●전원이꺼질 때설정한 상태(손/발선택버튼, 회전방향선택버튼)가그대로 저장됩니다. 전원을켰을 때주의하십시오.
●핸드피스의콜렛척이열린 상태에서 작동하지마십시오. 핸드피스손상의 원인이됩니다.
●핸드피스가작동하는동안 콜렛척을 열지 마십시오.

Make sure to read this user manual before using. This user manual is to assure proper installation and usePay attention to read
this manual in order to making the best use of this product and to assure the prolongedlifespan before using.
· Not suitable product in the atmosphere that exist flammable
anesthetic mixture with air or with oxygen.
· Classification according to mode of operation: Intermittent operation.
●The setting conditions (Hand/Foot Select Button, Rotation Direction Select Button) are saved when power is off.
Pay attention to use at the power on.
●Do notuse as condition thecollet chuck is opened. It causes product’smalfunction.
●Do notopen the collet chuck while the handpiece is operated.
●Check the power switch before connecting the power cord in order to decrease the danger by sudden operation of product.
●Connect thepower cord after setting speed control dial at the off place (the end of counterclockwise).
●Circuit breaker is provided to protect the motor. It is actuated when an overload occurs which themotor cannotstand.
Always use this product within allowable load range
●Store theproduct as condition a bur is fixed at the collet chuck.
●Change the rotation direction after stopped the handpiece.
●Do notuse the damaged bur. It causes product’s malfunction and accident..
●Do notwork in a dangerous place. Do notuse the control box in a humid place.
●Do notdisassemble or modify the product as one pleases.It causes accident.
●Use thecompatible handpiece and foot controller with control box.
●Check the problems such as excessive vibration of bur,defective speed control and etc.
●Handle the speed control dial smoothly.
●Replace thebur after stopped the handpiece.
●Be careful not to drop the product as it may be damaged or broken.
In case that it is dropped, check if the bur is bent or that any overheat is generated while carefully operating it.
●If any problem occurs in product, use after repairing.
●Do not put the handpiece down before it stops completely.
●Use the appropriate voltage for the product.

●Wear proper protective clothes and equipment, including a dust maskand safety goggles.

■ 전원 스위치:
전원을 켜거나 전원을 끄는데 사용합니다.

■ 표시창:
- 회전수: 회전수(RPM)를 나타냅니다. 나타나는 숫자의 X1,000이 실제 회전수입니다.
- 에러코드: 에러 발생 시 해당 에러를 나타냅니다.
■ 속도제어 다이얼:
속도를 조절하는데 사용합니다.
시계방향으로 돌리면 속도가 증가하며, 반시계방향으로 돌리면 속도가 감소합니다.
■ 리미트 버튼:
속도 최대치를 제한하는 버튼입니다.
- FORTE 100: 제한된 속도의 최대치는 40,000 rpm입니다.
리미트 버튼을 누르고 속도제어 다이얼을 최대로 돌리면, 최대 속도는 50,000 rpm까지 증가합니다.
- FORTE 100α, FORTE 100αD: 제한된 속도의 최대치는 30,000 rpm이며, 제한을 풀면 40,000 rpm까지 증가합니다.
(50,000 rpm으로 최대 속도 변경 기능을 활성화하면 FORTE100과같아집니다.)
■ 손/발선택버튼:
핸드피스 작동 방법을 선택하는 버튼입니다.
- 손: 모터 버튼을 눌러 핸드피스를 구동합니다.
- 발: 풋 컨트롤러를 눌러 핸드피스를 구동합니다.
■ 회전방향 선택버튼:
회전방향을 정방향 또는 역방향으로 선택하는 버튼입니다.

