio”.
6.4 Spegnimento dell’apparecchio
In caso di breve inattività dell’apparecchio, occorre:
- spegnerlo ponendo gli interruttori (rif. 3-4, fig. 1) in posizione
“0” e sconnettere l’alimentazione elettrica sfilando la spina;
- ripulirlo in ogni suo componente (vedere “7.2 Pulizia dell’ap-
parecchio”).
Per lunghi periodi di inattività vedere “6.5 Messa fuori servizio”.
6.5 Messa fuori servizio
Operazione di competenza del Tecnico Manutentore.
In caso di messa fuori servizio dell’apparecchio occorre sconnet-
terlo elettricamente.
In caso di rottamazione si dovrà provvedere alla separazione dei
vari materiali utilizzati nella costruzione dell’apparecchio e prov-
vedere al loro smaltimento in base alla loro composizione e alle
disposizioni di legge vigenti nel Paese di utilizzo.

1 - INTRODUCTION TO
MANUAL
1.1 Foreword
This manual is an integral part of the appliance and must
be carefully studied. It contains information relative to the
correct use of the appliance and to its maintenance (strictly
concerning user operations).

This manual should be kept carefully and must accompany the
appliance throughout its working life, including the possible change
of ownership.
In case of loss or damage to the document, a copy should be
immediately requested from an AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.
1.2 Symbols used
This manual uses different types of warnings for the purpose of
emphasising various levels of danger or a specific concern.
Alongside the graphic symbol, a message will define the proce-
dures to be adopted and all useful information will be detailed:

2.1 Notes for the user
• The appliance must be installed in a properly lighted, shel-
tered and dry location and on a working surface able to with-
stand its weight.
• For all possible requirements, always refer to the Distributor or
Importer for each Country. If a specific Country has no Import-
er, recourse should be made directly to the Manufacturer.
• The Manufacturer’s maintenance service is available to clarify
any doubts concerning the correct operation of the appliance.
• In case of damages to the power cable, it must be replaced
by the Manufacturer or by its Technical Assistance Service, or
alternatively, by a person with similar qualifications.
• The AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE is available for any type
of explanation and information pertaining to appliance opera-
tion and to satisfy requests for the supply of spares or technical
assistance.
• The Manufacturer reserves the right to introduce further improve-
ments to the appliance without notice.
• All rights of reproduction of this manual are reserved by the
Manufacturer.
2.2 Intended use of the appliance
The appliance is specifically designed to heat cups and contain-
ers used in the food and drink industry and to maintain their tem-
perature.
Do not use plastic containers that could warp.
In the case of improper use all forms of warranty become
void and the Manufacturer declines any responsibility for
damage to things or harm to people.
The following instances fall within the definition of improper use:
- any use other than that foreseen and/or by way of techniques
differing from those indicated by this manual;
- any intervention on the appliance contrasting with the indica-
tions referred to in this manual;
- any use after tampering with components and/or after modifi-
cations to the safety devices.
WARNING! - Information about the user’s
safety and the machine integrity.
IMPORTANT! - It draws the attention on a
particularly important subject.
Maintenance technician - Operations strictly
concerning personnel in charge of unsche-
duled maintenance or repairs.

3 - SAFETY
3.1 General safety rules
• Carefully read this manual before using the appliance.
• It is absolutely forbidden to deactivate the safety devices on
the appliance.
• The machine can only be cleaned with main switch in position
“O“ and after pulling the plug from the socket.
• Do not modify any part of the appliance; by disregarding
these specifications the Manufacturer is released from all re-
sponsibilities.
• Do not direct water sprays onto the appliance.
3.2 Operators’requisites
With safety in mind, two separate persons with different qualifica-
tions are essential:
Maintenance technician
Person responsible for the operations of installation, adjustment,
setting up and, in more general terms, for the appliance’s mainte-
nance.
User
Person actually managing and operating the appliance. The user
is permitted to start up the appliance, adjust the working parame-
ters, switch off the appliance, empty the drip tray and see to the
outer cleaning of the appliance.
If the user experiences appliance malfunctions the intervention of
the Maintenance technician must be requested.
The user is forbidden to carry out operations that are indi-
cated in this manual as being the responsibility of the main-
tenance technician.
3.3 Safety devices provided
Fixed guards protect all the appliance electrical parts.
2.3 Identification of the appliance
The appliance is identified by the the model name and serial number
found on the ID plate (fig. 2).
The plate carries the following specifications:
• Name of Manufacturer
• CE marking
• Appliance model
• Serial number
• Year of manufacture
• Several manufacturing details:
- Mains voltage (V)
- Voltage frequency (Hz)
- Rated power (W)
For any request to AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRES,
always refer to the ID plate, reporting the specific appli-
ance data recorded thereon.

