HOW TO USE
Setting the temperature
1. Plug in the Wine Cellar.
2. The temperature of the cellar is controlled by the temperature up (p)
and temperature down (q) buttons. Press either of their buttons to
increase or decrease the preferred temperature in increments of one
degree. The temperature can be set anywhere between 7°C to 18°C
(45°F to 64°F).
3. The temperature displayed on the control panel is always the actual interior
temperature of the wine cellar. After inputting a desired temperature setting,
the display will indicate the desired temperature then switch back to the
actual interior temperature in approximately 3 seconds.
4. The wine cellar then will work towards the desired temperature.
NOTE: The LCD background light will turn on when any of the 3 buttons are
press and turn off 1 minute after the last button is pressed.
NOTE:
The interior temperature can be set to between 7°C (45°F) and 18°C (64°F).
The wine cellar has the ability to maintain a temperature that is 18°C (32°F)
cooler than the ambient temperature. Therefore, if the ambient temperature is
higher than 36°C (97°F), the wine cellar may not be able to reach the desired
interior temperature.
Recommended temperatures:
Red wines 12 - 18°C (54 - 64°F)
Port / Sherry 10 - 14°C (50 - 57°F)
White / Rose wines 8 - 12°C (46 - 54°F)

back into the electrical outlet.
NOTE: Never use abrasive products (scouring pads, powders). They may

It is recommended that the external fan be cleaned every 6 months, as dirt, dust
and hair can build up causing the cooling system to not function as efficiently.
Use a vacuum cleaner and collect the dirt, dust and hair that may have
accumulated on the fan.
NOTE: Always unplug the unit before cleaning the fan.
Power Failure
Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect
the temperature of your appliance if you minimize the number of times the
door is opened.
NOTE: If the unit is unplugged, has lost power, or is turned off; you must wait
3 to 5 minutes before restarting the unit. If you attempt to restart before this
time delay, damage may occur and or the appliance may not start.