■ Power Switch:
This switch is used toturn on thepoweroroff.
- I: Power On
- O: Power Off
■ Indicator:
-RPM: RPM is displayed.Displayed number X 1,000 is actual RPM.
- Error Code: When errors occur, thecorresponding errors are displayed.
■ Speed Control Dial:
This dial is used to control RPM. Turn the clockwise, RPM is increased. Turn the reverse, RPM is decreased.
■ Limit Button:
This button is used to limit the maximum RPM.
- FORTE 100: Limited maximum value is 40,000 rpm. Push the limit button and turn the speed control dial fully,
Maximum value is increased to50,000 RPM.
- FORTE 100α, FORTE 100αD: Limited maximum value is 30,000 rpm and unlimited value is to 40,000 rpm.
(If activate max rpm change function to50,000 rpm, maximum value is same with FORTE 100.)
■ Hand/Foot Select Button:
This Button is used to select thehandpiece operation method.
-Hand: Handpiece is operated by ‘motor button’.
- Foot: Handpiece is operated by foot controller.
■ Rotation Direction Select Button:
This button is used to select rotation direction totheclockwise or reverse.
■ Motor Button:
This button is used to operate thehandpiece when select operation method by hand.

■ 버 삽입
1. 핸들을 돌려 핸드피스 척을 엽니다.
2. 버를 핸드피스 앞쪽 끝에 삽입합니다.
3. 핸들을 돌려 핸드피스 척을 잠급니다.
※ 핸드피스 버 연결 방법은 핸드피스 종류에 상관없이 동일합니다.
- 사용 전 반드시 척을 잠그십시오. 핸드피스의 손상의 원인이 됩니다.
- 버가 손상되지 않았는지 확인하십시오.
- 버의 치수를 확인하십시오. (버 치수: Φ2.35mm)
각부의 연결 방법
■ 본체 유닛연결
1. 전원코드를 전원코드 접속소켓에 연결합니다.
- 전원코드를연결하기전, 전원스위치가 꺼져 있는지 확인하십시오.
- 속도제어다이얼이 ‘0’에위치하고있는지 확인하십시오.
2. 풋컨트롤러 코드를 연결합니다.
3. 핸드피스코드를 연결합니다.

■ Bur Insertion
1. Turn thehandle to open the handpiece chuck.
2. Insert thebur in the front of handpiece.
3. Lock the handpiece chuck by turning the handle.
※ Bur connection method is same regardless of the handpiece type.
- Be sure to lock thechuck before use. It may cause damage to the handpiece.
- Make sure that thebur is notdamaged.
- Check the Bur dimension. (Bur Dimension: Φ2.35mm)
CONNECTION OF EACH PART
■Control Box Connection
1. Connect the power cord to the power socket.
- Before connect the power cord, make sure to check the power off.
- Make sure to check that the speed control dial is set to ‘0’.
2. Connect the foot controller cord.
3. Connect the handpiece cord.

작동 방법
1. 한손으로 핸드피스를 잡고
(전원이켜지면 비프음이 울리고 표시창에RPM이나타납니다.)
다른 한손으로는본체 유닛의 전원을 켭니다.
2. 손/발선택버튼을눌러 제어방법을선택합니다. 왼쪽 불빛이 켜지면 손, 오른쪽 불빛이 켜지면 발이 선택됩니다.
3. 회전방향 선택버튼을 눌러 회전방향을선택합니다. 왼쪽불빛이 켜지면 정방향, 오른쪽 불빛이켜지면
역방향이선택됩니다.
■ 최대 속도 변경 기능 (FORTE 100α, FORTE 100αD 전용)
40,000 rpm의 최대 속도를 50,000 rpm까지 확장하는 기능입니다.
속도제어 다이얼을 ‘0’으로 조절한 후 손/발 선택버튼과 모터 버튼을 함께 누르면 50,000 rpm으로 확장됩니다.
다시 누르면 40,000 rpm으로 돌아옵니다.
■ 핸드피스 오토 캘리브레이션 기능
핸드피스의RPM을본체 유닛에맞게 자동으로 보정해주는기능입니다.모터 버튼을 누른상태에서 전원을 켜면 표시창에
‘CAL’이나타난후 0부터 최대까지속도가상승하며정방향 캘리브레이션이 실행됩니다.
회전방향선택버튼을 누르면 역방향캘리브레이션이 실행됩니다. 완료되면모터 버튼을눌러 종료합니다.
핸드피스에과부하가 걸리면 약 5초 후 비프음이 울리며 에러코드‘E1’이 표시창에 나타나며 핸드피스의작동이 멈춥니다.
손/발 선택버튼이 손으로 선택되어 있으면, 모터 버튼을 눌러 해제할수 있으며다시 모터 버튼을 누르면핸드피스를
작동할수있습니다.손/발 선택버튼이 발로 선택되어있으면, 풋 컨트롤러에서 발을 떼면 해제되며다시 풋컨트롤러를
눌러 핸드피스를작동할 수 있습니다.
■ 손을 선택한 경우 작동 방법■ 발을 선택한경우 작동 방법
4. 모터 버튼을누릅니다.
5. 속도제어 다이얼을 돌려원하는 속도로조절합니다.
6. 모터 버튼을다시 누르면핸드피스가멈춥니다.

