der Lackierpistole sind zu beachten und einzuhalten (z. B. die deutschen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften BGR 500 (BGV D25) und BGV D24 des
Hauptverbandes der gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften usw.).

safety, workplace and worker health protection regulations of the respective country or area/district in which the system/the spray gun is used are to be
respected in any case (e.g. the German Rules for the Prevention of Accidents BGR 500 (BGV D25) and BGV D24 issued by the Central Office of the
Professional Trade Associations, etc.).

1. Funktionsbeschreibung
Der SATA Atemlufterwärmer dient zum Erwärmen
der aufbereiteten Atemluft bei SATA-Halbmaseken-
Atemschutz-Set CE und bei SATA-Atemschutz-
abcde

Set CE vision 200, da bei vielen Betriebsfällen die
Atemluft zu kalt ist. Die SATA-Atemlufterwärmer
werden zwischen den SATA-Aktivkohle-Adsorber
und die Atemluftleitung eingekuppelt. Die in den
SATA-Atemlufterwärmer eintretende Atemluft wird
in Rotation versetzt, umgelenkt und in einen Warm-
und einen Kaltluftstrom aufgeteilt. Die erwärmte Luft
wird der Maske zugeführt, und die abgekühlte Luft
strömt über den Schalldämpfer ins Freie. Deshalb
ist keine Fremdenergie z.B. Elektroheizung etc. zur
Erwärmung der Atemluft notwendig.
2. Inbetriebnahme
Allgemeines
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme sind die Anschlüsse auf
Fremdkörper zu überprüfen.
Der SATA Atemlufterwärmer wird einfach zwischen
den am Beckengurt getragenen SATA-Aktivkohle-
Adsorber und den zum SATA-Halbmasken-
Atemschutz-Set CE bzw. SATA-Atemschutz-Set
CE vision 2000 abzweigenden Atemluftschlauch
zwischengekuppelt und ist sofort betriebsbereit.
Die volle Erwärmungsleistung wird in Abhängigkeit
von der Eintrittstemperatur der Atemluft nach ca. 2
bis 5 Minuten erreicht. Die Kunststoffableitkappe
am Schalldämpfer ist so zu drehen, dass die kalte
Abluft vom Körper wegströmt. Am Regulierventil (4)
kann die Erwärmungsleistung stufenlos reguliert
werden.
Bedingt durch den Strömungswiderstand im
Erwärmer zeigt die Luftvolumenstromanzeige
(7) an der Gurteinheit falsche Werte an. Durch
Vertauschung der Luftvolumenstromanzeige (7)
und der Verschlussschraube (5) zeigt diese das
richtige Luftvolumen wieder an.
3. Wartung
Da der SATA Atemlufterwärmer keine bewegli-
chen Teile hat, arbeitet er völlig wartungsfrei. Eine
Demontage ist nicht möglich. Lediglich die in der
Ersatzteilliste aufgeführten Teile sind austauschbar.
Eventuell anfallende Reparaturen sind nur im Werk
möglich.
Gerät niemals in Verdünnung legen oder mit
Reinigungs- oder Lösemittel behandeln !

can now be coupled to the

vision 2000 (CE), as in many cases the breathing
air is rather cold. The SATA breathing air warmer
is plugged between the SATA activated charcoal
adsorber and the breathing air line. The breathing
air entering into the SATA breathing air warmer
starts rotating, is then deviated and split into a
warm and a cold air stream. The warmed air is
fed to the mask, and the cold air streams outside
through the silencer. Therefore, no external energy,
such as electric heating etc., is necessary for warm-
ing the breathing air.
2. Putting into Operation
General Points
Prior to putting the unit into operation check all con-
nections for foreign objects.
The SATA breathing air warmer is simply plugged
between the SATA activated charcoal adsorber
worn at the belt and the breathing air hose lead-
ing to the SATA half mask respirator (CE) resp.
SATA full face respirator vision 2000 (CE), and is
immediately ready for use. Depending on the initial
temperature of the entering air, full warming power
is reached after 2 - 5 minutes. The plastic air dis-
charge cap at the silencer is to be turned in a way
that the cold exhaust air is directed away from the
body. At the regulation valve (4), infinitely variable
adjustment of the warming performance is effected.
Due to the flow resistance inside the air warmer,
the air flow indicator (7) at the belt unit will display
an incorrect result. By exchanging air flow indica-
tor (7) and closing screw (5), the correct air flow
is indicated.
3. Servicing
As the SATA breathing air warmer does not con-
tain any moving parts, it is entirely service free.
Dismantling is not possible. Only parts listed in the
spare parts list are replaceable. Necessary repair
work can only be effected by the manufacturer.
Never immerse the unit into thinner or treat with
cleaning fluids or solvents !

