the important first step in your daily skin care ritual. HydraSonic is a professional-
caliber brush that uses a gentle sonic micro-massage action to cleanse deeply.
HydraSonic gently cleans pores without harsh abrasion or chemicals, cleansing so
effectively that skin care products are absorbed better.

Assembly
1. Remove HydraSonic device from box.
2. Place charging cradle on a sturdy and
level, flat surface.
3. Attach power cord to socket found at
the back of the unit.
4. Plug adapter into surge-protected outlet.
5. Prior to the first use, charge the
HydraSonic handle for 24 hours. Place
the HydraSonic unit in the charging
cradle as shown. After about 1 second,
the charging light will light up RED
showing it’s charging. If the light does not
illuminate, turn the unit around in the
charging cradle.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Attach desired brush head to handle of HydraSonic.
- If you wear makeup, remove eye makeup by hand.
- Wet your skin and the brush head with warm water.
- Liberally apply cleanser* to your skin following the 6 steps indicated on the LCD
indicator on page 5, at 15-second intervals.
- Push the On/Off button to turn your HydraSonic on.
- The unit will start at high speed.
- Tap button once to switch to low speed.
- Tap button again to pause. If no button is pressed, the unit will shut off after 2
minutes.
- Tap button again to return to high speed
- Tap and hold for 1 second to turn off.
- Gently place brush on skin and begin treatment.
- Gently move the brush using a small, circular motion beginning at the upper neck,
working side to side, moving upward towardthe forehead.
- Do not press too hard – a gentle touch is all that is needed to clean skin effectively.
* Do not use HydraSonic Professional Dermal Cleansing Technology System with
any lactic or glycolic acids or coarse or rough exfoliants.
IMPORTANT CAUTIONS AND
WARNINgS
We recommend that you do not share brush heads. We recommend that you
start cleansing with Satin Smooth Facial Renewal Cream Cleanser. Do not use
the HydraSonic with cleansers containing jagged exfoliating particles such as shells.
HydraSonic brushes may be used with soft, rounded exfoliating particles. Using the
HydraSonic to remove makeup may stain the bristles, but will not affect performance.
If discoloration occurs, clean the brush head with soap and water.
The handle and the charging cradle have no serviceable parts. If the cord is damaged,

HydraSonic is state-of-the-art technology at its best. It provides a deep sonic
cleaning of 300 movements per second of oscillating frequency, two speeds – HI and
LOW- and an LCD screen that provides a step-by-step guide to facial cleansing.The
rechargeable electric handle gives a minimum of one hour of usage time, and the
three assorted removable brush heads are easy to clean and/or change.
HydraSonic cleansing allows an effective and thorough cleaning of your skin,
removing makeup, dirt, grit and grime. It improves dry patches, blemished skin,
and large pores, and can improve skin tone and help diminish the appearance of
wrinkles.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
Can HydraSonic be used in the shower?
Your HydraSonic is waterproof and can be used in the shower. As with any
electrical device, do not bring or use the charging cradle in the shower or bath.
Can HydraSonic be used on other parts of the body?
HydraSonic is easy to use and effective on all parts of the body. Its 90-second
cleansing cycle with 15-second intervals allows you to clean a 6 x 6” square area
on all body parts. Use it on your back, décolleté, chest, shoulders, arms, hands –
anywhere you want cleaner, softer-looking skin.
What type of brushes should I use on my skin?
HydraSonic comes with 3 types of brushes to
customize your skin care needs: sensitive brush for
delicate or sensitive areas such as your face and
décolleté, normal brush for a more aggressive cleaning
experience, and body brush for all areas below the
chest. Consult your skin care professional.
Can I use the HydraSonic Professional Dermal Cleansing Technology
System if I have acne or other skin conditions?
If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin condition, or if you have or think you
may have a skin condition, consult your physician. Do not use the HydraSonic
Professional Dermal Cleansing Technology System if you:

•haverednessorsunburnduetosunexposure

*People suffering from seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea and complicated acne should
consult with their dermatologist before using HydraSonic. Our sonic skin cleansing
system is gentle enough for all normal, dry or oily skin types, from teens to seniors.
Ask your dermatologist if HydraSonic is right for your skin.
How often should I charge my HydraSonic unit?
When HydraSonic power is low, red light will begin to blink.This indicator allows you
to still have 3 more cycles of cleaning.When light goes on, place unit on cradle for
charging. See “Charging” on page 8.
How often should I replace the brush head?
We recommend replacing your brush head every 3 months. See “Brush Heads”
on page 7.

