guarantee and is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship
for the period of 90 days. Warranty commences from date of
purchase. Proof of purchase is required and the product must be
returned to the place purchased. Santevia Water Systems will
repair or replace, at its option, any defective parts covered by the
warranty. Shipping and handling are not included in the warranty.
Your retailer will advise you on whether the defective item needs to
be returned to Santevia Water Systems for failure analysis.

accidents, acts of God, or minor scratches or imperfections that do
not materially impair the operations of the product. The warranties
also do not cover products that are not installed as outlined in the
applicable product owner’s manual. Santevia Water Systems does
not assume any liability for personal injury or property damages
caused by the use or misuse of its products. All Santevia water
products must be used with potable, biologically safe water.
Santevia Water Systems shall not in any event be liable for special,
incidental, indirect or consequential damages. Santevia Water
Systems’ liability shall, in all instances, be limited to replacement of
the defective product or part and this liability will terminate upon
the expiration of the applicable warranty period.