Attention : Avec les pistolets à consommation
d'air plus élevée, la pression doit être augmen-
tée.
1. Description de la fonction
Le réchauffeur d'air de respiration SATA sert à
réchauffer l'air purifié à être amené aux ensembles
de protection respiratoire SATA à demi-masque
(CE) et à cagoule vision 2000 (CE), car dans
beaucoup de cas l'air de respiration est trop froid.
Le réchauffeur d'air de respiration SATA se branche
entre le filtre à charbon actif SATA à la ceinture et
le tuyau d'air de respiration. L'air entrant dans le
réchauffeur d'air de respiration SATA commence
à tourner, est renversé ensuite et séparé dans un
courant chaud et froid. L'air réchauffé est amené
au masque, et l'air froid sort en dehors par le silen-
cieux. Ainsi, aucune énergie extérieure, comme par
ex. un chauffage électrique etc., n'est nécessaire
pour éechauffer l'air de respiration.
2. Mise en service
Points généraux
Avant de mettre le système en service vérifier tous
les raccords pour des corps étrangers.
Le réchauffeur d'air de respiration SATA se branche
simplement entre le filtre à charbon actif SATA porté
à la ceinture et le tuyau d'air de respiration envers
l'ensemble de protection respiratoire SATA à demi-
masque (CE) resp. à cagoule vision 2000 (CE),
et est immédiatement prêt à l'utilisation. Selon la
température de l'air entrant, pleine puissance de
réchauffement est obtenue après 2 - 5 minutes.
Tourner le chapeau en plastique de décharge
d'air au silencieux de manière que l'air froid sor-
tant s'éloigne du corps. A la valve de réglage (4)
s'effectue le réglage continu de la puissance de
chauffage.
A cause de la résistance d'écoulement pneuma-
tique à l'intérieur du réchauffeur d'air, l'indicateur
du flux d'air (7) à la ceinture montrera un résultat
incorrect. Par l'échange de l'indicateur du flux d'air
(7) et de la vis de fermeture (5), est ensuite indiqué
le flux d'air correct.
3. Entretien
Comme le réchauffeur d’air de respiration SATA
ne contient pas de composants mouvants, il n’a
point besoin d’entretien. Il n’est pas possible de
le démonter. Uniquement les composants figurant
dans la liste de pièces de rechange sont rempla-
çables. Du travail de réparation nécessaire pourra
être effectué exclusivement par le fabricant.
Ne jamais tremper l’unité dans du diluant ni
traiter avec des fluides de nettoyage ou des
solvants !

Remplacement du mano-

Desserrer le manomètre à
l’aide de la clé universelle et
enlever ensuite.
Détacher et enlever la vis de
fermeture [5] à l'aide de la

Mettre un peu de Loctite 242
sur la vis de fermeture [5]
et visser-la dans le fourreau
du filtre à charbon actif, à la
place du manomètre [7].
Mettre un peu de Loctite
242 sur le filetage du mano-
mètre [7] et visser-le dans le
réchauffeur d'air de respira-
tion, à la place de la vis de
fermeture [5].
Maintenant, brancher le
réchauffeur d'air de respira-
tion au filtre à charbon actif.
Brancher les tuyaux.

