VEILIGHEIDSREGELS -SAFETY REGULATIONS
WAARSCHUWING
WARNING
Ten einde het risico op letsel te verkleinen en nauwkeurig
functioneren van het (turn)toestel te waarborgen, moeten
onderstaande voorschriften strikt in acht genomen worden:
1. Gebruik dit toestel alleen onder begeleiding van een
getrainde en gekwalificeerde instructeur.
2. Controleer het toestel voor elke training op
voldoende stabiliteit en gebruik het alleen als het
technisch in orde is.
3. Controleer altijd of het toestel correct geïnstalleerd
is, met name de bevestigingspunten. Mocht u het
niet vertrouwen, gebruik het toestel dan niet en laat
het controleren door een expert.
4. Ken uw eigen limiet en die van het toestel. Volg een
progressieve instructie training en raadpleeg altijd
een instructeur.
5. Controleer voor gebruik of het toestel obstakelvrij
staat opgesteld.
6. Zorg voor gepaste veiligheidszones rondom het
toestel.
7. Gebruik het toestel nooit wanneer u onder invloed
bent van alcohol, medicijnen of drugs.
8. Zwangere vrouwen of personen met
gezondheidsklachten dienen het toestel niet te
gebruiken.
Beschadigingen aan dit toestel mogen niet zelf gerepareerd
worden, neem contact op met uw leverancier voor advies of
technische ondersteuning.
Elke ongeautoriseerde reparatie, of het wijzigen van
specificaties van/aan dit toestel zijn, uit veiligheids oogpunt,
ten strengste verboden. Wanneer dit toch gebeurd zal
automatisch elke vorm van garantie of het recht op
compensatie in welke vorm ook vervallen.
Algemeen advies:
De levensduur van (turn)toestellen en matten is gelimiteerd.
Vanzelfsprekend slijten materialen na verloop van tijd.
Controleer alle onderdelen, welke onderhevig zijn aan
slijtage, op zijn minst eens per 3 maanden. Dit is relevant
voor de veiligheid van verstelbare onderdelen en
mechanismes, o.a. liggers, ringen, rails. Vervang versleten,
defecte of missende onderdelen. In het geval van twijfel,
vraag onze specialisten om advies.
Om veiligheid te waarborgen stellen we voor om minimaal
een keer per jaar alle turn toestellen en matten te laten
controleren door een deskundige. Deze controle kan deel
uitmaken van de jaarlijkse of halfjaarlijkse controle. Wij
wijzen u daarbij op de mogelijkheid van een
onderhoudscontract bij onze firma.
Gebruik dit toestel uitsluitend in droge toestand. Vocht heeft
negatieve invloed op alle bekledingsstoffen van
(turn)toestellen en verkort de levensduur aanzienlijk.
In order to reduce the risk of injury and to assure secure
functioning of the (gymnastic)apparatus, rules mentioned
below are to be strictly followed:
1. Use this apparatus only under the supervision of a
trained and qualified instructor.
2. Check this apparatus for proper stability before
each training, use it only in perfect technical
conditions.
3. Always check the apparatus for its correct
installation, particularly for the fixation
mechanism, before each use.
If there are any doubts, do not use the apparatus
and get a professional check.
4. Please consider your own limits and the restrictions
of this gymnastic apparatus.
5. Obstructive items or persons in close proximity of
the apparatus are not allowed.
6. Provide appropriate safety zones in the
surroundings of the apparatus.
7. Never use the apparatus under the influence of
alcohol, medication or drugs.
8. Pregnant women or persons with health issues
should not use the apparatus.
Do not attempt to repair any damage to the apparatus
yourself but contact your supplier for advice or technical
assistance.
Any unauthorised repair, alternation, removal of parts or
change of specifications of the apparatus are strictly
prohibited for reasons of safety and will automatically and
immediately and without any prior notice end any warranty
or right of compensation in any form whatsoever.
General advice:
The life period of (gymnastic) apparatuses and mats is
limited. Also materials wear off after a certain period of
time. Please check all parts , which are subject to severe
wear and tear, at least once every 3 months. This is mainly
relevant for the security of adjustable parts and
mechanisms, e.g. rails, bars, rings. Replace any worn off,
defective and missing parts. If there are any doubts, ask for
advice from one of our specialists.
For security reasons, we suggest to perform a maintenance
check of all apparatuses and mats by a specialist, once a
year. This check can be part of a yearly or six month safety
check.
We would like to point out to you the possibility of a
maintenance contract with our firm.
This apparatus must be used in dry conditions only.
Humidity will have a negative effect on all types of
upholstery used on (gymnastic) apparatuses and results in a
shortened lifespan.

