and ADPCMdecorderthatareincludedinthisdevice.Asasynthesis,YMU765MA5isequipped32FMvoicesand 32
WaveTablevoices.Since thedevice iscapableofsimultaneously generating up tosynchronouswiththeplay oftheFM
synthesizer,various sampled voicescan beusedas sound effects.
Since theplay dataofYMU765MA5areinterpretedatanytimethrough FIFO,thelength ofthedata(playing period)is
not limited,sothedevice canflexiblysupportapplication suchasincoming call melody musicdistribution service.
Thehardwaresequencerbuilt inthisdevice allowsplaying ofthe complexmusicwithoutgiving excessiveloadtothe
CPUoftheportabletelephones.Moreover,theregistersoftheFMsynthesizercan beoperated directlyfor real time

MV317S.Ithas26 bit address lines,HA[1~26].CS_NAND and NCSRAMsignalsischipselect.Wrting process,
HWR_Nislowand it enableswriting process toflashmemoryand SRAM.During reading process,HRD_Nislowand
it enablesreading process toflashmemoryand SRAM.EachchipselectsignalsintheOM6357_7 selectmemoryamong
2flashmemoryand SCRAM.Reading orwriting procedureisprocessedafterHWR_NorHRD_Nisenabled.Memories
usereset,whichisVDD3 delayfromPCF50601.HA[25]signalenableslowerbyteofSRAMand HA[26]signalenables