To facilitate the connection operations, the diameter of the
drilling holes on the surface top will be greater than that
of tubes and cables indicated in the legend of fig. 5.
4 - COMMANDS &
INSTRUMENTS
DESCRIPTION
4.1 Commands
The machine is equipped with the following switches:
Main switch (ref. 3, fig. 1)
Push this key to switch the machine on.
Upper plate switch (ref. 4, fig. 1)
Push this key to enable the heating element for the
upper cup warming plate.
Lower plate switch (ref. 4, fig. 1)
Push this key to enable the heating element for the
lower plate.
5 - INSTALLATION
Operation falling within the competence of the Mainte-
nance technician.
5.1 Connections
The connection will have to be implemented by observing
the national safety rules.
Carry out connections by proceeding as follows:
- Check that the surface upon which the appliance is to be
placed is firm.
- Drill a hole in the plate (ref.D, see NB, fig. 5) as shown.
- Install the appliance on the surface top and level it by adjust-
ing the height of the special feet (ref. A, fig. 4).
- Connect with the power supply by way of the relevant cord
(ref. B, fig. 5).
N.B.: It is possible to connect the drip tray (ref. 6, fig. 1) directly
to a discharge tube by proceeding as follows:
- drill the surface top as shown (ref. D, fig. 5);
- join a discharge tube to the fitting (ref. C, fig. 4), by way
of a suitable hose clamp.

The connection point (electrical socket) must be placed in
an easily accessible position, in order to disconnect the
appliance from the mains, should this be necessary.
In case of accidental damage to the power cord, have it
replaced by the Maintenance technician.

7 - MAINTENANCE
7.1 Foreword
Before any servicing and/or cleaning, switch the appliance
off by setting the switches (ref. 3-4, fig. 1) to position
“O”, disconnect the plug and wait for the machine to cool
off.
- The components that cannot be dismantled and the appliance
itself, have to be cleaned, unless differently specified, with
cold or lukewarm water only, using non abrasive sponges and
damp cloths.
- Do not use direct water sprays but squeeze the damp cloth
before using it on the appliance.
- All parts to be cleaned are easily accessible and do not re-
quire the use of tools.
- Regular maintenance and cleaning will preserve the machine
and maintain its efficiency for a longer period as well as con-
forming to health and hygiene norms.
In case of troubles, immediately switch the appliance off,
disconnect the power by unplugging the device and contact
the nearest SERVICE CENTRE.
7.2 Cleaning the appliance
It must be carried out daily and before any long dead time.
All removable components that have to be cleaned, can be rinsed
under running water.
7.3 Cup heating plates (ref. 1-2, fig. 1)
Clean the plates with a non-abrasive damp cloth.
7.4 Drip tray and relative grid (ref. 6,
fig. 1)
Slide the tray out of the appliance and rinse it under running water,
taking particular care with the grid.
7.5 Basket (ref. 5, fig. 1)
Rinse the basket preferably under running water, even though it
can be washed in a dishwasher.
6 - USING THE APPLIANCE
6.1 Foreword
The appliance has been designed to heat and maintain the tem-
perature of cups or other similar containers.
The lower cup heating plate is to be used for the heating of cups.
The upper one is used to maintain the temperature of the heated
containers ready for use.
6.2 First switching on
- Fill the basket with cups to be heated and place it on the lower
plate.
Cups and containers must be dry.
- Switch on both heating elements by way of the two switches
(ref. 3-4, fig. 1).
- When the cups have reached the right temperature, remove
the basket and empty it, placing the cups on the upper plate,
ready for use.
- Once again fill the basket with cups and introduce it into the
lower plate.
Do not use plastic containers.
6.3 Ordinary switching on
Proceed with the same operation described in par. “6.2 First switch-
ing on”.
6.4 Switching off the appliance
In case of short appliance dead times, it is necessary to:
- switch the device off by setting the switches (ref. 3-4, fig. 1) to
position “O” and cut it off from mains by disconnecting the
plug;
- clean all appliance components (see “7.2 Cleaning the appli-
ance”).
For long dead times periods, see “6.5 Setting the appliance out of
service”.
6.5 Setting the appliance
out of service
Operation falling within the competence of the
Maintenance technician.
In case the appliance should be set out of service, it is necessary
to disconnect it from the power supply.
In case of appliance scrapping, the various materials used in the
manufacture will have to be separated and individually disposed
of, according to each Country’s regulations in force.

