SETUP
Loosen handle on upright (A) collar by turning counter-clockwise.
While grasping upright (A) center column, and stand leg, extend stand legs outwards.
Continue extending legs until horizontal supports are parallel to the ground. Tighten handle.
Repeat steps 1-3 with second upright (B).
Extend each crossbar (C,D) by grasping on either side of telescopic sections and pull in opposite
directions until desired width is achieved.
Position uprights (A,B) desired width apart (slightly wider than backdrop width).
Place one end of longest crossbar (D) over upright (A) top stud.
Repeat with opposite end on remaining upright (B).
Repeat step 6 with remaining crossbars (C) by placing over studs on stand roll support brackets (E).
Hang up to 3 backdrops (seamless paper, fabric backdrop or other) by sliding backdrop over each crossbar until
crossbar extends through opposite side. Place crossbar back on stud.
Ensure backdrop rolls are approximately 1” apart by loosening handle on adjusting roll support brackets (E)
and raising/lowering crossbars until appropriate distance between rolls is achieved. It is recommended to
slightly rotate top roll support bracket (E) approx 45ºtowards the front, and 90º for lower roll support bracket (E).
This will create space between each backdrop for easier adjustments.
Starting with upper most collar, extend uprights (A) to desired height.
Repeat step 10 on opposite upright (B), ensuring crossbars are level and secure. It may be necessary to raise
uprights in smaller increments on each side, back and forth to extend them smoothly.
Carefully sweep/drape out your backdrop until it reaches the desired length.
Attach a spring clamp accessory to the top of backdrop rolls to prevent them from unraveling further.
Your Multiple Polevault is now ready for use.