How long does it take to charge?
Allow 14 to 18 hours for a full charge.A full battery charge lasts for over 60 minutes
of use, which is approximately 35 treatments a day when performing services or 30
days when using it twice a day. See “Charging” on page 8.
How should I use Satin Smooth Facial Renewal Cream
Cleanser AHA + Vitamin C with the HydraSonic unit?
Gently moisten face with water, dab a little Facial Renewal Cream
Cleanser AHA Vitamin C on each part of the face and begin cleaning
with your HydraSonic, using the 6-section intervals on the face area.
The cleanser is gentle, rich and creamy, ideal for normal to sensitive
skin. It will remove impurities deep within the pores, leaving skin
hydrated and glowing.
When should I use the Satin Smooth Day/Night Moisturizer
Axp33 + Vitamin C?
This highly enriched formula is packed with nutrients and protein to
help brighten, repair and diminish the appearance of fine lines and
wrinkles. It’s an all-day and night moisturizer that will protect your
skin. After cleansing your skin, pat dry and generously apply Day/Night
Moisturizer Axp33 + Vitamin C to all areas of your neck and face. Skin
will feel and look noticeably smoother.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
To keep your HydraSonic in optimum condition, care for it as follows:
Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals to clean any part of the HydraSonic.
Do not put any part of the HydraSonic in a dishwasher.
HANDLE
Once a week, remove the brush head and wash the handle using warm soapy water
or a sanitizing wipe to remove any residue buildup.The handle is sealed and fully
waterproof. Never attempt to open the brush handle for any reason.
INFREQUENT USE: The HydraSonic handle needs to be charged occa-
sionally. If you rarely use the handle, place it on the charger every 3 months to
maintain its charging capability. We recommend that you keep the handle in the
charging cradle when not in use. Secure the cord with a twist tie.
CHARGING CRADLE
IMPORTANT: Unplug the charging cradle before you clean it. After unplugging
the cradle, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth or sanitizing wipe. Do not immerse
the charging cradle in water.
BRUSH HEADS
SALON USE: Use dishwashing soap to thoroughly clean brush head after each
use. Rinse completely and immerse in salon-approved disinfecting solution for the
minimum amount of time recommended by the solution manufacturer. Rinse
thoroughly. Wipe down the HydraSonic unit with a disinfecting wipe. It is recom-
mended to discard and replace used brush head after 60 treatments.
HOME USE: Use dishwashing soap to thoroughly clean brush head after each use.
For hygienic reasons, Satin Smooth highly recommends not sharing your brushes
with another individual.
We recommend that the HydraSonic brush head be replaced every 3 months as
the bristles become fatigued and less effective over time.
To remove the brush head:
1. Hold the rim, then pull off.
2.To attach the brush, hold the brush by the rim and press over mounting post until
it firmly snaps into place.
CHARgINg
Your kit includes a charging cradle to hold and charge the brush handle. Place your
HydraSonic in its charging cradle overnight to recharge it. Allow 14 to 18 hours
for a full charge. Once fully charged, the charging light will illuminate GREEN. A
full charge allows 60 minutes of continued use, and about 35 treatments per day
without charging the unit again.The low battery indicator begins to blink, indicating
that unit has only 3 uses left.
If your HydraSonic stops working, place it in the charger for a minimum of 5 hours.
If the issue is not resolved, please contact Customer Service.

The handle contains Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) batteries. Batteries must be

Satin Smooth will, at our option, repair or replace your HydraSonic appliance
free of charge for 24 months from the date of purchase if your unit is defective
in workmanship or materials. To obtain service under this warranty, simply call
the 1-623-872-7037 customer service line for shipping instructions. When calling
customer service for shipping instructions, please have ready your name and address,
your sales slip, the model and serial number, reason for return, date purchased and
where purchased.This information must also be included when returning the item
for repair. Please allow four to five weeks for mailing and servicing time. If malfunction
occurs beyond the warranty period, you may request an estimate of repair costs
from the Satin Smooth Service Center or any authorized service center prior to
your authorizing repairs. All components are warranted for a period of 24 months
from date of purchase. In the absence of a purchase receipt,the warranty period shall
be 24 months from the date of manufacture. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN

option of returning a nonconforming product for either repair or replacement
to the store where it was purchased or to a distributor who sells Satin Smooth
products. Satin Smooth will be responsible for the cost of the repair, replacement
and shipping and handling for such nonconforming products under warranty. If the
nonconforming product is to be serviced by someone other than the Satin Smooth
Authorized Service Center, please remind the servicer to call our Consumer Service
Center to ensure that the problem is properly diagnosed, the product serviced with