1 - EINLEITUNG

Arbeitsvorgänge, für die der Benutzer zuständig ist)

1.2 Symbole

3 - SICHERHEIT
3.1 Allgemeine Sicherheitsvorschriften
• Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Geräts die vorliegende Betriebs-
anleitung aufmerksam durchlesen
• Es ist streng verboten, die im Gerät eingebauten Sicherheits-
vorrichtungen auszuschalten.
• Während der Reinigung des Geräts muss der Schalter sich in
der Position “0” befinden und der Netzstecker gezogen werden.
• Keine Elemente des Gerätes selbständig ändern. Die Nicht-
einhaltung der obigen Anweisungen verursacht den Verfall der
Verantwortung des Herstellers.
• Keine Wasserstrahlen auf das Gerät richten.
3.2 Zuständigkeiten der Bediener
Der Sicherheit halber sind zwei Bediener mit verschiedenen Zustän-
digkeiten zu unterscheiden:
Techniker
Bediener, der für die Aufstellung, Einstellung, Regulierung und
Wartung im allgemeinen zuständig ist.
Benutzer
Person, die ausschließlich für die Steuerung und die Kontrolle des
Gerätes zuständig ist. Dem Bediener ist die Inbetriebnahme des
Gerätes, das Stoppen des Gerätes und die äußere Reinigung des
Gerätes gestattet.
Sollten Störungen des Gerätes eintreten, muß sich der Benutzer an
den Techniker wenden.
Der Benutzer darf keine Arbeiten ausführen, die in dieser
Betriebsanleitung als Verantwortung des Technikers
definiert werden.

4.1 Bedienelemente
Auf dem Gerät befinden sich:
Hauptschalter (Bez. 3, Abb. 1)
Durch Druck der Taste wird die Maschine gestartet.
Schalter obere Wärmeplatte (Bez. 4, Abb. 1)
Durch Druck der Taste wird der Widerstand der
oberen Wärmeplatte gestartet.
Schalter untere Wärmeplatte (Bez. 4, Abb. 1)
Durch Druck der Taste wird der Widerstand der
unteren Wärmeplatte gestartet.
5 - AUFSTELLUNG
Für diese Arbeit ist der Techniker zuständig
5.1 Anschluß
Der Anschlußmußgemäß den geltenden nationalen Vor-
schriften erfolgen.
Das Gerät wie folgt anschließen:
- Die Stabilität der Fläche kontrollieren, auf der das Gerät befe-
stigt wird.
- Eine Öffnung in die Wärmeplatte bohren (Bez. D, siehe
Hinweis, Abb. 5) wie in der Anleitung angegeben.
- Das Gerät auf die Fläche stellen und es durch Regulieren der
Höhe der einstellbaren Füße (Bez. A, Abb. 4) ausrichten.
- Das Gerät mit dem Kabel an das Stromnetz (Bez. B, Abb. 4)
anschließen.
N.B.: Es ist möglich, die Abtropfschale (Bez. 6, Abb. 1) wie folgt
an ein Abflußrohr anzuschließen:
- Auf der Stützfläche das Loch (Bez. D, Abb. 5) anbringen;
- Ein Abflußrohr mit Hilfe einer Schelle an das Verbindungsstück
(Bez. C, Abb. 4) anschließen.
Der Anschlußpunkt (Steckdose) mußsich in einer vom Be-
nutzer leicht erreichbaren Position befinden, damit das
Gerät, wenn nötig, vom Stromnetz getrennt werden kann.
Im Falle von Schäden mußdas Netzkabel vom Techniker
ersetzt werden.
Um die Anschlußvorgänge zu erleichtern, mußder Durch-
messer der auf der Fläche anzubringenden Bohrungen
höher als jener der in der Erläuterung der Abb. 5
angegebenen Rohre und Kabel sein.

