OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
THE TRIANGLE BRUSH

DESCRIPTION
The Triangular Brush gives the artificial play areas that vital 'scratch' in between
major services. The wheels on the upper side of the brush make it an easy task
to transport it to the storage area. Simply turn the brush onto the wheels.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Never leave the brush on or around the playing areas. Always remove it
to a place of safety before activities commence.
On small to medium sized areas, only the towing vehicle operator
should be present.
Always store the unit in the transport position or standing up against a
solid surface.
Always make sure the unit is securely connected to the towing vehicle
before use.
Never travel at excessive speeds.
Never allow any person to travel on the brush.

IMPORTANT
The SCH triangle brush should be only used in conjunction with the surface
manufactures recommendations when used on an artificial surface.

GENERAL
The surface should have any unwanted debris removed before sweeping. (The
tray on the sweeper is useful for debris collection)
The purpose of brushing at regular intervals, when conditions allow, will help to
keep the infill mobile and the pile de-compacted.
Never tow the brushin the working position on any surface other than the surface
it was intended for.
OPERATION
1. The brush is transported to the working area upside down and
connected to the towing vehicle with the rigid tow bar.
2. At the brushing area, disconnect the brush from the towing vehicle and
turn it onto its brushes
3. Re-connect the brush to the towing vehicle using the connecting chain.
4. Commence brushing. Never travel at such a speed that allows the
brush to ‘bounce’. The wandering action of the chain connection allows
the brush to swing gently from side to side.
MAINTENANCE
Should the brushes become soiled, wash with water (pressure wash if
available).
Check all fixings for tightness twice a year.