Le système HydraSonic emploie une technologie de pointe, pour des résultats
exceptionnels. Il s'agit d'un système de nettoyage de la peau "sonique" qui produit
300 micro-oscillations/seconde et utilise deux vitesses et 6 étapes, contrôlée par
un écran LCD, pour nettoyer la peau de manière efficace. La poignée rechargeable
offre un minimum d'une heure d'autonomie. Les trois brosses interchangeables sont
faciles à nettoyer et à changer.
Le système HydraSonic élimine le maquillage, les impuretés et les saletés, pour

Il est conseillé de ne pas partager les brosses. Il est conseillé de commencer le
traitement avec la crème nettoyante "radiance" pour le visage Satin Smooth. Ne
pas utiliser l'appareil avec des lotions/crèmes nettoyantes contenant des particules
exfoliantes irrégulières comme des particules de coquillage. Les brosses peuvent
s'utiliser avec des lotions/crèmes nettoyantes contenant des particules exfoliantes
arrondies et douces. Utiliser l'appareil pour enlever le maquillage peut tacher les
soies des brosses, mais n'affectera pas l'efficacité de l'appareil. En cas de décoloration
des soies, nettoyer la brosse à l'eau savonneuse.
La poignée et le socle de charge ne contiennent aucune pièces pouvant être

Le système HydraSonic peut-il s'utiliser dans la douche ?
La poignée est étanche et peut s'utiliser dans la douche. Ne pas utiliser le chargeur
dans la douche ou le bain.
Le système HydraSonic peut-il s'utiliser sur le corps ?
HydraSonic est facile à utiliser et efficace pour toutes les parties du corps. Chaque
cycle de nettoyage de 90 secondes,en 6 étapes de 15 secondes, permet de nettoyer
une zone de 15 cm x 15cm. Utilisez-le sur le dos, le décolleté, la poitrine, les
épaules, les bras, les mains – partout où vous voulez une peau plus propre et plus
douce.

MODE D'EMPLOI
- Connecter la brosse voulue à la poignée.
- Démaquiller les yeux à la main le cas échéant.
- Mouiller la peau et la brosse avec de l'eau tiède.
- Appliquer une généreuse quantité de crème nettoyante* sur la peau et suivre les 6
étapes indiquées par l'écran LCD (cf. page 16), à 15 secondes d'intervalle.
- Appuyer sur le bouton ON/OFF pour allumer l'appareil.
- L'appareil se mettra en route à vitesse rapide.
- Presser le bouton une fois pour réduire la vitesse.
- Presser encore une fois pour mettre en pause. Si vous n'appuyez sur aucun
bouton, l'appareil s'éteindra automatiquement au bout de 2 minutes.
- Presser une nouvelle fois pour remettre en marche à vitesse rapide.
- Appuyer pendant 1 seconde pour éteindre.
- Placer la brosse délicatement contre la peau et commencer le traitement.
- Déplacer doucement la brosse en petits mouvements circulaires. Commencer le
traitement en haut du cou, puis remonter vers le front, d'un côté du visage à la fois.
- Ne pas appuyer trop fort ; un toucher doux est tout ce qui est nécessaire pour
nettoyer la peau efficacement.
* Ne pas utiliser le système de nettoyage de la peau HydraSonic avec des produits

soins personnalisés : Une brosse "peaux sensibles"

nettoyage en profondeur ; et une brosse pour le corps,

Puis-je utiliser le système HydraSonic si j'ai de l'acné ou une autre
affection cutanée ?
Si vous êtes sous les soins d'un dermatologue ou si vous pensez souffrir d'une

Quand doit-on charger l'appareil ?
L'indicateur de pile faible rouge se met à clignoter lorsque la batterie est faible. La
batterie ne pourra alors permettre que 3 cycles de nettoyage. Lorsque le voyant
s'allume, placer la poignée sur le socle de charge. (cf. page 19).

Combien de temps doit-on charger l'appareil ?
Laisser charger pendant 14–18 heures pour une charge complète. Une charge
complète offre une autonomie de plus de 60 minutes, ce qui est suffisant pour
35 traitements (ou 30 jours si vous faites deux traitements par jour). (cf. page 19).
Comment utiliser la crème nettoyante "radiance" pour le visage AHA
+ Vitamine C ?
Mouiller délicatement le visage, puis appliquer la crème par petites
touches sur tout le visage. Nettoyer la peau, en suivant les 6 étapes
de nettoyage indiquées par l'écran LCD.
Cette crème nettoyante douce, riche et onctueuse est idéale pour
les peaux normales à sensibles. Elle éliminera les impuretés des
pores, laissant la peau hydratée et lumineuse.
Comment utiliser la crème hydratante jour/nuit Axp33 + vitamine C ?
Cette formule enrichie aux nutriments et aux protéines aide à
éclairer le teint, réparer la peau et réduire l'apparence des rides
et des ridules. Elle protègera la peau pendant toute la journée et
pendant la nuit. Après le nettoyage, sécher délicatement la peau et
appliquer une généreuse quantité de crème sur le cou et le visage. La
peau sera sensiblement plus lisse, à l'œil comme au toucher.