7 - WARTUNG
7.1 Vorbemerkung
Vor jeder Wartungs- und/oder Reinigungsarbeit das Gerät
ausschalten, indem die Schalter (Bez. 3-4, Abb. 1) auf
“0”gestellt werden; die elektrische Versorgung durch
Ziehen des Netzsteckers ausschalten und auf die
Abkühlung des Gerätes warten.
- Falls nicht anders angegeben dürfen die nicht abnehmbaren
Bestandteile und das Gerät selbst nur mit kaltem oder lauem
Wasser und angefeuchteten Tüchern und nicht kratzenden
Schwämmen gereinigt werden.
- Keine direkten Wasserstrahlen verwenden, sondern das ange-
feuchtete Tuch oder den Schwamm vor dem Reinigen des Geräts
auswringen.
- Alle zu reinigenden Elemente können ohne den Gebrauch von
Werkzeugen leicht erreicht werden.
- Eine regelmäßige Wartung und Reinigung wirkt sich vorteilhaft
auf die Lebensdauer des Gerätes aus und gewährleistet die
Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften.
Im Falle von Betriebsstörungen das Gerät unmittelbar aus-
schalten; die elektrische Versorgung durch Ziehen des Netz-
steckers ausschalten und sich an den nächstgelegenen Kun-
dendienst wenden.
7.2 Reinigung des Gerätes
Das Gerät muß täglich und vor jedem langen Nichtgebrauch ge-
reinigt werden.
Alle abnehmbaren Bestandteile des Gerätes, die gereinigt wer-
den müssen, können unter fließendem Wasser gewaschen und
abgespült werden.
7.3 Warmhalteflächen (Bez. 1-2, Abb. 1)
Die Flächen mit einem angefeuchteten, weichen Tuch reinigen.
7.4 Abtropfschale und Rost (Bez. 6, Abb. 1)
Die Schale des Gerätes herausnehmen und unter fließendem
Wasser waschen, wobei besonders auf den Rost achtzugeben ist.
7.5 Korb (Bez. 5, Abb. 1)
Obwohl er im Geschirrspüler gereinigt werden kann, wird es em-
pfohlen, den Korb unter fließendem Wasser zu waschen.
6 - GEBRAUCH DES GERÄTES
6.1 Vorbemerkung
Dieses Gerät eignet sich ideal zum Wärmen und Warmhalten von
Tassen und anderen Behältern.
Die untere Warmhaltefläche wird für das Wärmen von Behältern
verwendet, während die obere Fläche zum Warmhalten vor Ge-
brauch dient.
6.2 Erste Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes
- Den Korb mit den zu wärmenden Tassen oder Behältern füllen
und ihn in die untere Fläche einfügen.
Die Behälter müssen trocken sein.
- Beide Heizelemente mittels der zwei Schalter (Bez. 3-4, Abb.
1) einschalten.
- Wenn die Tassen die optimale Temperatur erreicht haben, den
Korb herausnehmen und die Tassen auf die obere Fläche stel-
len. Sie sind für den Gebrauch bereit.
- Den Korb erneut mit Tassen füllen und ihn in die untere Fläche
einfügen.
Keine Kunststoffbehälter verwenden.
6.3 Tägliches Starten des Gerätes
Die im Abschnitt “6.2 Erste Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes” beschrie-
benen Vorgänge wiederholen.
6.4 Ausschaltung des Gerätes
Bei kurzem Nichtgebrauch des Geräts folgende Anweisungen ein-
halten:
- den Schalter (Bez. 3-4, Abb. 1) auf “O” stellen, um das Gerät
auszuschalten und die elektrische Versorgung durch Ziehen des
Steckers auszuschalten;
- alle Bestandteile reinigen (siehe “7.2 Reinigung des Geräts”).
Bei langem Nichtgebrauch siehe “6.5 Außerbetriebsetzung”.