GEBRUIKERS –USERS
Het opzetten en opbergen van het toestel mag alleen uitgevoerd worden door bevoegde volwassen personen
die de inhoud van de hoofdstukken veiligheidsvoorschriften uit deze documentatie kennen en opvolgen.
The mounting and storing of this device may only be executed by competent adult persons,
who have read and understood the safety regulations of this manual.
MAATSCHAPPELIJK VERANTWOORD ONDERNEMEN
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Onze onderneming houd tijdens het ontwerpen van toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen niet alleen rekening
met de gebruikers maar ook met het milieu.
Dit doen we onder meer door gebruik te maken van milieuvriendelijke materialen zoals hout met een duurzaam
keurmerk en Ftalaat-vrij PVC doek. Tevens proberen we ons energiegebruik te minderen en hebben we
bedrijfswagens met een groen label.
Verder werken we in Nederland nauw samen met de stichting Sports for Children. Deze stichting geeft
gebruikte (turn)toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen een 2eleven.
Wanneer een gymzaal of sporthal door ons opnieuw word ingericht, kan de oude inrichting opgehaald worden
door Sports for Children in plaats van deze naar de milieustraat te brengen.
Sports for Children knapt deze dan waar nodig op om ze daarna te doneren aan minder bedeelde sportclubs
en/of scholen in Oost-Europa.
Door deze inspanning en activiteiten willen ze plezier bieden aan kinderen in Oost-Europese landen die weinig
tot geen sport- en spelfaciliteiten tot hun beschikking hebben.
Op deze manier hergebruiken we onze (turn)toestellen en sport- en spelmaterialen en werken we minder
milieu belastend.
We willen u vragen te overwegen gebruik te maken van een soortgelijk initiatief in uw land of regio wanneer
dit mogelijk is.
During the development and design of our apparatus and sporting equipment
we are concerned about your safety but we also consider the environment and society.
We do this for example by using sustainable materials like FSC or PEFC certified wood,
Phthalate free mats and Nexan sport balls with the No Child Labour Guarantee.
We are also constantly trying to lower our waste and energy consumption.
We believe that all children should have the ability to play sports and exercise.
That’s the reason why we have a close collaboration with the Sports for Children
Foundation.
Sports for Children collects used sporting equipment in the Netherlands, refurbishes
and donates them to schools and sporting clubs in Eastern Europe.
Thanks to this cause we can offer children the possibility to play sports in places
where otherwise they would not have sporting and exercising facilities.

Set-up volleybal systeem
1. Plaats beide palen in de daarvoor bestemde grondpotten en zorg ervoor dat van beide
palen de schuifstrips naar buiten wijzen.
1. Place both posts into the predetermined ground sockets and make sure the net height
adjusters point outwards.
2. Maak het net vast aan het oog
bovenop de paal zonder span-
systeem d.m.v. de ketting
aan het net.
2. Attach the net to the post without
tensioning system using the chain
attached to the net.
3. Schuif deze paal uit totdat de hoogte van de paal ±2.5m is (bij nethoogte 2.43m).
Dit doet u door de oranje hendel omhoog te lichten en deze inclusief de schuifbuis,
naar boven te schuiven. Wanneer op de juiste hoogte, de hendel weer sluiten.
3. Extend the post to a height of ±2.5m (net height 2.43m).
This is done by lifting the orange handle and slide it, including the telescopic tube,
upwards. When the correct height is reached, close the handle.
4. Bevestig nu de andere zijde van het net
aan de oranje kevlar kabel van de paal
met span systeem.
4. Attach the other side of the net to orange
Kevlar suspension cable of the post with
tensioning system.
a. Zorg ervoor dat het spanmechanisme helemaal uitgedraaid staat, dit merk je door de
spindel linksom te draaien totdat deze niet verder kan.
a. Make sure the tension mechanism is in its most released state, this is achieved by turning
the spindle counter-clockwise until the end.

