Cleaning:
The earplugs are reusable and should be inspected regularly for serviceability. Keep earplugs in a cold dry place
after using them. Wash earplugs with neutral soap and lukewarm water to clean and disinfect. Dry earplugs
before inserting them in the ear. Use earplugs between -20°C and 35°C. Never let the ear plug beyond 55°C. Stop
wearing the earplugs if there are signs of damage or wear, replace the damaged parts to extend the lifetime of

Insertion:
1.Before inserting the earplugs, make sure they are
clean.
2.Hold the end of the earplug between your thumb
and index finger.
3.To ease insertion, use your available hand to reach
over your head and gently pull the top of the ear
outward and upward. This will straighten the ear canal
to easily and effectively fit in the earplug.
4.Gently push and twist the earplug until it seals
comfortably in the ear canal.
DO NOT over insert the earplug and ensure the tab of
the earplug is protruding enough for you to easily
remove the plug after use.
5. When inserting, use your thumb to apply enough
pressure so that the earplug moves slowly into the
ear.
Removal:
1.To remove, gently take hold of the end of
theearplug with the thumb and index finger and
slowlypull the earplug out of the ear.
2.It is advisable to clean the earplugs after use with
a damp cloth before storing them in the
protectivecase.
Remember! This should not be a painful
procedure.Take care when inserting and removing
theearplugs and contact a medical professional if
you have any medical problems with your ears.
The effectiveness of the earplugs depends on
anumber of factors including the size and shape of
the user’s ears, and noise levels in which the
earplugs are used.