Für diese Arbeit ist der Techniker zuständig.
Bei der Außerbetriebsetzung muß das Gerät elektrisch ausgeschal-
tet werden.
Beim Verschrotten müssen die verschiedenen für den Bau des Ge-
rätes verwendeten Materialien getrennt und in Bezug auf ihre Zu-
sammenstellung und gemäß den in Ihrem Lande geltenden Vor-
schriften entsorgt werden.

2 - INFORMATIONS SUR
L’APPAREIL
2.1 Informations pour l’utilisateur
• L’appareil doit être installé dans un endroit illuminé, abrité, sec
et sur une table de travail à même d’en supporter le poids.
• Pour toute exigence contacter le Distributeur ou l’Importateur
de votre Pays, ou bien le Constructeur si aucun Importateur
n’existe.
Le service clients du Constructeur est disponible pour tout éclair-
cissement concernant le fonctionnement correct de l’appareil.
• Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être rempla-
cé par le Constructeur ou par son Service Technique ou quand
même par une personne ayant une qualification analogue.
• Le CENTRE D’ASSISTANCE AGRÉÉ est disponible pour tout
éclaircissement et renseignement concernant le fonctionnement
de l’appareil et pour satisfaire toute demande de fourniture de
pièces de rechange ou d’assistance technique.
• Le Constructeur se réserve le droit d’apporter toute modifica-
tion sans avis préalable.
• Tous les droits de reproduction de ce manuel sont réservés au
Constructeur.
2.2 Utilisation prévue de l’appareil
Cet appareil est destiné au chauffage des tasses et des récipients
pour les aliments, ainsi qu’au maintien de la température atteinte.
Ne pas employer de récipients en plastique qui pourraient
se déformer.
En cas d’emploi impropre, toute forme de garantie n’est
plus valable, et le Constructeur décline toute responsabilité
pour les dommages aux personnes et/ou aux choses.
L’emploi impropre consiste en:
- toute utilisation différente de celle qui est prévue et/ou avec
des procédés différents de ceux qui sont indiqués dans ce
cahier;
- toute intervention sur l’appareil qui n’est pas conforme aux
indications contenues dans cette publication;
- toute utilisation à la suite des altérations des éléments de l’ap-
pareil et/ou des altérations des dispositifs de sécurité.

1.1 Avant-propos
Cette publication fait partie intégrante de l’appareil et doit
être lue attentivement. Elle contient les informations con-
cernant l’emploi correct et l’entretien de l’appareil (pour
les opérations de compétence de l’utilisateur).

1.2 Symboles employés
Cette publication contient plusieurs types d’avertissements qui met-
tent en évidence les différents niveaux de danger ou de compéten-
ce.
À côté de chaque symbole il y a un message qui explique les
procédés à suivre et donne des informations utiles:

2.3 Identification de l’appareil
L’appareil est identifié par le nom du modèle et le numéro de
matricule indiqués sur la plaquette (fig. 2).
La plaquette contient les spécifications suivantes:
• nom du Constructeur
• marquage CE
• modèle de l’appareil
•N°de matricule
• année de fabrication
• quelques spécifications de construction:
- tension de l’énergie électrique d’alimentation (V)
- fréquence du courant électrique d’alimentation (Hz)
- puissance électrique absorbée (W)
Pour toute demande aux CENTRES D’ASSISTANCE
AGRÉÉS, faire toujours référence àcette plaquette, en
indiquant les spécifications de l’appareil qui y sont
contenues.

