EasyVox
VOICE RECOGNITION
HANDS FREE
CAR KIT
Thank you for purchasing the Sanji EasyVOX
hands free car kit system. The EasyVOX employs
advanced voice recognition technology that
enables you to drive safely and conveniently
while keeping your eyes on the road and
your hands on the steering wheel. EasyVOX
provides voice activated dialing for up to
40 names and as an added user benefit
allows voice memo recording.
Activation
EasyVOX is activated via two buttons. Each button
activates two different functions. This is done by
pressing the button momentarily or pressing for a
longer Period of time.
Call short press on the green button
Record Long press on the green button
Cancel short press on the red button
Options long press on the red button
Voice activated dialing
To dial press the Green Button (short) EasyVOX will
announce: "Please say name". After the announcement
say one of the names from the list of names that had
been trained. EasyVOX will dial the number automatically.
Note: It is recommended to reduce background noise,
especially background speech, including muting the radio.
Redial
To redial the last dialed number press the Green Button
twice (two short presses on the green button). EasyVOX
will announce "Redial" and will dial the number
automatically.

Receiving a call
To receive a call press the Green Button when the
phone is ringing (short press on the green button).
Note: For networks that support call waiting, pressing
the Green Button (short) will switch between calls.
Voice Memo
To record a voice memo press the Green Button long.
EasyVOX will announce: "Recording a memo, talk after
the beep. To stop recording press the Red Button".
Start talking after the prompt and the beep. To stop
recording press the Red Button (short). Memos are
limited to 60 seconds each.
To record the far-end during a telephone conversation
press the Green Button long. EasyVOX will announce to
the caller: "Recording". EasyVOX will record what the
far-end says. To stop recording press the Red Button
(short). End of recording does not end the telephone
conversation. Hands-Free records the far-end only.
During the recording the person at the far-end can not
hear the driver.
Adding a new name
To add a new name press the Red Button long. EasyVOX
will announce: "To add a new name press two". Press key
number '2' and follow the instructions. EasyVOX will
request to repeat the name twice. After confirming the
name, EasyVOX will request to enter a telephone number
and press the '#' (pound) key.
Important:
It is advised to add a new name while the vehicle is
parked. Reduce background noise by closing windows and
turning the radio off. Make sure that the names are not
similar.
Notes:
While adding a new name, EasyVOX will verify that the
two repetitions of the name are similar. If there is a
large difference between the two repetitions EasyVOX
will ask the driver to add the name again. EasyVOX will
compare any new name to all existing names in the list
of names. It will notify the driver if the new name is
similar to an existing name in the list and will ask to
add the name again in a different way
Listing names
To list all names press the Red Button long. EasyVOX
will announce: "To list name press one". Press key
number '1'. EasyVOX will read all names.To stop listing
names press the Red Button (short).
Quick Access:
You can list names by pressing the Red Button long and
then press the Green Button (short).
Ending a telephone conversation.
To end a call press the Red Button (short).
Deleting names
To delete a name press the Red Button long. EasyVOX
will announce: "To delete a name press four". Press key
number '4'. EasyVOX will announce: "When you reach the
name you want to delete press '7', for the next name
press '3', to exit press the Red button" and then will
read all names one after the other. When reaching the
name to delete press '7' . EasyVOX will announce the

name and the number to be deleted and ask the driver
to confirm by pressing key number '9'. Confirm delete by
pressing key number '9'.
Note: For the next name the driver can press '3'.
Memo playback
To playback memos press the Red Button long. EasyVOX
will announce "To playback memos press '3 ”. Press key
number '3'. EASYvox will playback all recorded memos
one after the other. After each memo playback
EasyVOX will announce "To repeat press '1', for the next
memo press '3', to delete press '7', to exit press the Red
button (short)".
Quick Access:
You can enter memo playback by pressing the Red Button
long and then pressing the Green Button long. EasyVOX
will skip to the next message each time that the Green
Button is pressed (short).

Deleting memos
To delete a memo press key number '3' during or after
memo playback. EasyVOX will announce: "Delete memo. To
confirm press '9'". Confirm delete by pressing key number
'9'.
Selecting a Language
To select a language press both the Red and the Green
Buttons long (Simultaneously long press on both). The
car kit will play a double beep. After the double beep
press on the Green Button long. (Note: if the Green
button is not pressed the car kit will exit automatically
to standby after 5 seconds). The car kit will announce
the languages one after the other and then exit to
standby. To select a language press the Green Button
(short). The car kit will announce "Language Saved" in
the appropriate language. The car kit will automatically
go to standby mode. To exit press the Red Button (short).
Changing Computer Voice Volume
The following method enables to adjust the computer
voice volume of the car kit. To change volume press both
the Red and the Green Buttons long (Simultaneously
long press on both). The car kit will play a double beep.
After the double beep press the Green Button (short).
(Note: if the Green button is not pressed the car kit will
exit automatically to standby after 5 seconds). The car
kit will announce a prompt: "Add a new name while
parked... Etc etc” To increase volume press long on the
Green Button during the voice prompt. To decrease
volume press long on the Red Button during the voice
prompt. The car kit will repeat the cvoice prompt each
time the volume is changed. To exit press the Red
Button (short).
Additional Issues
1. Cancel. Pressing the Red Button (short press on the
red button) will terminate any action.
2. "Ready Tone" & "Ready LED”
After the mobile phone is inserted into the cradle of the
car kit Hands-Free will play a Ready Tone (double beep)
and the LEDs in the button unit will be illuminated.
3. "Disconnect Tone” After the mobile phone is
disconnected from the car kit EasyVOX will sound a
"Disconnect Tone" (long beep) and turn off the LED in
the button unit.

Microphone
The EasyVOX microphone has been specifically designed
to reduce noise within the vehicle. Generally it is
recommended to close windows and sunroof’s when
using the car kit. Make certain that air flow is not
directed at any part of the microphone by adjusting the
air vent louver.
Cradle
The EasyVOX cradle has a vertical movement hinged clip
that secures the cell phone into the cradle The phone
is inserted into the cradle by inserting it base first.
Then push top section towards the cradle and the
antenna connection will make and the hinged clip will
move down and clip the phone into position, To remove
the phone lift the hinged clip then the phone will be
released.
