Product Description
You have purchased a multichannel audio transmission device design for the
assistive listening service. This device is designed to improve the ability of the users to
hear audio content though the use of a personalized listening receiver. This device is
compatible with most commonly available commercial FM receiver used in the 70MHz band
identified as assistive listening devices. This device allows multiple audio sources to be
transmitted at the same time from a single location allowing the user to pick the channel
that best suites their needs. This device reduces the cost to deliver audio content by
combining eight channels into a single low cost unit.
This product features high quality audio transmissions with superior clarity that is designed
to insure the best possible experience for its users. Transmission power is optimized to
insure full range in mid to large size facilities so that users in the facility have a pleasant
experience. Special care was taken to optimized audio quality for high fidelity often required
for these applications.
This product could be used in the following applications:
Movie Theaters
Court Rooms with multiple chambers
Multilingual assemblies such as churches and live theaters.
Museum tours where descriptions of the art in each room are on independent channels.
Multi-classroom schools
Warning: This device must be used with the included antenna. Use of any third party
antenna may violate you local government requirements such as the FCC or IC.
NOTE: THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RADIO OR TV INTERFERENCE
CAUSED BY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS TO THIS EQUIPMENT. SUCH MODIFICATIONS

Instructions For Product Use
1. Read Instructions—All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the
product is operated.
2. Retain Instructions—The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future
reference.
3. Heed Warnings—All warnings on the product and in the operating instructions should
be adhered to.
4. Follow Instructions—All operating and user instructions should be followed.
5. Cleaning—Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid
cleaners or aerosol cleansers. Use a damp cloth for cleaning.
6. Attachments—Do not use attachments that are not recommended by the product
manufacturer as they may cause hazards.
7. Water and Moisture—Do not use this product near water—for example, near wash
bowl, kitchen sink; in a wet basement; outdoor environment and the like.
8. Accessories—Do not place this product on an unstable cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or
table. The product may fall, causing serious injury to a child or adult and serious damage to
the product. Use only with brackets and hardware recommended by the manufacturer, or
sold with the product. Any mounting of the product should follow the manufacturer's
instructions.
9. Ventilation—Slots and openings in the cabinet are provided for ventilation and to ensure
reliable operation of the product and to protect it from overheating, and these openings
must not be blocked or covered. This product should not be placed in a built-in installation
such as bookcase or rack unless proper ventilation is provided or the manufacturer's
instructions have been adhered to.
10. Power Sources—This product should be operated only from the type of power source
indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supplied to your
facility, consult your product dealer or local power company.
11. Power-Cord Protection—Power-supply cords should be routed so that they are not
likely to be walked on or pinched by items placed upon or against them, paying particular
attention to cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the
product.
12. Overloading—Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or integral convenience
receptacles as this can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
13. Object and Liquid Entry—Never push objects of any kind into this product through
openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short-out parts that could result in
a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product.
14. Servicing—Do not attempt to service this product yourself as opening or removing
covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other hazards. Refer all servicing to
qualified service personnel.

15. Damage Requiring Service—Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer
servicing to qualified service personnel under the following conditions:
a. When the power-supply cord or plug is damaged,
b. If liquid has been spilled, or objects have fallen into the product,
c. If the product has been exposed to rain or water,
d. If the product does not operate normally by following the operating instructions.
e. If the product has been dropped or damaged in any way, and
f. When the product exhibits a distinct change in performance—this indicates a need for
service.
16. Safety Check—Upon completion of any service or repairs to this product, ask the
service technician to perform safety checks to determine that the product is in proper
operating condition.
17. Mounting—The product should be mounted to a rack, wall or shelf only as
recommended by the manufacturer.
18. Heat—The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat
registers, stoves, or other products (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