Suivre les instructions suivantes pour maintenir votre appareil en condition optimale :
Ne pas utiliser de détergents chimiques ou abrasifs pour nettoyer l'appareil.
Ne pas mettre au lave-vaisselle.
POIGNÉE
Une fois par semaine, retirer la brosse et laver la poignée à l'eau savonneuse tiède,
ou bien éliminer les résidus à l'aide d'une lingette antiseptique. La poignée est
complètement étanche. Ne pas essayer d'ouvrir ou de démonter la poignée.
UTILISATION PEU FRÉQUENTE : La poignée doit être rechargée de temps
en temps. Si vous utilisez peu l'appareil, recharger l'appareil tous les 3 mois pour

El sistema HydraSonic emplea una tecnología de punta, para resultados
excepcionales. Se trata de un sistema de limpieza del cutis "sónico" que produce 300
micro-oscilaciones por segundo y usa dos velocidades y 6 pasos, controlados por
una pantalla LCD, para limpiar eficazmente la piel. El mango recargable proporciona
una autonomía de 60 minutos o más. Los tres cabezales intercambiables son fáciles
de limpiar y de cambiar.
El sistema HydraSonic elimina el maquillaje, las impurezas y la suciedad, para limpiar
eficazmente y profundamente la piel. Mejora las zonas secas, las imperfecciones y
los poros y puede mejorar la tez y ayudar a reducir la apariencia de las arrugas y
líneas de expresión.
Ensamblaje
1. Retire el aparato de la caja.
2. Coloque la base de carga sobre una
superficie plana y segura.
3. Conecte el cable al enchufe ubicado en la
parte trasera de la base de carga.
4. Conecte el adaptador a una toma de
corriente con protección contra
sobretensión.
5. Cargue el mango durante 24 horas antes
del primer uso. Coloque el mango en la
base de carga, según se indica. Después
de un segundo, la luz de carga ROJA se
encenderá. Si la luz no se enciende, de la
vuelta al mango.

MODO DE EMPLEO
- Instale el cepillo deseado sobre el mango.
- Si usa maquillaje en los ojos, quítese el maquillaje a mano antes del tratamiento.
- Moje su piel y el cepillo con agua tibia.
- Aplique una generosa cantidad de loción limpiadora sobre la piel y siga los 6 pasos
indicados por la pantalla LCD (véase la página 28), a intervalos de 15 segundos.
- Oprima el botón ON/OFF para encender el aparato.
- El aparato se pondrá en marcha a velocidad rápida.
- Presione el botón una vez para reducir la velocidad.
- Presione el botón otra vez para hacer una pausa. Si no presiona ningún botón, el
aparato se apagará automáticamente después de 2 minutos.
- Presione el botón otra vez para volver a ponerlo en marcha a velocidad rápida.
- Mantenga el botón oprimido durante 1 segundo para apagar.
- Coloque el cepillo suavemente contra la piel y empiece el tratamiento.
- Mueva el cepillo suavemente, usando pequeños movimientos circulares. Empiece
el tratamiento arriba del cuello y suba hacia la frente, trabajando en un lado del
rostro a la vez.
- No presione mucho – un toque suave es todo lo que se requiere para limpiar la
piel eficazmente.
* No utilice el sistema HydraSonic con productos que contengan ácido láctico o
ácido glicólico, o partículas exfoliantes duras o ásperas.

¿Se puede usar el sistema HydraSonic en la ducha?
El sistema HydraSonic está a prueba de agua y se puede usar en la ducha. No utilice
la base de carga en la ducha o el baño.
¿Se puede usar el sistema HydraSonic sobre el cuerpo?
El sistema HydraSonic es fácil de usar y eficaz sobre cualquier parte del cuerpo.
Cada ciclo de limpieza de 90 segundos, que incluye 6 pasos de 15 segundos,
permite limpiar una zona de 15 cm x 15 cm. Utilícelo sobre su espalda, escote,
pecho, hombros, brazos, manos – en todos los lugares donde desea que su piel
sea más limpia y suave.

