How to use
Fill the bottle with tap water to the
mark. (Do not add more than 300ml
of water. It may not work otherwise)
Use the supplied Spoon to
add an appropriate amount of
table salt. (Please follow “The
Effectiveness of Chlorine Content” )
Tighten the nozzle and
shake the bottle evenly
Press the Power Button once
to switch to Mode 1;
Both the button and electrolytic
indicator will turn blue.
A buzzing sound will be heard
and bubbles will appear.
Press the power button to turn
on the device. The Power
Button turns blue when the
generator is in standby mode.
Press the Power Button twice to
switch to Mode 2. The button will turn
purple and the electrolytic indicator
will stay blue in colour.
A buzzing sound will be heard and
bubbles will appear.
The electrolysis will stop
automatically with the lights
off after 3-5 minutes.
After the buzzing sound
ceases, the disinfectant is
ready to use.

Disinfection: Eliminates 99.999% of bacteria and harmful micro-organisms.
Deodorization: Sprays or wipes with a dishcloth can reduce unpleasant odours.
Washing: Removes bacteria from the surface of fruits and vegetables.
* Wash fruits and vegetables with running water after disinfection with hypochlorous acid.
* Use salt-free tap water for electrolysis for the purpose of food washing.

The bactericidal and deodorization rate of hypochlorous acid disinfectant are
99.999%, it will dissociate back into water after a period of time.
Only table salt and tap water are needed with no harmful chemicals used,
so is safe for human contact.

Table salt (NaCl) dissolved in water (H2O) in the bottle of SAVEWO FreshQ
gives a brine solution, which forms sodium hydroxide (NaOH), and chlorine
(Cl2) and hydrogen (H2) gases by electrolysis.
Chlorine (Cl2) dissolves in water (H2O) to form hydrogen chloride (HCl) and
hypochlorous acid (HClO)
Hypochlorous acid (HClO) is a strong disinfectant, but also an unstable
substance. It will decompose into chlorine and water within a short period of
time when it is exposed to light and heat.
FreshQ produces a high performance, low residue disinfectant with just tap
water and table salt. Produces an affordable, safe and effective
multi-purpose hypochlorous acid disinfectant in 3-5 minutes.

FreshQ passed the COVID-19 test derived from the method of EN14476 test
and is verified to eliminate ≥ 99.999% of COVID-19 in 10 seconds.
FreshQ passed EN 1276 test standard and is verified to kill >99% of bacteria on
hands and surfaces of objects in 10 seconds.
* The above germicidal efficacy was tested with the Ultra Strong formulation of FreshQ.

Degradation of Effective Chlorine Level
According to the result of Intertek test report, hypochlorous acid
disinfectant produced by FreshQ can be kept for at least
5 days at room temperature and avoid exposure to the sunlight.

External Cleaning
Wipe the machine with a dry towel.
* Do not use chemicals or general cleaning agents to clean
the outside of the bottle.
Internal Cleaning
Add no more than 300ml of tap water to the bottle.
Cover the lid and shake the bottle several times. Clean the product
with water before using it again.
!
How to clean
1. Use tap water to rinse the food again after disinfection.
2. Match the concentration of disinfectant according to the different
usage scenarios.
3. The hypochlorous acid disinfectant may contain a slight bleach-like
odour.
4. There is an exhaust at the nozzle for ventilating the pressure
generated while the FreshQ sterilizer is operating. You may
experience a small amount of leakage when shaking or using the
product.
5. Do not spray on any electrical appliance. It may seep into the
appliance and causes damage or malfunctioning.
6. Please keep the hypochlorous acid disinfectant in a cool, dry place
and avoid exposure to the sunlight.
7. Do not spray hypochlorous acid disinfectant towards the face and
eyes.
8. Do not drink FreshQ hypochlorous acid disinfectant.
9. In case of contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse immediately and
thoroughly with plenty of water.
10.If skin allergic reaction occurs after using this product, please stop
using it immediately. If symptoms persist, please seek medical
advice.
11.Please keep the hypochlorous acid disinfectant out of children's
reach.

Important Notes:
• This Product Warranty Service is applicable to products purchased on
Savewo Website and authorized distribution channels
• While providing service under warranty period, customer must present the
original purchase invoice issued by Savewo Distribution Limited or other
authorized distribution channels to our staff for verification, otherwise, the
service would be on a charge basis. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for
details)

• In case of dispute, the decision of Savewo Distribution Limited shall be final.
Terms and Conditions
Savewo Distribution Limited (“The Company”) offers 12 months warranty service
for the product from the date of purchase. Repair and maintenance of the product
beyond the stated warranty period will be charged.
1. Any malfunction, damage, breakdown by improper usage, The company has
no responsibilities for any direct or indirect loss or damages to any person or
property.
2. Customer is responsible for delivering the product to our service centres or
designated locations, and to pick up the repaired product from the same
location when warranty service is required.
3. Warranty service is valid only in Hong Kong. Customer is required to present
the official purchase invoice issued by the company or the dealers of Hong
Kong to our technician for verification when service is rendered
4. The company will offer customers maintenance service for free under normal
use for the applicable period (excluding any surface, cabinet, consumptive
parts, accessories and consumables).
5. Warranty service does not cover the following items. Additional charges shall
be levied if services are required.
(a) The product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with,
altered or repaired in any way by non-authorized person.
(b) The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, neglect of
care after use, power interruption or abnormal voltage input, accident,
natural calamities, or due to ingress of insects, foreign matter or liquid,
corrosion, normal wear and tear or external factors.
(c) The product has been damaged due to use contrary to that indicated in
the instruction manual.
6. All terms stated are subject to change without further notice. The Company
retains final decision in case of dispute.
