Warranty Terms & Conditions
Important Notes:
• This Product Warranty Service is applicable to products purchased on
Savewo Website and authorized distribution channels
• While providing service under warranty period, customer must present the
original purchase invoice issued by Savewo Distribution Limited or other
authorized distribution channels to our staff for verification, otherwise, the
service would be on a charge basis. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for
details)

• In case of dispute, the decision of Savewo Distribution Limited shall be final.
Terms and Conditions
Savewo Distribution Limited (“The Company”) offers 12 months warranty service
for the product from the date of purchase. Repair and maintenance of the product
beyond the stated warranty period will be charged.
1. Any malfunction, damage, breakdown by improper usage, The company has
no responsibilities for any direct or indirect loss or damages to any person or
property.
2. Customer is responsible for delivering the product to our service centres or
designated locations, and to pick up the repaired product from the same
location when warranty service is required.
3. Warranty service is valid only in Hong Kong. Customer is required to present
the official purchase invoice issued by the company or the dealers of Hong
Kong to our technician for verification when service is rendered
4. The company will offer customers maintenance service for free under normal
use for the applicable period (excluding any surface, cabinet, consumptive
parts, accessories and consumables).
5. Warranty service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall
be levied if services are required.
(a) The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with,
altered or repaired in any way by non-authorized person.
(b) The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, neglect of
care after use, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident,
natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matter or liquid,
corrosion, normal wear and tear or external factors.
(c) The product has been damaged due to use contrary to that indicated in
the instruction manual.
6. All terms stated are subject to change without further notice. The Company
retains final decision in case of dispute.
