Step 1: Remove food from unit, turn off, unplug and allow unit to cool.
Step 2: Remove side glass from both sides; remove rear doors, rear door plastic guide strips, rear cover

Step 3: Remove side post covers, bottom hot plate, and bottom hot plate support (hot plate support won’t be used again).
Remove the u-shaped part that held the bottom plastic door slide.
Step 4: Peel off existing heaters, install the 1231472 foil heaters with heater cables to the rear of the HFDH as shown.

mounting screws, pull out
controller, and remove “Bot Left”
and “Bot Right” connectors

Reassemble by reversing steps 1, 2, and 3. Plug in and turn on unit. Confirm all lights and heaters operate. Once unit is
up to temperature, restock with food.

Cut 5 inch wide pieces of 1226183
insulation and place here
1226183 (already in unit)
Step 8: Install hot plate with
heaters (assembled in Step 4).
