Designed to withstand the rigors of the
most demanding fax environments, the
Savinfax 3799 and 3799nf can take
whatever you dish out. While the use of
PCs and e-mail for day-to-day commu-
nication is on the rise, so is the volume
of hardcopy, which means more faxes
are coming and going than ever before.
Large Memory Capacity
With a standard page memory of 7 MB
(560 pages), expandable up to a maximum
of 3,000 pages, the 3799 and 3799nf
provide smooth, uninterrupted commu-
nication. The 3799/3799nf also incor-
porate a number of advanced capabilities:
Parallel (Quick) Memory Transmission
saves time by scanning the first page of an
outgoing document, making an immediate
connection, then scanning additional
pages during the transmission process.
Full Dual Access ensures uninterrupted
operation by allowing users to store
outgoing documents into memory while
receiving an incoming fax or printing a
document. All documents are stored in
Standard Memory for up to 12 hours
during a power loss. And, with the
optional non-volatile 40 MB Memory,
documents are retained indefinitely.
Expert Paper Handling
The 3799/3799nf can send and receive
11" x 17" documents size-for-size – a
great feature for engineering, manufac-
turing and graphic arts professionals.

Simply scan each side of a two-sided
document into memory and the
3799/3799nf automatically collate and
transmit them – eliminating the expense
of creating single-sided originals.
A 75-sheet Automatic Document Feeder makes swift
work of scanning and storing multi-page outgoing faxes.
High Capacity Paper Handling
The Savinfax 3799 and 3799nf can be configured with a
paper supply of up to 2,600 sheets from five 500-sheet
Paper Trays and a 100-sheet Bypass Tray.
