(1)Preparations
1)Compactdiscplayersincorporateagreatmany
ICsaswell asthe pickup (laserdiode).These
componentsaresensitiveto,and easilyaffectedby
staticelectricity.If suchstaticelectricityishigh
voltage, componentscanbedamaged, andforthat
reasoncomponentsshouldbehandledwithcare.
2)Thepickupiscomposedofmanyoptical
componentsandotherhigh-precisioncomponents.
Caremustbetaken,therefore,toavoidrepairof
storage wherethe temperatureorhumidityishigh,
wherestrong magnetismispresent,orwhere
thereisexcessivedust.
(2)Notes forrepair
1)Beforereplacingacomponent part, first disconnect
thepowersupplyleadwirefromtheunit.
2)All equipment,measuringinstrumentsandtools
must begrounded.
3)The workbenchshould be coveredwitha
conductivesheet andgrounded.
Whentaking the laserpickup outofitsconductive
bag,do notplacethe pickup onthe bag.(Thisis
becausethereisthe possibilityofdamageby
staticelectricity.)
4)Topreventelectriccurrentleakage,the metalpart
of the soldering ironshould be grounded.
5)Workersshould be grounded byan armband
(1M ).
6)Careshould betakennottopermitthe laserpickup
tocomein contactwithclothing,in ordertoprevent
staticelectricitychangesin the clothing from
escaping fromthe armband.
7)The laserbeamfromthe pickupshouldNEVERbe
directlyfacing the eyesorbareskin.