- 본기능은 제조사제품 출고 당시 설정완료되어출고합니다.
핸드피스를 수리 받거나교체했을때실행하십시오.
■ 오토 크루즈 기능 (FORTE 100 전용)
발로 핸드피스를 작동할 경우 핸드피스의 속도를 고정해주는 기능입니다.
풋 컨트롤러를 끝까지 누른 상태로 약 3~5초간 있으면 비프음이 울리며 발을 떼어도 속도가 유지됩니다.
기능을 해제하려면 풋 컨트롤러를 한번 누르면 됩니다.
■ 과부하 방지 기능

OPERATION PROCESS
1. Put up the handpiece and turn on the control box.
(When the power is turned on, the beep sound is ring andthe RPM is displayed onthe indicator.)
2. Select the operation method by pressing the Hand/Foot Select Button.
When the left light is on, hand is selected, when the right light is on, foot is selected.
3. Select the rotation direction by pressingthe Rotation Direction Select Button.
When the left light is on, the forward direction is selected, when the right light is on, the reverse direction is selected.
■ Maximum Speed Change Function (FORTE 100α, FORTE 100αDOnly)
It is function to changethe maximum speed from 40,000 rpm to 50,000 rpm.After setting the speed control dial
at ‘0’, Pressthe Hand/Foot Select Button and Motor Button. Maximum speed is enlarged to50,000 rpm.
Re-pressthe two buttons, Maximum speed is returned.
■Handpiece Auto Calibration Function
It is function to calibrate matching the RPM of handpiece and control box automatically.Turn on the power with
holding the motor button. After the ‘CAL’ is displayed at the indicator,forward calibration is performed as speed
is increased from 0 to maximum. Press the Rotation Direction Select Button,Reverse Calibration is performed.
Function is completed, press the motor button.
■How to use when select the hand
4. Push the motor button.
5. Control the desired speed by turning the speed control dial.
6. Handpiece is stopped by re-pressing the motor button.
■How to use when select the foot
4. Control the desired speed by turning the speed
control dial.
5. Operate the handpiece by controlling the foot controller.
(Handpiece is worked within setting range.)
6. Foot controller is released, handpiece is stopped.
- The first characters shown on the indicator when the power is turned on are software versions.
- If operate above function, limit value is set 40,000 rpm. But if function is not activated,
limit value is not accurate.
- The function is set up when the product is released by manufacturer.

■Auto Cruise Function (FORTE 100 Only)
It is function to fix the speed of handpiece when operation by handpiece.
Holdthe foot controller as pressing for 3~5 seconds, the beep sound is ring.
After that, the speed is kept even when releasing thefoot controller.
To release the function, pressthe foot controller again.
■ Overload Protective Function
If handpiece is overloaded, after about 5 seconds, beep sound is ring and the error cord ‘E1’ is displayed at the
indicator andhandpiece is stopped.Hand/Foot Select Button is selected as the hand, this function can be disabled
by pressing the motor button.Re-pressthe motor button, handpiece can be used.Hand/Foot Select Button is
selected as the foot, this function can be disabled by releasingthe foot controller.Re-pressthe foot controller,
handpiece can be used.

MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
1. Keep the place around in handpiece clean from dust and grindings.
2. Remove dust on handpiece with alcohol and avoid humidity around.
- Do not apply the oil and water to the product.
- The grease inside of the bearing could melt away due to the oil.
3. Air cleaning is acceptable but air pressure may affect the handpiece or motor.
4. Store the product as condition a bur is fixed at the collet chuck.
Take out the fuse box and replace the fuse. After that, put it back at the right place