1. Popis funkce
Ohřívač vdechovaného vzduchu SATA slouží k
zahřátíupravenéhovdechovanéhovzduchuusou-
pravy na ochranu dýchacích cest s polomaskou
SATACEasoupravy naochranu dýchacíchcest
SATA CE vision 200, neboť vdechovaný vzduch
je v mnoha provozních případech příliš chlad-
ný. Ohřívače vdechovaného vzduchu SATA jsou
zapojoványmeziadsorbérsaktivnímuhlímSATA
avedením vdechovaného vzduchu. Vzduch,vstu-
pující do ohřívače vdechovaného vzduchu SATA,
seroztočí,přesměrujea rozdělí na proud teplého
a chladného vzduchu. Zahřátý vzduch se přivádí
do masky, ochlazený vzduch proudí přes tlumič
hlukuven.Protoneníkohřátívdechovanéhovzdu-
chu zapotřebí žádná cizí energie, např. elektrické
vytápěníatd.
2. Uvedení do provozu

Ohřívač vdechovaného vzduchu SATA se jed-
noduše připojí mezi adsorbér s aktivním uhlím
SATA, který se nosí na bokovém pásu, a hadici
vdechovaného vzduchu, odbočující k soupravě
na ochranu dýchacích cest s polomaskou SATA
CE, resp. soupravě na ochranu dýchacích cest
SATACEvision2000,ajeihnedprovozuschopný.
Plnéhozahřívacíhovýkonudosahujevzávislostina
vstupníteplotěvdechovanéhovzduchupocca2až
5minutách.Plastovévíčko proodváděnívzduchu
je třeba otočit tak, aby chladný odpadní vzduch
proudilodtěla.Ohřívacívýkonlzeplynuleregulovat
pomocíregulačníhoventilu(4).
V důsledku průtočného odporu v ohřívači zobra-
zuje indikace objemového proudu vzduchu (7) na
popruhovéjednotcenesprávnéhodnoty.Záměnou
indikaceobjemovéhoprouduvzduchu(7)auzaví-
racího šroubu (5) bude opět zobrazovat správný
objemvzduchu.
3. Údržba
OhřívačvdechovanéhovzduchuSATAnemápohy-
blivé části, a proto pracuje zcela bezúdržbově.
Demontáž není možná. Lze vyměnit pouze díly,
které jsou uvedeny v seznamu náhradních dílů.
Případnéopravyjsoumožnéjenvtovárně.
Přístroj nenamáčejte do ředidla, ani jej neošet-
řujte čisticími prostředky nebo rozpouštědly.

Garantiebedingungen
Für derartige Geräte leisten wir eine Garantie von 12 Monaten, die mit dem Tage des Verkaufs an den Endabnehmer beginnt.
Die Garantie erstreckt sich auf den Materialwert von Teilen mit Fabrikations- und Materialfehlern, die sich innerhalb der Garantiezeit herausstellen. Ausgeschlossen
sind Schäden, die durch ungeeignete oder unsachgemäße Verwendung, die fehlerhafte Montage, bzw. Inbetriebsetzung durch den Käufer oder durch Dritte, natürliche
Abnutzung, fehlerhafte Behandlung oder Wartung, ungeeignete Spritzmaterialien, Austauschwerkstoffe und chemische wie Laugen und Säuren, elektrochemische oder
elektrische Einflüsse entstehen, sofern die Schäden nicht auf ein Verschulden von uns zurückzuführen sind. Schmirgelnde Spritzmaterialien, wie z.B. Bleimennige,
Dispersionen, Glasuren, flüssige Schmirgel o.ä. verringern die Lebensdauer von Ventilen, Packungen, Pistole und Düse. Hierauf zurückzuführende Verschleißerschei-
nungen sind durch diese Garantie nicht gedeckt. Das Gerät ist unverzüglich nach Empfang zu kontrollieren. Offensichtliche Mängel sind bei Vermeidung des Verlustes
der Mängelrechte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Empfang des Gerätes der Lieferfirma oder uns schriftlich mitzuteilen. Weitergehende Ansprüche jeglicher Art, insbe-
sondere auf Schadenersatz, sind ausgeschlossen. Das gilt auch für Schäden, die bei Beratung, Einarbeitung und Vorführung entstehen. Wünscht der Käufer sofortige
Reparatur oder Ersatz, bevor festgestellt ist, ob von uns eine Ersatzpflicht besteht, so erfolgt die Ersatzlieferung oder Reparatur gegen Berechnung und Bezahlung des
jeweiligen Tagespreises. Stellt sich bei der Überprüfung der Mängelrüge heraus, dass ein Garantieanspruch besteht, erhält der Käufer für die berechnete Reparatur
oder Ersatzlieferung eine Gutschrift entsprechend der Garantieleistung. Teile, für die Ersatz geliefert wurde, gehen in unser Eigentum über. Mängelrügen oder sonstige
Beanstandungen berechtigen den Käufer bzw. Auftraggeber nicht, die Bezahlung zu verweigern oder zu verzögern. Versand des Gerätes hat an uns spesenfrei zu
erfolgen. Montagekosten (Arbeitszeit- und Fahrtkosten) sowie Fracht- und Verpackungsspesen können wir nicht übernehmen. Hier gelten unsere Montagebedingun-
gen. Garantieleistungen bewirken keine Verlängerung der Garantiezeit. Die Garantie erlischt bei Fremdeingriffen.