5. Schuif deze paal uit totdat de hoogte van de paal ±2.5m is (bij nethoogte 2.43m).
5. Extend the post to a height of ±2.5m (net height 2.43m).
6. Breng het net op voorspanning m.b.v. de
handgreep. Trek de oranje kevlar kabel
naar beneden en plaats de handgreep over de
daarvoor bestemde bout kop (zie foto)
6. Pre-tension the net using the cable grip.
Pull the orange Kevlar cable and fixate the
cable grip behind the pawl on the
net-tension system.
a. Wanneer het net nog slap hangt eventueel nog één
of meerdere kettingschakels verwijderen. (Alleen bij 1ekeer opzetten)
a. In case the pre-tension is insufficient you need to
remove one or more chain links. (Only at 1st time set-up)
7. Breng het net verder op spanning door de spindel te verdraaien tot het groene vlak
in lijn staat met de spindel behuizing.
7. Further tension the net by turning the spindle clockwise until the green area is in line
with the spindle housing.

LET OP:…bij de 2ekeer opzetten zou het kunnen dat de net kabel nog wat uitrekt,
dit zou betekenen dat er later nog een kettingschakel extra verwijderd dient
te worden.
IMPORTANT:… when setting up the posts for the second time, the orange Kevlar
cable might stretch out a little which could result in having to remove additional
chain link.
8. Om de onderzijde van het net op spanning te brengen, haal het koord door de
Clamcleat als afgebeeld en sla het vervolgens om de paal heen.
Zorg dat het koord onder het daarvoor bedoelde palletje doorgaat en haal het
daarna nogmaals door de clamcleat heen. Trek het koord nu strak en schuif
de clamcleat in de richting van de paal.
8. In order to tension the bottom side of the net, run the cord through the clamcleat
as shown and wrap it around the post before running it through the clamcleat
again. Make sure the cord runs underneath the pawl.
Now pull the end of the cord to tension and slide the clamcleat towards the post.

9. Controleer nu de hoogte van het net. In het midden van het speelveld dient de
hoogte2.43m te zijn en boven de zijlijnen 2.45m. Indien nodig corrigeren door
het telescopische deel van de paal te laten zakken of iets omhoog te schuiven.
Maak nu de resterende spankoorden op dezelfde manier vast aan de palen.
9. Check the height of the net. At the center of the field the height needs to be 2.43m
and 2.45m over the sidelines. If necessary correct the height by either lowering or
raising the telescopic part of the post.
Now attach the remaining tension cords to the posts in the same manner.
Bij het 1e keer opzetten kunnen de ovale oranje stickertjes op de schuifstrips geplakt
worden op dezelfde hoogte als de volleybal markering op de paal (2.43m). **
When setting up the posts for the first time, orange oval stickers can be placed on the
net-height adjusters at the same height as the volleyball-marking on the post (2.43m).**
** De hoogte indicatie op de paal is niet de hoogte
gemeten vanaf de vloer. Deze hoogte indicatie samen
met die op de schuifstrip zijn een hulpmiddel voor
het afstellen van toekomstige opstellingen. (indien er
gebruik gemaakt word van dezelfde paal/pot combi).
** The height indication on the post is not the exact
height measured from the floor. This height indication
in combination with the one on net-height adjuster
are a helpful tool for future set-ups. (when using the
same post/socket combination).

1. Haal alle spankoorden los.
1. Release all tension cords.
2. Ontspan het net doormiddel van de spindel linksom te draaien tot de aanslag.
2. Release the net by turning the spindle counter-clockwise until the end.
3. Zet beide palen helemaal naar beneden.
3. Lower both posts to its lowest position.
4. Haal het net los van het oranje spankoord en van de vaste zijde.
4. Detach the net from the suspension cable and the post without tension system.
