pression, 2,000 dial keys and can handle up to

from your PC with LAN fax, eliminating steps
and saving time.
• Ensure that documents are automatically
routed to critical locations with Fax Forward
to folder/e-mail/hard-drive capabilities.

faxes over your LAN or WAN with IP Faxing
(T.38), an extremely fast and high-quality

Unauthorized Access, giving you another
level of data security.
• Protect data from interception, falsification
and tampering during transmission with
Encryption.
•Prevent unauthorized persons from seeing
sensitive documents lying in output trays
with Stored Print/Hold Print, which delays
output runs until the user releases them
during walk-up.
• Make it virtually impossible to access and
reconstruct residual image data with the
DataOverwriteSecurity System (DOSS),
which automatically overwrites the “latent
image” left in the internal hard drive after
ajob is completed.
