How to use
Fill the bottle with tap water to the
mark. (Must not add over 300ml
of water. It may not work otherwise)
Use the supplied Spoon to
add an appropriate amount of
table salt. (Please follow “The
Effectiveness of Chlorine Content” )
Tighten the nozzle and
shake the bottle evenly
Press the Power Button once
to put the device into Mode 1;
Both the button and electrolytic
indicator will turn blue.
A buzzing sound will be heard
and bubbles will appear.
Press the power button to turn
on the device. The Power
Button turns blue when the
generator goes into standby
mode.
Press the Power Button twice to put
the device into Mode 2. The button
will turn purple and the electrolytic
indicator will stay blue in colour. A
buzzing sound will be heard and
bubbles will appear.
After running for 3-5 minutes,
the electrolysis will stop
automatically with the lights
off.After the buzzing sounds
ceases, you can then use the
content as disinfectant by
spraying on the items.

Disinfection: Kills 99.999% of bacteria and harmful micro-organisms.
Deodorization: Spraying or wiping with a dishcloth can alleviate objectionable odours.
Washing: Removes bacteria from the surface of fruits and vegetables.
* Wash fruits and vegetables with running water after disinfection with hypochlorous acid.
* Use salt-free tap water for electrolysis for the purpose of food washing.

Not only does hypochlorous acid water have 99.999% bactericidal power and
deodorizing property, it also will dissociate back into water after a period of time.
Only table salt and tap water are needed with no harmful chemical used,
so is safe for human contact.

Table salt (NaCl) dissolved in water (H2O) in the bottle of Savewo FreshQ
gives a brine solution, which forms sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and chlorine
(Cl2) and hydrogen (H2) gases by electrolysis.
Chlorine (Cl2) dissolves in water (H2O) to form hydrogen chloride (HCl) and
hypochlorous acid (HClO)
Hypochlorous acid (HClO) is a strong disinfectant, but also an unstable
substance. It will decompose into chlorine and water within a short period of
time when it is exposed to light and heat.
FreshQ can be used to create a highly effective low-residue disinfectant
solution. Only water and table salt are needed to rapidly manufacture an
affordable, safe and effective hypochlorous acid disinfectant solution, which
is suitable for use in various settings.

bacteria on hands and surfaces of objects within 10 seconds.
*The above germicidal efficacy was tested with FreshQ's Ultra Strong
formulation. (Electrolysis with 3g table salt in 300 ml tap water under Mode 2)
* According to the requirement of the EN 1276 standard, an effective
disinfectant should reduce a minimum of 99.999% of the tested bacteria within
a specified contact time.

Degradation of Effective Chlorine Level
According to Intertek's experimental results, hypochlorous acid
disinfectant solution produced by FreshQ can be kept for at least
5 days at room temperature without direct contact with sunlight.

External Cleaning
Wipe the machine with a dry towel.
* Do not use chemicals or general cleaning agents to clean
the outside of the bottle.
Internal Cleaning
Add no more than 300 ml of tap water to the bottle.
Cover the lid and shake the bottle several times. Clean the product
with water before using it again.
!
How to clean
1. Use tap water to wash the food again after disinfection
2. Match the solution concentration according to the different usage
scenarios.
3. Hypochlorous acid disinfection solution may give a slight
bleach-like odour, which is normal.
4. An small exhaust opening has been placed at the nozzle of the
water bottle in order to release the gas pressure which is generated
during the operation of the FreshQ generator. When jiggling or using
the product, it is normal if small amount of water leaks.
5. Do not spray directly onto electrical appliances. Hypochlorous acid
disinfectant solution may seep into the appliances and cause
malfunction.
6. Please store the hypochlorous acid solution in a cool and dry place
and avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
7. Do not spray hypochlorous acid solution towards the face and eyes.
8. Do not drink FreshQ hypochlorous acid solution.
9. In case of contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse thoroughly with
cold water.
10.If your skin shows an allergic reaction after using this product, stop
using it immediately. Seek medical advice as soon as possible if the
situation persists.
11.Please store hypochlorous acid solution in a child-safe location.

Important Notes:
• This Product Warranty Service is only applicable to products purchased on
Hong Kong Savewo Website.
• Customer is required to present the official purchase invoice issued by
Savewo Distribution Limited with the dealers of Hong Kong to our technician
for verification when service is required, otherwise repair service will be on
chargeable basis. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details).

• In case of dispute, the decision of Savewo Distribution Limited shall be final.
Terms and Conditions
SAVEWO Distribution Limited (“The Company”) offers 12 months warranty service
for the product from the date of purchase. Repair and maintenance of the product
beyond the stated warranty period will be charged.
1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage to
any person or property, howsoever caused arising from improper use, or any
stoppage, breakdown or failure of the product.
2. Customer is responsible for delivering the product to our service centres or
designated locations, and to pick up the repaired product from the same
location when warranty service is required.
3. Warranty service is valid only in Hong Kong. Customer is required to present
the official purchase invoice issued by the company or the dealers of Hong
Kong to our technician for verification when service is rendered
4. The company will offer customers maintenance service for free under normal
use for the applicable period (excluding any surface, cabinet, consumptive
parts, accessories and consumables).
5. Warranty service does not cover the following items.Additional charges shall
be levied if services are required.
(a) The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with,
altered or repaired in any way by non-authorized person.
(b) The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, neglect of
care after use, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident,
natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matter or liquid,
corrosion, normal wear and tear or external factors.
(c) The product has been damaged due to use contrary to that indicated in
the instruction manual.
6. All terms stated are subject to change without notice. The Company retains
final decision in case of dispute.