3 - SÉCURITÉ
3.1 Consignes générales de sécurité
• Lire attentivement ce Manuel d’Instruction avant d’employer
l’appareil.
• Il est expressément interdit de désactiver les sécurités installées
sur l’appareil.
• Les opérations de nettoyage de l’appareil doivent être effectuées
avec l’interrupteur en position “0“ et après avoir retiré la fiche
de la prise de courant.
• Ne pas modifier les parties de l’appareil; l’inobservance de
ce qui est indiqué fait déchoir les responsabilités du Construc-
teur.
• Ne pas diriger de jets d’eau vers l’appareil.
3.2 Qualités requises des opérateurs
Pour des raisons de sécurité, on distingue entre deux personnes
aux caractéristiques différentes:
Technicien préposéàl’entretien
Technicien assigné aux opérations d’installation, réglage, mise au
point et, plus en général, à l’entretien de l’appareil.
Utilisateur
Personne assignée au fonctionnement et au contrôle de l’appareil.
Les opérations permises à l’utilisateur sont: la mise en marche de
l’appareil, le réglage des paramètres de travail, l’arrêt de l’appa-
reil, le vidage du bac d’égouttement, le nettoyage extérieur de
l’appareil.
Si l’utilisateur remarque des défaillances de l’appareil, il doit con-
tacter le Technicien préposé à l’entretien.
Il est interdit àl’utilisateur d’exécuter les opérations qui,
dans cette publication, figurent sous la responsabilitédu
technicien préposéàl’entretien.
3.3 Dispositifs de sécuritéinstallés
Toutes les parties électriques de l’appareil sont protégées par des
carters fixes.

DES COMMANDES
ET DES PARTIES
4.1 Commandes
Sur l’appareil se trouvent :
L’interrupteur général (réf. 3 , fig. 1)
Appuyer sur cette touche pour activer la machine.
L’interrupteur de la plaque supérieure (réf. 4 ,
fig. 1)
Appuyer sur cette touche pour activer l’élément
de chauffage de la plaque chauffante supérieure.
L’interrupteur de la plaque inférieure (réf. 4 ,
fig. 1)
Appuyer sur cette touche pour activer l’élément
de chauffage de la plaque chauffante inférieure.
5 - MISE EN PLACE
Opération de compétence du Technicien préposéàl’entre-
tien.
5.1 Connexions
La connexion doit être en conformitéavec les normes na-
tionales en vigueur.
Effectuer les connexions de la manière suivante:
- Vérifier que la surface où l’appareil doit reposer est stable et à
même d’en supporter le poids.
- Percer le trou sur la table (réf. D, voir N.B., fig. 5) comme il est
indiqué dans le schéma.
- Mettre en place l’appareil sur la surface d’appui et le mettre à
niveau en réglant la hauteur des pieds réglables (réf. A, fig. 4).
- Connecter l’appareil à la ligne électrique par le câble (réf. B,
fig. 4).
N.B.: Il est possible d’accoupler le bac d’égouttement (réf. 6, fig.
1) à un tuyau de vidange de la façon suivante:
- dans la surface d’appui, percer le trou (réf. D, fig. 5);
- accoupler un tuyau de vidange au raccord (réf. C, fig. 4)
par un collier.
Le point de connexion (prise électrique) doit être positionné
dans un lieu aisément accessible àl’utilisateur lorsqu’il
faut déconnecter l’appareil de la ligne électrique.
Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être rem-
placépar le technicien préposéàl’entretien.

Pour rendre les opérations de connexion plus faciles, le
diamètre des trous àpercer sur la surface d’appui devra
dépasser le diamètre des tuyaux et des câbles indiqués
dans la légende de la fig. 5.
