CR77 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The CR77 is a true diversity UHF receiver that can be
used freestanding or mounted in any standard 19-inch
rack, making it easy to integrate into any traveling or
fixed installation audio system. It includes a pair of
tuned antennas and the synthesized PLL frequency
control circuitry keeps the signal locked and true
while LEDs monitor the true diversity operation.
The CR77 features a front panel display with large
six-segment audio level and RF level LED meters
along with a large rotary volume knob that allows
easy adjustment of audio output. The unit also houses
a line/mic output level switch and continuously
adjustable volume and squelch controls. The rear
panel features balanced XLR and unbalanced
1/4-inch outputs allowing flexible connection
options. Two CR77 receivers can even be rackmounted
together in a single-space rack adapter available
as an added accessory.
AL1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The AL1 is an all-in-one miniaturized UHF wireless
presentation transmitter with a built-in microphone.
Despite its ultra small size, the AL1 has power and
mute switches, an input level control and a two-
function LED that indicates when the transmitter
is on and transmitting signal and when the battery
needs to be changed.
The AL1 transmitter has a built-in unidirectional electret
condenser mic, which features a metal windscreen and
provides clear, crisp reproduction of speech. For enhanced
versatility, it also allows a user to plug a lavalier mic into
the standard 2.5mm mini-jack. The AL1 even provides
2.7 volts of phantom power so condenser mics can be
used if desired.
An alligator clip allows the AL1 to be mounted on a lapel,
pocket or belt. Or it can be worn around a presenter’s neck
using the convenient lanyard. Featuring the ability to operate
on one AAA battery, the AL1 will provide exceptional wireless
reception for up to 14 hours on that single battery. And since
it’s a UHF transmitter, the system is operating on a clearer
frequency band with less interference.
QL5 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a professional, miniature clip-on condenser microphone,
the QL5 lavalier is an ideal choice for close body miking
in presentation and video applications. Manufactured with
extreme care and the highest quality components, the QL5
delivers exceptionally clear and articulate vocal reproduction
thanks to its electret condenser element. Easily attached
to a necktie or jacket lapel, a maximum amount of gain-
before-feedback can be achieved as a result of the QL5’s
tight cardioid pickup pattern which also reduces background
noise. Additionally, its high SPL capability and lightweight,
low profile design make this lavalier mic an excellent choice
for a wide variety of vocal miking applications.

CR77 ARCHITECT’S & ENGINEER’S SPECIFICATIONS
The CR77 from Samson shall be a UHF true diversity wireless
audio receiver to be used with any of our Airline wireless
transmitters. The CR77 shall be a ½ rackspace receiver that can
also be used as a stand-alone receiver. The CR77 is supplied
with a 12Volt DC power supply. The CR77 shall have a front
panel level control, squelch control, power switch, antenna A
and B, and 6 segment audio and RF metering. The rear panel
of the CR77 shall have balanced XLR and ¼ inch unbalanced
outputs with mic/line level switching. The CR77 shall operate in
the 801-805mHz.
QL5 ARCHITECT’S & ENGINEER’S SPECIFICATIONS
The QL5 lavalier microphone from Samson is a high quality
condenser mic with a cardioid pickup pattern. It is fitted with
a P3 locking mini XLR connector. It is supplied with a standard
6-foot cable. It also is supplied with a tie clip and windscreen.

AL1 ARCHITECT’S & ENGINEER’S SPECIFICATIONS
The AL1 micro presentation transmitter from Samson shall be an
all in one UHF wireless transmitter with built-in electret condenser
microphone. The AL1 shall operate on a single AAA battery and
get approximately 14 hours battery life. The AL1 shall have a
1/8th inch jack for an external mic if required. Plugging into the
1/8th inch jack disconnects the internal mic. The AL1 shall have
a power switch with LED indicator, mute switch and gain control.
The AL1 shall have a rear clip to allow attaching to clothing. The
AL1 shall work in the 800mHz range.