Waranty conditions
During the period of twelve months from the date of original purchase SATA will repair or replace the product without charge for parts or labour subject to the following
conditions.
The warranty covers the value for production parts or defects in material during the warranty period. The warranty does not include damages caused by improper han-
dling, normal wear and tear, mechanical damages, faulty assembly, improper maintenance, unusual spray materials, substitute materials, chemicals such as alkaline
solutions and acids, electro-chemical or electric influences, as far as this damage is not the result of any error committed by us. Abrasive spray material such as red
lead and liquid grinding material etc. reduce the lifetime of valves, packings, guns and nozzles. Wear and tear damage caused by this are not covered in this warranty.
Units should be inspected upon delivery by the consumer. Obvious damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the unit to the supplier to avoid loss of the
right to claim notice of defects. Additional claims such as compensation are excluded. This refers as well to damages caused during meetings, training sessions, or
demonstrations. Should the consumer require immediate repair or replacement before a determination of whether the affected unit is covered by the warranty, the repair
or the replacement will be made and charged at the current prices. If it is determind that the item is covered by the warranty, a credit will be issued for the repair or
replacement. Replaced parts become the property of SATA or their distributor. Notice of defects or other claims do not entitle the consumer to delay or refuse payment.
Returned merchandise to SATA must be sent prepaid. All service charges, freight and handling charges are to be paid by the consumer. The charges made will be in
accordance with the currently existing pricing. Suretyships may not prolong the warranty period. This warranty terminates upon unauthorized inference.

or other countries. The names of companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

maniement, l'utilisation de matière impropre, de matière de substitution et influence chimique (lessives alcalines ou acides), électro-chimique ou électrique, ceci pour
autant que les dégâts ne nous soient pas imputables. Des matières abrasives projetées lors du polissage, ainsi que des matières comprenant un minimum de plomb,
dispersion, glaçure, émeri liquide ou similaires écourtent la durée de vie des valves, joints, pistolets et buses. L'apparition d'usure conséquente n'est pas couverte par
cette garantie. L'appareil est à examiner immédiatement après réception. Un défaut flagrant est à nous signaler, ou au fournisseur, par écrit dans les 14 jours après
réception de l'appareil, afin d'eviter de perdre le droit à la garantie. D'autres revendications de tous ordres, celles, en particulier, faisant appel à la restitution de la contre-
partie des dégâts, sont exclues. Cela est également valable pour les détériorations survenues lors de l'examen, de l'apprentissage du maniement ou de la présentation
du matériel. Si l'acheteur souhaite une réparation ou un échange immédiat avant notre accord de prise en charge des frais, il s'ensuit une réparation ou un échange
contre facturation et paiement au prix du jour en vigueur. Si, après examen de la réclamation, il ressort un droit de garantie, l'acheteur recreva un avoir correspondant
au montant de la réparation ou du remplacement de l'appareil. Des pièces remplacées deviennent notre propriété. Des plaintes ou d'autres réclamations ne justifient
pas un retard de paiement de la part de l'acheteur. L'envoi de l'appareil à notre usine doit s'effectuer franco. Les frais de montage (transport et main d'œuvre) ainsi
que les frais de transport et d'emballage ne peuvent pas être pris en charge par SATA. Nos conditions de montage sont valables. Une utilisation du droit de garantie
n'entraine pas un prolongement de la durée de celle-ci. La garantie est annulée lors d'une intervention étrangère.
