The machine cannot be used in bursting setting.
The machine cannot be used in natural setting.
Do not leave the machinery exposed to atmospherical agents which do not fit into protection degree of
the installed component.
The production discards (rubber - iron - etc.) are assimilable to the solid urban wastes and can be disposed of
without difficulty. In case the machine is installed in countries where particular rules are in force, the production
discards are to be disposed of according to the local running rules.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE
These strong. user-friendly, easily maintained machines are designed to cut hydraulic hoses up to a maximum
Ø of 2”. The blade, fully enclosed in the metal structure, is in special steel with an usual profile allowing clean, rapid
cutting. The pedal control leaves the operator’s hands free. A large door on the rear of the machine simplifies
routine cleaning, while there is a fume exhauster connection on the side.
Briefly, the machine consists of:
Metal cabinet supporting the cutting device.
Working until consisting of a hose cutting blade.
Drive until consisting of an electric motor.
Safety systems protecting against the risks involved in the process.