EQUIPMENT CABINET INSTALLATION
The Sagrad equipment box contains the transmitters, antenna, power supply, rack
mounting hardware and wall mounting hardware.
Find a space that the cabinet will fit in/on near the A/V equipment that will be connected
to the transmitters.
The cabinet is 17 1/4” wide x 3 1/2” high x 10” deep.
CABINET MOUNT INSTALLATION
Step #1: Install rack mounted brackets on the two sides of the transmitter box
with the screws provided.
Step #2: Install the transmitter box into the communication rack and fasten
down with proper size screws (screws not provided) that fit your
communication rack.
CABLE INSTALLATION
There are up to ten (10) cables that need to be connected into the equipment in the
cabinet.
Step #1. Connect the audio input of the transmitters at the back of the
transmitter to the audio source selected using an RCA cables. Note
that the RCA cable are already labeled with the transmitter to be
used (Transmitter 1 – 8)
Step #2. Connect the supplied (9VDC converter) AC power cord to a
grounded AC outlet.
Step #3. Connect supplied Antenna to transmitter box.
CONNECTING AUDIO SOURCES TO TRANSMITTERS
Step #1: Connect one end of the 6’ RCA labeled audio cable provided to the
left/mono audio output” connection located on the back of the
DirecTV receiver.
Step #2: The other end of the 6’ RCA audio cable should be connected to
the “audio input” connection on the rear of the product.

CENTRAL TRANSMITTING ANTENNA INSTALLATION
Step #1: Run the 22’ coaxial antenna to the predetermined locations within
the establishment. A standard 8’ step ladder, staple gun for coax
and six 4” zip ties will be required. This antenna will already be
connected to the transmitter.
Step #2: Mount the last 80” of the 22’ coaxial antenna horizontally. This is the
part that transmits the signal. Keep clear of AC power line,
fluorescent lights, NEON lights and other devices that may transmit
electrical noise. (Walls ceilings and other obstacles that might
cause interference) The antenna will work best went installed close
to the intended receivers. The antenna should be kept away from
metal. In some cases, the antenna should be slight adjusted such
as a 45 degree bend in the last 3 feet to improve coverage. The
antenna can be attached to a wall without metal studs, or in a
common commercial drop ceiling. Special care some be take to
insure the coax cable will not be damaged over time by rubbing on
sharp surfaces.

User Section
This product needs no adjustments. Follow the installation instructions and you are ready to
operate the unit.
Below is a list of frequencies that are being used on each channel:
Channel 1 = 72.1 MHz
Channel 2 = 72.5 MHz
Channel 3 = 72.9 MHz
Channel 4 = 75.3 MHz
Channel 5 = 72.3 MHz
Channel 6 = 72.7 MHz
Channel 7 = 74.7 MHz
Channel 8 = 75.5 MHz
The following describes the front panel LED operation (see equipment front and back
picture for LED display):
1. All LEDS blink at power on to help insure all lights are operational.
2. With no audio input detected (or the input is too low) only the first green LED blinks
once per second.
3. With Normal input the LEDS blink with the input level to show activity.
4. The Red LED comes on for 0.5 seconds when the input exceeds the limiter which
indicates the input volume should be reduced for better fidelity.
5. The power LED comes on when power is applied.
6. The Fuse LED lights when the input has been over voltage (wrong power supply). If
this occurs the unit will need to be repair by a trained service technician.
7. If the unit is operating in an over temperature condition one channel at a time will be
turned off until the over temperature condition is cleared. For each channel that is
turned off the red LED for that channel will be turned on constant.
This unit has automatic volume adjustment, For custom volume adjustments please contact
the factory or authorized service provider

Limited Warranty
Sagrad Inc. (“Sagrad”) warrants this Product (including any accessories) against defects in material or workmanship as
follows:
• LABOR: For the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if this product is determined to be defective,
Sagrad will repair or replace the Product, as its option, at no charge, or pay labor charges to any Sagrad
authorized service facility. After the warranty Period, the customer is liable for all labor charges.
• PARTS: In addition, Sagrad will supply, at no charge, new or rebuilt replacements in exchange for defective
parts for the period of one (1) year. After the warranty period, the customer is liable for all parts.
• ACCESSORIES: Parts and Labor for all accessories are for the period of one (1) year.
Limitations to this limited warranty:
1. This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable.
2. This warranty shall not apply to any Product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use,
negligence, alteration or accident, or has its serial number altered or removed.
3. This warranty does not apply when the user has disregarded instructions for installation and use of the product.
4. This warranty does not apply to water or liquid damage of any kind.
5. This warranty does not apply to any defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from the use
of unauthorized replacement parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
6. This warranty does not apply to the instruction manual.

LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER
OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF SAGRAD, INC. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IF THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN
INEFFECTIVE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW
SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONEE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHSE OR SUCH LONGER PERIOD AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY
APPLICABLE LAW.
SAGRAD, INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTILA DAMAGES ARISING OUT
OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW (A) LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR (B) THE EXCLUSION OR
LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY
TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO
STATE.