¿Cuál cepillo usar sobre mi piel?
El sistema HydraSonic incluye 3 cepillos, para un
cuidado del cutis personalizado: un cepillo para piel
sensible, para las áreas sensibles tales como el rostro y
el escote; un cepillo para piel normal, para una limpieza
más profunda; y un cepillo para el cuerpo para todas
las áreas debajo del pecho.* Consulte a su profesional
de cuidado de la piel si tiene preguntas.
¿Puedo usar el sistema HydraSonic si tengo acné u otra afección de
la piel?
Si usted está bajo el cuidado de un médico para cualquier condición dermatológica
o si usted piensa que tiene algún problema dermatológico, por favor, consulte a
su médico antes de usarlo. No utilice el sistema de limpieza de la piel profesional
HydraSonic:

¿Cuándo se debe cargar el sistema HydraSonic?
La luz de carga roja empezará a parpadear cuando la batería esté baja, indicando

¿Cuándo se deben reemplazar los cepillos?
Le aconsejamos que reemplace los cepillos cada 3 meses. Véase la información en
la página 31.
¿Cuánto tiempo se debe cargar el aparato?
Permita que el mango cargue durante 14–18 horas para una carga completa. Una
carga completa ofrece 60 minutos de autonomía, suficiente como para realizar 35
tratamientos (o durar 30 días si hace 2 tratamientos por día). Véase las instrucciones
en la página 32.
¿Cómo usar la crema limpiadora facial rejuvenecedora AHA +
vitamina C?
Humedezca suavemente la cara con agua, y luego aplique la crema
con toquecitos sobre todo el rostro. Limpie la piel siguiendo los 6
pasos indicados por la pantalla LCD.
Este limpiador suave, rico y cremoso, es ideal para las pieles
normales a sensibles. Eliminará las impurezas de los poros, dejando
la piel hidratante y luminosa.
¿Cómo usar la crema hidratante de día/noche Axp33 + Vitamina C?
Esta fórmula enriquecida con nutrientes y proteínas ayuda a iluminar
la tez, reparar y reducir la apariencia de las arrugas y líneas de
expresión. Protegerá la piel durante todo el día y la noche. Después
de la limpieza, seque suavemente la piel y aplique una generosa
cantidad de la crema sobre el cuello y el rostro. La piel se sentirá y
lucirá notablemente más suave.

MANGO
Una vez por semana, retire el cepillo y limpie el mango en agua jabonosa tibia,
o elimine los residuos con una toallita antiséptica. El mango está sellado y
completamente a prueba de agua. No intente abrir el mango.
USOS INFRECUENTES: El mango debe ser cargado de vez en cuando. Si
usa el aparato con poca frecuencia, cargue el mango cada 3 meses para mantener
la capacidad de carga de la batería recargable. Le aconsejamos que mantenga el
mango en la base de carga cuando no usa el aparato. Ate el cordón con una atadura
de alambre.
BASE DE CARGA
IMPORTANTE: Desconecte la base de carga de la toma de corriente antes de
limpiarla. Limpie la base con un paño suave ligeramente humedecido o con una
toallita antiséptica. No sumerja la base de carga en agua.
CEPILLOS
USO PROFESIONAL: Lave los cepillos después de cada uso con jabón líquido para
platos. Enjuague bien los cepillos y sumérjalos en una solución antiséptica aproada
para uso en salón, durante el tiempo mínimo recomendado por el fabricante
de la solución. Enjuague bien. Limpie el mango con una toallita antiséptica. Le
aconsejamos que reemplace los cepillos después de 60 tratamientos.
USO CASERO: Lave los cepillos después de cada uso con jabón líquido para platos.
Por razones de higiene, Satin Smooth recomienda no compartir sus cepillos con
otra persona.
Le aconsejamos que remplace los cepillos cada 3 meces, ya que las cerdas se
suavizan y se vuelven menos eficaces con el tiempo.
Para retirar el cepillo:
1. Sostenga el cepillo por el borde y jálelo.
2. Para instalar el cepillo, sosténgalo por el borde e insértelo sobre el cabezal,
presionando hasta que haga clic.
INSTRUCCIONES DE CARgA
Su kit incluye una base de carga/almacenaje. Coloque el mango en la base de
carga. Permita que el mango cargue durante 14–18 horas para una carga completa.
Una vez cargado el aparato, la luz de carga se volverá VERDE. Una carga completa
ofrece una autonomía de 60 minutos, suficiente para realizar 35 tratamientos.
El indicador de batería baja empezará a parpadear cuando la batería esté baja,
indicando que sólo hay potencia para 3 tratamientos.
Si el sistema HydraSonic deja de funcionar, coloque el mango en la base de carga
durante 5 horas o más. Si esto no soluciona el problema, comuníquese con nuestro
servicio post-venta.
